Unacceptable customer service. I went in on Monday to see about trading my car in and purchasing a new one. I was there for a hour and had to leave to get the proper paperwork they needed. I got home and sent it in via email. Never got a reply saying it was received. I called Tuesday and left a message for the salesman and the finance guy. Nobody got back to me until I called again and spoke to the receptionist and expressed my issues. I got a call to say they are working on it around noon. I heard nothing else on Tuesday. Wednesday around 11 am I called and left a message for the finance department and sent a email to the salesmen. I received no reply email or call back at any point on Wednesday. Thursday I called at 10:15am and told the receptionist to cancel everything and how disgusted I was. I told her to tell the salesmen I’m not interested and I will never recommend Turner Kia to anyone. Not once did this company seem to care about keeping me updated. She stated she understood and apologized and would pass it on to the sales manager. Around 12:30 I get a email from the salesmen saying they are still working on it. I responded to forget it and that I’m completely done. There is no reason that a dealership can’t communicate better then this one did. Also made me realize that the secretary must have never relayed my message. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t sell them a power wheel!
This was the worst experience ever. Kia had our car from June 17, 2021 until October 15, 2021. We were told it was a key issue and a new key fab had been ordered but was on back order.Weekly phone calls to Kia with the same information — the key was still on back order. 4 months of the same information being relayed. 4 months without our car. 4 months of paying car insurance. 4 months of hearing the same information.On October 13, 2021 after calling again, I spoke to “Steve.” Great news the key fab is finally in and the car will be ready to be picked up by the end of the week.On October 14, 2021 a “Brittney” contacted me. Guess what a key fab was never ordered or received. She had no idea what I was talking about. It says about a special order but no order was ever made. Now it’s a starter issue. Brittany was asking for permission to replace the starter for $450!! You have had my car for 4 months. Why wasn’t this done when you received it? Brittney will do her best to get it covered under warranty.How ridiculous!! No key fab and now you want us to pay $450? But of course I agree. I want my car back.Within 2 hours Britney calls and says car is finished. But as you guessed it it is not covered under warranty.4 months without the car. 4 months of paying car insurance lead to us having to pay $450 for an alleged new starter.We will never bring the car back to this dealership and we will never purchase a Kia.We have spoken with an attorney who is exploring what rights we have and if there are grounds for civil suit.Absolutely disgusted with how they handled us and the car.Also in order to post this review you had to give a star. They do not deserve any stars. Absolutely the worst!
Its was ok. Had to schedule out 30 days for an oil change. And there was no courtesy vehicle for me.. I didnt have a car for 24 hr. Not that big of a deal. Look, I know they are short on help. Finally, tires were rotated, but all 4 tire pressures were off. 2 as much as 7lbs. Difference. But the staff and their customer service is good.After my second oil change 11/1, I got into my vehicle to see an oily substance on my center arm rest and down the plastic between the drivers seat. When I mentioned it to several employees.. they just said oh,?
I went Monday to try trade my vehicle in and get another they had me waiting for 2 hours when I said I was leaving just call me. The staff unprofessional in a office talking about ppl dropping the Fbomb.. Now 2 days later they want all this money down please for a Kia nah.. They are horrible I Wouldn’t recommend a dog go there. All those commercials LIES LIES!! Beware don’t go there!!!!!

