Hands down the best place to take your vehicle for body work. My passenger side on my truck was basically totaled and after I met with my adjuster the next day they where ready to get me scheduled and ready to go. When I picked up my truck you couldn’t even tell there was damage. Then I got in my vehicle to leave and seen they had detailed my whole truck inside and out when that had nothing to do with the service. They where fast with updates and very friendly. Highly recommended to anyone that wants perfection when it comes to Auto Body work.

If you own a diesel truck....please DO NOT consider this shop.Coming in, the customer service at the front desk is amazing! Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.As far as work being done correctly the first time, that did not happen. They brought my truck to me with the check engine light on with several codes. They assumed it came in that way. When I pulled the codes with my key, only then did they explain that they had to disconnect the batteries, etc. They took it in the back cleared them and all was well. After inspecting my repairs I saw that the bottom portion of my bedside had been sanded then clear coated without any paint, several marks on my tail gate, and a white/gray residue all over bed rail and tailgate.The work was scheduled to be done a week later (drop off Thursday am, to be picked up the next day). Pick up turned into Tuesday of following week. Upon pick up, the corrections had been made and looked good (aside form the residue still being all over the bedliner). There were 3 new engine codes that needed to be cleared, employee stated he thought they were there when the truck came in, cleared them again. As I pulled away, my truck was smoking. A few hours after getting home trying to figure it all out, who ever re connected the batteries took it it upon themselves to re connect several things that did not pertain to the batteries or repairs to the body being made. If I had not figured it out my turbo and injectors would have been toast.

Got my car repaired, was an ugly dent in rear quarter panel. You cant tell any damage was ever there. They washed whole car and vacuumed. Very professional. Im quite satisfied.

Had a great experience! They worked with me on my schedule and had great customer service. The best part is that they estimated a three day repair but they had it done in one day with quality work. Amazing customer service, and probably one of the most accommodating body shops I have ever been to. I just needed Work done on my 2014 Nissan Altima, and they did it no problem. I am also very appreciative of them matching the paint color perfectly, and leaving my car cleaner then I left it. Everybody from the front desk to the mechanics are awesome and I will definitely be going to them if I need any other work done. Can every auto repair be like this? Premier worked with my insurance to get my repairs covered, no effort on my part. The car was finished quickly and was clean inside and out. Staff was polite with excellent customer service. Would recommend!

Premier Auto Body is truly PREMIER!! I got into an accident on the highway and they jumped right in to help! My insurance started the process/referral, and they took over. Immediately took my car in, completed an assessment/estimate in one day, and called me to go over the estimate. They have been incredibly positive, supportive, and sincere. Staff is engaging and welcoming. I feel truly taken care of and in good hands. I will absolutely come to them again with any car troubles in the future!!

We hit a deer and then two weeks after getting my car back my foot slipped and accidentally hit a parked car. Both times they were easy to deal with. Our son recommended them from when he had repairs done on his truck. I would recommend them due to their great work, polite service, fast repairs, etc. You wont be disappointed!

They do great work. My car was hit earlier this year and I ended up taking it hear and I wasnt disappointed at all. My mother-in-laws also got some work done to her van and she was highly pleased with the work. 18-wheeler had a blowout in front of us on the interstate, and the largest piece of the tread did some hefty damage to the front end of our car. Six months later, we were rear-ended by a vehicle while visiting family out of state. We were so pleased with their work and the process the first time, we drove 5 hours home without a back windshield and severe damage to the rear hatch of our car, just so Premier could do the work. The work has always been outstanding, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Id recommend them to anybody.

Best body shop experience in my life. I have unfortunately had my car there 3 times in the past 6 months. Fortunately they are great to work with. Friendly folks, quick with an accurate estimate and they have a nice waiting area and friendly shop dog. I hope I dont need my car repaired again any time soon, but if I do I will go there.

The actual body work they did was great and their customer service was good- but don’t expect to get your car back in the same condition you left it in. My clutch now needs to be replaced but it was fine when I dropped my car off with them. They won’t admit any responsibility since it’s a wearable item.

I have been to Premier quite a few times, thanks to the deer population around here! They are always nice and friendly. They bring their dogs with them to work, which is awesome I think. They are very good shop dogs. The quality of service is exceptional, and I always get my car back cleaner than I took it in. I highly recommend going to Premier than anywhere else!!

