Run!!!! I placed an order for an office chair on 1/15. I received a receipt which states it will ship within 3 days. Contacted them on 1/18 via email. Contacted them on 1/21 via message and called them on 1/26 (no answer and no place to leave a message). Get your money back!

The heat/ massage recliner was great until within a week the heat control button fell off. Sent email to support and received emails back and forth. Sent wrong control twice now. Sent pictures every time of the one I needed. Last email has gone unanswered.Tried calling and left message and they havent returned the phone call. I plan on sending it back, if they get back to me. We ordered from JCPENNEY back in October last year we finally received in June and they were not in good shop either. Sent them back. I guess good products are hard to find.