Zach was awesome when we pulled up in the lot he came out introduced himself he was professional outgoing and very knowledgeable about every car I asked about like it was his baby went back the next day the car that I wanted was already ready to go I spent maybe an hour maybe hour and a half there finance manager awesome they were courteous asked if I needed anything purchased a Chevy Impala with every Bell and whistle great car low mileage one owner and I needed that after my car was total 3 weeks prior. Turner Kia can get my business again mainly because of Zach .
Im leaving this review at the request of the dealership. I was sent a link to post this after my car had been serviced.My car sat for 12 days before I heard anything from the dealership about the status of my insurance repair. All the details of the repair and the price were worked out before the car was even dropped off. I was having a wheel and tire replaced, thats it. I understand the dealership get busy, but I was never updated on the status of the car from day one. I called twice during the cars stay at the dealership for a status update. I was told twice by Matt that he would call me back and give me updates. This occurred on two separate days. Neither time did I receive a status update. To check on the car I had to drive to the dealership and see if it was still in the lot for its upcoming repair.Purchasing the car here was delightful, however their service department leaves something to be desired. I was planning on buying my next Kia here because I do love the car, but I cant get fully on board if the service department doesnt pull their weight as well. I dont think asking for a call back and then being promised two (again neither of which were delivered) is a great burden to place on the dealership. Being without a vehicle for so long is stressful in itself.
Was greeted professionally, and shown where the waiting room was. In an hour my car had an oil and filter change, tires rotated, and was washed. My paperwork was easy to understand and it showed everything about the condition of the car. Easy Peasy! To bad they were not closer to Lancaster
I have a flip key remote that needs programmed and the key cut. I called and set up an appointment to have it done. I told the lady that scheduled the appointment that I had a brand new flip key, she didn’t ask if I wanted the key cut, but I assumed, since I told her it was new, she knew I wanted that cut as well. I had planned to wait on it because I was told it wouldn’t take long. The day of the appointment, I checked in, handed them my current key and the new flip key remote I wanted programmed & cut. After waiting 25 min, I was asked if I wanted the key cut and I said yes. I was told that they can’t cut keys there and I’d have to schedule another appointment to have the key cut (by their sister dealership down the road) and remote programmed because they need to be done together. She said she needed to speak to the service manager (she said he was not there at the time) and she would call me to set up a new appointment. I waited over a week and did not receive a call. I called and got a recording to leave a message, and I briefly explained my situation. It’s been over a week, and still no call. I just tried calling again and got the same recording. I didn’t leave a message because I doubt I’d get a call back anyway. This is not a way to treat a customer. I thought this would be a simple thing to have done, boy was I wrong!
Ive bought three cars over 18 months. All went great with that process and the service department is epic. On time work with no hassles. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Worst car buying experience I Ever had, they would not work with me on the price till I got mad and left, they did reach out to me afterward and convinced me to come back, I bought a 2021 kia love the car but had a recall, made a appointment to get it serviced 1st thing in the morning after working all night and was supposed to 1st in the morning, got there and was told I am 3rd in line was met with a attitude when i protested that I was told I would be 1st, waited for a hour and a half before i got my car back, so now there is another recall for possibly bad rings in the engine that could make it blow up, so i called to make another service appointment and was met with a answering machine telling me to leave name and number with brief message and they would call back never to hear from them, tried a 3rd time and got Kia consumer division some how on the line and they assured me they would call them and take care of the problem needless to say i have not heard a word yet, so i guess i will keep driving the car till it blows up, then Kia can replace the engine or i will simply stop paying for the car and let the financial company fight with them, they toot their horn saying they take care of you YEA OK so if you want good service this is not the place to go to buy a car. unless they some how get their act together and start treating me the right way I will never set foot in their dealership again .Remember your money is green and spends anywhere.

We went to go see a car sales guy went to take our license and insurance card gave them back never came back multiple pages to the sales rep and he never came back. Called us 2-3 days later telling us I see you’re interested in such and such car. Needless to say we won’t be shopping for a car from here.

