Absolutely love this place! the staff is friendly and helpful. i would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for good quality hair/beauty supplies here!
Nice people so kind and understanding. They even fit me in on easter weekend. My hair got pretty messed up from imuno stuff and a friend of mine. But they did everything in their power to help me make it look nice. I got to leave smiling when i went in crying.
They have everything you would need for hair, nails and makeup. A little pricey, but sometimes you can catch them with clearance items.
Im giving 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. Everything rang up incorrectly. Items were clearly labeled a certain price and rang up a totally different price. When I asked why the clerk said she didnt know and did I still want them at the incorrect price. I said no, please give them to me for the correct price. She said no. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told no manager works there. I asked for the clerks name so I could call the corporate office. She refused to give it to me. I will not shop somewhere with falsely advertised prices.
Ive lived here for about 26 years almost 27 in april. My mother and grand mother have always taken me to Sallys when we needed hair supply. Color, Bleach, toner, anything really. The staff always seems to be supportive and willing to help figure out whats best for you. Heck. I was recommended a tea shampoo for my hair was 15 by them and Ive loved what it has done to fix my hair since! I will always go there and i recommend others do too. ^^
It is a small Sallys but, it was adequately stocked with the products I was looking for. I was greeted right away when I walked in. Very nice selection of nail polish colors. No complaints.
Do yourself a favor and please just look up the type of products you need before stepping into this store. I asked both employees who were closing where the utensils required for touching up your roots were, and the first girl asked me if I meant bleach. I went and got most of the products I was after, and decided to ask the girl sweeping the floor in the back if she knew, she shrugged her shoulders and said she had no idea. She even asked the girl I had previously asked not even 10 minutes later if she knew. What happened to the good staff where they actually knew about hair products and other beauty aids?? Now, all they have are snot nosed chicks that don’t know about ANYTHING in the STORE which is their work environment. You all just lost a loyal customer, I’m doing my hair product shopping online from now on.
Ridiculous. Sally’s should inform their customers when they are purchasing certain products that they cannot be returned. Spent $120 for hair extensions, got home, realized they were too short, and tried to exchange for longer ones (for $145). Nope. Hair sales are final, something that should be told AT PURCHASE. Now I’m stuck with extensions that are the same length of my hair. What a joke. Never will I waste my time in such a poorly managed establishment.
The worst Sallys I have ever been to! Had no idea what the were doing. Need to hire some professional people with knowledge of the products thay have in the store!!!
They have the great and best hair products every.
Great customer service from malinda and Nicki.polite and very helpful!
I went to Sallys with a direct list of what I needed for my hair from a professional hair stylist. Once Sallys employees asked if we needed help they rudely told us the stuff we needed was wrong. We ask where specific stuff was and they directed us to other products wanting us to rebleach my hair when I was only looking for a toner. They were unprofessional and rolled their eyes when asking for help.
Very helpful associates.
Great people people, very knowledgeable.
