I called and got my windshield replaced quickly and had it done while I was a work. Car was clean and windshield looks great. The person who installed it was very professional and the process very easy. They were cheaper than the other national brand and offered a better warranty as well. Great job.

I called several local businesses to replace my windshield. Glass Doctor was the fastest AND the least expensive! I am very happy with the work that they did. Next time I need help with auto glass, they will be my first and only call.

They replaced my windshield. Came to my home. Did it very fast. We had heavy rains soon after. NO leaks. A couple of weeks or so later I noticed the rubber trim was not laying right. It normally lays right. The gentleman who cam out said this often happens with vans because of the doors. It was on both sides where the door kept catching it. He caulked it on both sides so this could not happen again. He said it was only decorative and had nothing to do with keeping it from leaking. It was nice he cared enough about the quality of their work to fix it so it would look nice. They are a company my State Farm Insurance uses.Thanks for a great job and great follow up.

I had a stone chip in my windshield and I was calling around to get an appointment to get it repaired. The Glass Doctor answered the phone and had an appointment for me the very next day. The other places I called had complicated phone trees I was unable to navigate.The tech who arrived, Kurt, was this highly experienced, super knowledgeable guy who impressed the hell out of me with his professionalism and expertise. He took a couple of minutes to explain to me the construction of windshields and the nature of different styles of stone chips and what you can expect from them. I found this information interesting and useful as Ive lost several windshields over the years to unrepaired stone chips. Quick repair of a stone chip can prevent a far more expensive replacement after the chip becomes a windshield destroying crack across its length.It was refreshing to have a mature professional like Kurt show up. Having somebody who radiates confidence and experience working on your vehicle is comforting. I know this was a simple job but it was done right and it was done quickly. He even repaired a second chip for only $10. I got my entire windshield repaired for under $100 total.The Glass Doctor is fortunate to have such experienced people as Kurt on their team and I would highly recommend there services to anyone looking for windshield repair or replacement. Had an emergency situation with broken glass in a sliding glass door. Called at almost 11AM they were on the scene in three hours.Fantastic job boarding up the door until the replacement glass could be ordered and installed.Cleaned up the broken glass, answered my questions to the best of his ability. Everyone was courteous from first contact with the office to the professional who came and did the work.Highly recommend.

Besides fair pricing and knowledgeable appraiser staff, I liked how well your customer service representative was always patient and nice over the phone.

I used Glass Doctor for a chip repair at the recommendation of my insurance agent. At the initial appointment, I was not notified when the technician arrived, nor when they left. I contacted the dispatcher because I had not heard from the technician and was informed that the work had been completed. Upon personal inspection, I found that the repair was completed, but that there was still a rough spot and 2 of the cracks remained visible. I was not left with a receipt of work completed, care instruction, or warranty information. Had I not called the dispatcher, I would not have known that the work was complete.Being unsatisfied with the quality of the repair, I called my insurance agent and the dispatcher. Glass Doctor assured me that it is normal to see some hairline cracks after a repair, but that they would send out another technician to examine the work the following day.Scheduling the 2nd appointment, I requested an afternoon appointment for today (Friday 9/20/19). At 8:40, I received a call that I was unable to take as I was in a meeting. I received another call at 9:40, but was still in the same meeting. When I called back at 10:00, I was told that the technician had already been by, but I didnt answer the phone. I explained that I was to have an afternoon appointment, so that was scheduled again for 2:00 pm. At 1:00, I received another call from the dispatcher stating that the technician had been by and would not be able to do anything further for the repair, he recommended that I have a replacement if I wasnt happy with the current state of the repair.I never got to speak to a technician. The scheduling was not correct. The repair is not correct, and now they want me to schedule a replacement with them.On the plus side, the dispatcher was very pleasant and apologetic, as was the manager who called to check on my satisfaction.I would not recommend Glass Doctor and will be calling Safelite to see if they can fix this repair.

He paid special attention to removal & re-installation of the chrome mouldings around the outside of the cars windshield! I would not recommend the windshield replacement service by this company. My windshield now “whistles”, they left parts off the trim and as I write this I am at the car dealership (thank God they were open!) getting my wipers to work because they left them misaligned and loose. I was driving in the rain when the drivers side wiper stopped working due to this. Glad it wasn’t a heavy rain but my visibility was compromised nonetheless. I definitely will let my auto insurance company not to recommend this company.