Wish I could give 0 stars for the service I just received at Turner Kia. Terrible customer service. Took Kia car in to have a noise checked out and fixed. 2 hours after I drop off car finally get a call that it was looked at and needs belt and pulley to fix noise. 4 hours later- get another call still making the noise we believe it’s the alternator. I specifically asked if car would be done by 5 pm when I got off work, as this is my only vehicle! Was told yes it would be done. Show up at 5 to pick up car and IT WASNT DONE! Never got a call to inform me that car would not be fixed in time. Also had no loaner car available. Next morning I had to CALL 3 TIMES before I could get someone on the phone to tell me what was going on with my car just to find out that all the “fixes” didn’t work and it was still making the same noise. Cost me $800 for NOTHING because the car is still making the exact same noise. Service department should have been in contact with me Monday afternoon when they knew the vehicle would not be ready by end of business. I was a customer at Turner Kia for 6 yrs. Not only have they lost my service business they lost a future sale.
It was a pleasure to deal with Maggie when purchasing our new car. She went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered and her and the rest of the team were very accommodating. Purchasing a car mat not be very fun, but buying our car from there went as smoothly as I could ever imagine.
Terrible customer service. I called and left multiple voice mails after having to have my car towed in. No one would ever call back. Finally got through and was told yes, engine failure due to the recall just waiting on the go ahead. Received a call today, 3 weeks later and was told oh no, you owe $600.00 it wasnt because of the engine recall!!! What in the world. Its ridiculous and the customer service is horrible. Bought my car brand new from them years ago. Did all my check ups, services etc... through them and now look where that got me.
I purchased my car here in May and I wish I would have gone elsewhere. The service department might as well not exist because the last thing they do is provide any type of assistance. My list of complaints could go on and on - but the moral of the story is shop elsewhere if you have ANY expectation of customer service after making a major purchase.
Appointment went smoothly. Mark, the service advisor was prompt, courteous, and professional. Mark took off the price of the oil change since I supplied my own oil. Tim, the mechanic who did the work and came out to talk to me and sign my warranty book was great. My Telluride takes 6.9 quarts of oil and I had two 5 quart oil containers. Tim used my oil and put the remaining oil in my trunk in another tub so it wouldnt get oil anywhere if it were to leak. Very professional. Thanks
-10/10 service, they are very understaffed and should not be. I’ve been to plenty of dealerships and am not from PA. Currently I’m sitting in the lobby waiting for the last 5 hrs for them to tell my fiancé and I about an hour ago are car won’t be ready till tomorrow for a job that requires 30 mins and that’s not even my issue with this dealership. They told us originally they had no loner cars available and decided to give one out in front of us knowing we’ve been sitting here with our 4 yr old daughter and are not from the area. We were not accommodated in any way shape or form as customer and I’m very displeased with their services. Do not recommend coming here.

I bought brand new Kia last year. Great choice I stuck in the middle of the highway with my mom and my pregnant wife. My car is in the dealer shop I understand it’s busy right now. I just want to know how long it might take cuz I am renting a car it is been 4 days. Tried to talk with my sale person he quits leave message to GM and trade in department no reply. I am looking for new car right now it was my first time with Kia also my last time. I do like their free car wash after oil change

But the good part of Turner is their Sales Manager Mina. He will tell you straight and give you the best price youll get. Hes a champ!But unfortunately some salespeople will tell you Kia ONLY has a 3 year 36k Warranty when the brochure says 5 Y/60k but they will sell you thousands in extended warranties to cover the remainder. I know that there is a 3Yr/36k exception but its only for the Infotainment system & Key FOBs which are small but expensive. I own a 2021 Kia Stinger GT1 and wonder WHY Kia did this and then hid it from the literature.Look I wanted to get a great experience and there was potential here but some people just arent up to the task. By the way Maggie is a great salesperson and shes also one to see. Im sure the dealer does great work with their shops from what I can see but in sales which Ive done all my life and talked to hundreds of people its just not there. And really Im not trying to criticize Im just telling it like it is. Im not lying Im just telling my experience.

I took my 2017 Sorento in for a transmission fluid change plus an all-wheel drive transaxle fluid Turner Kia did an excellent job taking care of my car in a timely fashion and Hannah did a great job keeping in touch with me about the status of my car. I had been having an issue with a grinding noise underneath the front passenger side of my Kia Sorento for a few weeks. I tried to resolve the problem at a local repair shop but they were only able to figure out and fix part of the issue. I figured the dealership was the next move however the soonest appt was 2 weeks out. The appt was scheduled and held. The issue was resolved to the best of their ability I was told but there is still mild grinding on occasion. We will see what the future holds for this problem.
Reasonably quick, seemed honest, and rinsed my car off, which i really appreciate. Will go back for next oil change.

