The people who work at this particular store are AMAZING! They go above and beyond for their customers and they strive to provide the BEST in customer service and comfort! Had a great experience here. I did not feel rushed or pushed into buying a mattress. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of mattresses to try out and if you are low on money, they have flexible monthly payments for all mattresses.

I went in this store this morning fully expecting to go to three or four other places. The only reason I stopped here first was because it was one of the very few that opened at 10am! The rest was not opening up till 11.Craig was the only salesman there. I liked how he allowed me to roam the showroom with no pressure but still answered any questions I had. He helped me with his advice and helped me decide on a mattress set that was right for me.I liked his sales approach so much....I knew I did not have to go any place else. I will update my review if the delivery people are lousy but I am hoping that I can still leave a 5 star rating on Google after Dec 6th.

We did purchase a king size bed here. Craig treated us very well and with respect. Did not get a great deal, but the experience was better than what we received at Mattress Warehouse.

It makes for a wonderful experience when I can walk into a business and be taken seriously and treated like I matter. Like my business matters.I came in with a basic idea of what I needed, and the salesman asked a few questions and found exactly what I wanted. It was quick and easy - and safe. He never tried to talk me into a mattress out of my budget, he was absolutely respectful.My experience was so much better much than another place down the road that I’ve returned here to buy a total of four beds in the last couple years.About my “safe” comment: Covid-19 has shown us a lot of changes in the way people interact and do business. My children and I never came within twenty feet of another customer, and no one even offered to shake hands.

I explained what my family needed, and my son & his wife checked out several firm mattresses before choosing the one I purchased on sale. Two-day shipping, free box spring, removal of old mattress/box spring, and we were done.

This first time we walked in it was raining and the gentleman that was there was very nice and he helped us out alot. We had made up are mind that day that we was going to get the mattress but we was still looking for the right bunk beds. But we ended up staying with what we had but just changing the mattress to make it better . That was on a Wednesday.So Saturday after talking with my husband we made sure we dont miss the sell, I called to make sure he was going to be there. All i remembered was he had another job and what type it was. Today my husband went and got the mattress that we have to pick up later on this week. Amazing place to get a deal from! Came in here to mainly browse.. I had very recently bought a bed in a box (HORRIBLE idea) It had seriously messed up sleeping.