Premier Auto Body is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever gone to. Not only is their quality of work phenomenal but their customer service is phenomenal as well! From the moment you walk in there you feel like a valued customer. The staff is patient and extremely helpful. I got into a fender bender this past week and they walked me through what to do step by step. They got me a rental within minutes and I was on my way. Definitely go here if you need help and youre in Harrisonburg. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I was truly wowed by Premiers customer service.My family and I were planning on leaving town to visit relatives. The owners and another mechanic stayed well past closing to ensure that our car was ready to go and we could get on the road.I cant recall the last time a business tried this hard to take care of a customer. Have always taken my cars here but lately they’re service has dropped dramatically. If you need anything mechanically done, DO NOT COME HERE!!! They had to replace a radiator on one of my cars and they didn’t put the clamps on the coolant lines. Was driving through the mountains and the line popped off. Leaked out about 75% of coolant and luckily I noticed it in time or it would’ve locked my engine up. Luckily had a pack of water and tools so I fixed it and went on my way but if that water wasn’t there I would’ve been stranded with no service(middle of blue ridge mountains) . Mistakes like that should NOT happen at a place that charges you at very high rates. Avoid if possible!!

The staff at Premier Auto Body are extremely nice and honest people which I had realized from the very first phone call. Although the problem with my vehicle was out of their hands, they told me exactly what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. This is how customer service should be. I will definitely be back if other problems occur with my vehicle and I recommend that everyone do the same. As a last side note, if youre a dog person, they have the coolest dogs just hanging out in the office. Go see them!

I was trying to get my vehicle to pass a Maryland state inspection, but it failed. I was still living in Harrisonburg, and I asked Premier Auto for an estimate on the work that I would need done in order to pass the inspection. The service was exceptional. Not only did they express doubt that the car needed the repairs, they took me under the vehicle to check it out myself. Lynn wrote and printed out an estimate of the repairs for free. All in all I took a few hours of their time, and ended up getting no work done (yet). Premier didnt charge me a cent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone - especially those who arent sure which mechanics to trust. Lovely waiting area and cute dogs as well!

Their paint jobs are terrible! They replaced my front bumper a couple years back. It never had so much as a chip prior to my accident. Now every couple months the replacement is covered in new chips due to an inferior paint job. Ive brought it in twice for the damage. The 2nd time they dismissed it as rocks and only fixed a small portion of the front bumper. The first 10 years I owned this vehicle the front bumper never had so much as a chip but this new one looks like hell. They have a lifetime guarantee for their paint jobs but after more than 1 visit theyll just leave you feeling like it wasnt their fault.

Excellent streamlined and personable service!! I was delighted to find service that compared to the Mercedes Dealer/Service Center that I have been accustomed to in Northern Virginia, and maybe a notch above, since Premier has the adorable greeters Blue and Caesar.

I am so pleased with my service. I came in after visiting several other shops and was extremely distressed and upset about my car. I have a Volkswagen EOS and they are notorious for having leaks from the convertible top. I unfortunately fell victim to this issue, I had a leak from my roof and my car was completely flooded. I walked in and they took my car right away. Not only did they service me immediately, they took the time to give me a ride back to where I needed to be AND offered to pick me up when my car was ready. They have the utmost respect for their clients and dont rip people off, especially me not knowing very much about cars. I appreciate this establishment for their kindness and will continually bring my business here. Thank you Premier!

Recently got rear ended into a trucks tow hitch, took it into premier with high hopes that maybe they’d fix the damage on the front. All they did was put touch up paint and “fixed” the rear bumper. Definitely wasn’t worth $981 because there wasn’t anything fixed worth that much. Tried taking it back 2 more times and all they did was put new screws in the front bumper that was held by zip ties after the accident. I’m not gonna recommend this place to anybody, I don’t even wanna give it a star because they didn’t even have my car sitting out front like the others so I could see it before I signed. Waste of time and insurance money

This is the kind of business that you love their services and cant wait to deal with them again...except for the fact that something has to go wrong first. From the first phone call for information, to the rental car we didnt expect (at a great rate!), to the timeliness of the service, to the service itself and the results, everything was just over-the-top good customer service. Everyone I talked to recommended this place and now I know why. This time it was under my deductible, but I am thrilled to know that my insurance would also send my car here. Absolutely awful. Fixed my coupe and the paint color didnt blend. The passenger door handle didnt work. When I went to pick up my car the color looked about right in there lighting and I obviously dont go in my car thru the passenger side so when I noticed the paint color change in direct sunlight and when I found out the door handle didnt work I took the car back 2 days later and they said they couldnt do anything and that I messed up the door. When my insurance was paying it was all smiles but when everything was said and done and they received there money and i took the car home they gave me the cold shoulder. TYPICAL BODY SHOP CROOKS . never again will I let anything anywhere near these guys

Do yourself a favor and listen to the guy above me. Take your car to a place that actually has the time to pay attention to detail. That is if you care about your car other than for transportation. My experience was pleasant as far as customer service. But the actually service sucked. They were late on finishing my car several times. I also had to return my car several times for repair for things that they broke/messed up during the repair process.