If youre looking for a traditional high pressure sales tactic dealership, I suggest going elsewhere. While Im sure all the sales staff is competent at their craft but Hashiem is extremely knowledgeable, cool, and accommodating.
I bought a car here still paying on it Ive been having problems with it since I brought It home they wont fix the problem they claim they cant figure it out whats wrong with it the engine light always on brake lights are always on and everyday takes me about an hour or so to start it once I get it started its okay the problem is trying to get it started and every now and then radio gos off dont want to come back on 4 days okay for a while then it goes off again so I keep talking to them about it and nobody can help me so I will never tell anybody to go there for a car they just went to get it off the lot Im sitting here without a car but Im paying on it cause they will not help me

I really feel like Matthew and Mena bent over backwards to get me the car that I wanted at the price I could afford! Matthew was very personable and was even kind enough to let me drive me and my boyfriend home in the car I was financing, after he’d heard we took an Uber to get to the lot (he took the car back when he dropped us off, of course)! I was pleasantly surprised to get such kind and efficient service and couldn’t be more grateful to have such an awesome experience at this dealership. Bought a used car 2 weeks ago and had a wobbling noise and had to have tires replaced immediately and they didn’t help with cost or work with me at all. *update: got ahold of manager and talked out a resolution and was understanding of the situation.

Worst place to buy a car from if you are poor and the car have a manufacturer fault they will charge you up so much you swear the vehicle fault was your problem.

I had a nail in my tire and made an appointment online but it was until October. I figured ok no biggie but my tire kept losing air and I was worried it was gonna pop, so I took it in and asked if it was possible to have it fixed. It might have been good timing but they were able to take my car and fixed the tire and canceled my future appointment that I had made online. Im so glad that I come here and anyone that may ask me where to buy a car, I say Turner Kia.

They are literally the only Kia Dealership within 100 miles of where I live that is fair and wont charge over MSRP and take advantage of customers due to the high demand for the Telluride. I’ve been calling for a week to schedule a oil change and inspection that is now bad (I bought a new car, 2020 in august, I suppose I didn’t think it would run out that fast?) No one ever answers or returns voice messages. I got nothing negative to say about sales but the service center 👎🏽
They were extremely helpful there, but not pushy like some dealerships. I walked in knowing what I wanted feature wise and they brought me out exactly what I was looking for. Financial end of things went smooth. I would defently return to them if we would need another car.
If I could give a 0 stars, I would!Where do I start off? How about with me putting a deposit on a telluride and Turner Kia selling it from under me. How is that even legal? I was scheduled to go pick it up, and got a call stating they sold the vehicle to another customer.The sales men and manager at Turner are nothing but slimey salesmen. They try to sell you on high interest rates (7%) but try to make the payments seem low by extending the length of the loan.Do yourself a favor and drive 30 minutes to York Kia, where they actually put the customers first.
That was hands down a 10 +. Your team took care of my HUNDAI problem by working it in so I could leave for New York at 7 AM the next morning. The Faulkner Hundai dealership where I bought the car would not even look at it for 10 days!!!!!! You will service my car from now on. THANK YOU.Tracy

I bought a new car from Turner Kia a few months ago and set up an oil change for its first 1000 miles. Before starting the service the tech came out to verify that I wanted the oil changed.It would have been very easy for them to just take my money no questions asked but seeing the low mileage on the car they were kind enough to double check.The service was done quickly and I appreciated the complimentary car wash and vacuum.Ill be going back.
A nightmare for me. I purchased my car back in May and 2 weeks after driving it off the lot my AC started leaking INTO my car. I immediately called and requested it be fixed. I spoke with service and they were booked for 3 weeks out. Talking with the sales team to try and figure out how to get me in sooner I was guaranteed an appointment, loaner and cleaning service a week later. When I showed up at 8 in the morning I was not on the schedule, they “didn’t have a loaner for me” and they had no way of fixing this issue. I felt like I was pulling teeth with them for an issue that should have been addressed before I took the car home. after arguing with them for a while they miraculously found me a loaner. What they said would be a quick fix took 3 days. I was so not impressed with them and I refuse to return for service, sales or anything.
I was told my appointment will take approximately four hours. It took eight hours. When I called to check on my vehicle I was told the service manager would call me back and give me an update I never received a call back