Im a student at JMU so I dont live around here. When the snow got the best of me, I took my car to Premier and they were a pleasure to do business with. They answered every question I had and did a fantastic job on my car repairs! I have a auto body shop back home that I couldnt go to due to distance, but its nice to know I have someone I can count on in these times of trouble when Im at school. Thanks Premier!

I have used Premier Auto Body to repair two vehicles and they are excellent in every way. They have a waiting room you can use while they do the estimate on your vehicle. Then they actually keep in touch with you during the insurance approval and repair process! They take the car on the date set and I have received my car back on time both times! Need I mention that the auto body work is superb? Five years later the deer collision repair on my car is still great and the recent fender bend with my van is now in PERFECT condition. Their attention to detail is just unbelievable. Their customer service is first-rate. If you need auto body work in Rockingham County or the Harrisonburg area, this is the place to go.

I have had the unfortunate luck of needing auto body work done many times in the past few years. Being a perfectionist, I never had a great experience with any body shop until I found Premier Auto Body.The entire staff there is friendly and helpful; they answered all of my questions and even gave me a tour of their facility before I dropped my car off. The owner obviously takes pride in his business and doesnt settle for anything less than perfect as he does the final inspection of EVERY vehicle leaving his shop. My car was repaired quickly, but best of all, the repair work was flawless.Overall, I could not be happier with the work they did to my Acura TSX. I will definitely return should I ever need auto body work done again.

I have nothing but great things to say about Premier Auto Body. After hitting a deer 2 years ago I worked with Premier through my insurance carrier and was very pleased with the end result after $7,000 worth of damage. Fast forward to today: I work at a car dealership so I took my car in for my yearly inspection and was rejected due to my headlight not working. Water was in my headlight causing my ballast to go out. After receiving a hefty quote (almost $1400 even after my employee pricing) for the new lamp from our service center I remembered that Premier had a lifetime warranty on their work. I called and they told me to come right in. After looking me up they immediately ordered my head light. They kept me in the loop during the week wait for the headlight to get here and it once it was in all I had to do was drop by, it took about 15 minutes and I was on my way free of charge with my new headlight! Thank you Premier, I will be sure to point everyone I can your way!

Thay are total liers they had my car for over a week and told me that they took my car apart to do the work when I went there and seen that the car was never even touched and then they tried to tell me that they had put it back together already not true because it had a peace of tape in the bumper that was never removed . And I know that they didn’t do anything I told them I wanted my car back not because of the time but for the fact that they lied to me on more then one instance about the job. Then they called me twice to question me as to why I didn’t want them to do the work. And after all of this they would not release my car unless I paid them $820 for nothing.... bottom line don’t go there

They fixed my car last year and now refuse to fix there crappy body work they did which cracked. I wish i could rate this place 0 stars. Theyre interested in quantity not quality work. Guys please go to a small family body shop and dont let these guys scam you. They should take down that lifetime warrenty non sense sticker they have up front. They also quoted me almost 700 dollars just to repaint rock chips on my front bumper before this whole ordeal but only cut me a 750 dollar check to fix my dented quarter panel and dented fender when i told em I was going to do the work myself. That doesnt make sense. How is painting a front bumper the same amount of money as fixing TWO dents and doing a blend job. The amount of money was so low that it wasnt worth it so I let them do it. And it was the worst mistake ever. Im also sure they charged my insurance way more than there 700 they offered me when i left em my keys after I left. Avoid this place at all costs

I cant say enough about these folks. En route from Blacksburg, VA to State College PA with my toddler, I accidently put regular gas into my diesel engine (although I was in denial). I limped into Brians shop just after 5pm on a Sunday evening. Brian delayed attending a family dinner so he could accept my car and provide me alternate transportation (who wants to be stranded with a 2 year old in the back seat?!).They took care of my car first thing the next day and not only had me back on the road by 4 (as they said they would), but they had me back on the road in a CLEAN vehicle (it was caked with dirt and salt-early March snow storm). The cost of the repair was delightfully surprising (thank goodness I didnt damage my engine), and they were the most friendly bunch I could have hoped for. And the shop was sparkling clean!Dont bother looking further, this shop is it, 100% authentic quality from A-Z.

Not sure if the quality repair is worth the amount of the estimate. I will change the rating once the job is completed!!

Really bad service ......my insurance took my truck to get it fix there and instead they left it worst they put a lot of glue to stick my front bumper back ....i told the guy a even took pics of the glue on my bumper and send it to the insurance company.....after a second attempt to fix it there I got mad and took it to Chevrolet dealer to get it fix ....i wouldnt never recommend this place at all