My recent experience with Matthew at Turner Kia was the best. Matthew worked with me for hours to get me approved. I had alot of things against me getting this new car. He went back and forth multiple times to make it work and got a monthly payment I could afford. I am now the owner of an SUV with nice feautures. I highly recommend him and the team here.
Told I needed a part covered under warranty, but it had to be ordered and would take 2 days. Advised not to drive my car until fixed. They called 2 days later and said the part was in but the earliest date they could fix it was over two and a half weeks. I guess I’m just supposed to park my car for the next two and a half weeks. It is awful trying to schedule service at Turner Kia. Always have to wait weeks!!
I arrived a half hour before my 10am appointment. I love that they welcome you to drive right into the building so your car is next in line. The man who took my keys and information was so friendly and gave me an ETA of 11am for my car to be completed. No other service department Ive been to works this fast. I was getting an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. The man that came to get me when my car was done was supper nice. He went through all of the paperwork thoroughly and explained things that could have been confusing. He walked me to the checkout window where I paid and left. My check engine light came on while I was driving to work and I called into the dealership. They took me in right away fix the problem and I was on my way within an hour. Very happy with this experience.

I had a older car and my AC went out. Compressor and also the clutch. Cost more to fix than the worth of the car. I went to A LOT of used car dealerships and no one helped me or even wanted to. They just ran my credit through every bank known to mankind. My credit isn’t the best and I just felt no one could or would help but I made myself try Kia Turner before I gave up. Soon as I walked in the door I was treated as an equal and that treatment never changed even when at times it looked like it may not work out. Storm the sales consultant went above and beyond to help me. Ran around moving cars around just to get close to my wants and hopes. Rick the financial guru not only got me a deal but explained everything to me clearly in the process. I basically walked away with a brand new car. I’m still in shock. I can’t say enough other than thank you thank you. Take your time and your money to them only!!! If they can’t help you right now it’s not the right time for you because they made a miracle happen for me!!!

I explained to the auto salesman that my vehicles transmission went out and the car was no longer covered under the warranty. I was devastated, I had a vehicle that I was still making payments on but it was no longer running. The auto salesman was wonderful, he was very patient with me and he did everything he could to make my nightmare into an enjoyable experience. I am so glad that I purchased my vehicle with Kia, and Im grateful for the sales representative that I had.☺️
No communication!!! Car broke down and Turner would not provide a rental. Took a week after me calling them several times to get a car from Enterprise. Needed a new transmission! When I went there to pick up my rental I told the girl that I gave the keys to that it needed an oil change and there was a roof rack in the back that was never put on from when I purchased the vehicle. They put in the new transmission but did nothing else that I asked. Ive gotten attitude several times that Ive been there. I would never recommend Turner Kia to anyone!!!!!The worst service Ive had in my life!!!!!
The best experience I have ever had in shopping for a car. They are the nicest people and they go out of their way to satisfy the customer. My salesperson, Mena Hanna, did a great job working through the deal without any pressure. He gave honest answers and made the experience a positive one. I plan to go back to Turner KIA when I need another car. Meanwhile, go see Mena and get yourself a great deal. I did.

Excellent customer service! Was able to get same day appt for tire repair and oil change...however, we waited for 2 hours for this to be completed.
I have been a customer at Turner Kia for more than 7 years and they have been awesome and I say this even when I had a little bump in the road with their service department recently I brought my issue to their attention and they made it right I found out that their was a staffing issue and was told it had been corrected so I completely understand because I have worked with the public since I’m of working age..............Thank you again for the TLC you give it is much appreciated .
