Have shopped here for years and never been disappointed with either their having what I needed in stock, or their knowledge of required batteries and quick installation of same. This trip needed new batteries (2) for an UPS system. System was 7 yrs old and they had the batteries and promptly installed and tested them. Saved about $40.00 over the cost of buying a new UPS power module.My first choice whenever I need batteries or bulbs.

I buy all my batteries here, imagine my surprise when they denied me a warranty on a battery purchased here, with there name on it and the date I bought it stamped on the battery. I actually bought two and they only lasted a year and a half. They were in my RV that sits parked unused 99% of the time but we keep a trickle battery charger on them so they stay charged but not over charged. I guess they list my business. I would never buy a battery that lasts only 1.5 years.

Was looking for a UPS for my saltwater aquarium, for in the event of a power loss during storms. The store had the perfect UPS for me. While there I was greeted by a professional employee Zach who had great customer service. I will definitely be coming back in the future for my battery and light bulb needs.

Had a cracked screen on my android and they went above and beyond out of their way to get me the best price. Service was super fast. They also got me a great price on a battery for my car when it died. Definitely less expensive than going to a dealership.

Melissa was amazing. I totally messed up my phone and took it in and she fixed my failed DIY attempt and had me up and running in less than an hour.

I went to get my iPhone battery replaced, and they broke my iPhone screen and ended up replacing it with a new one. The new one is a lot less responsive and usually doesn’t even work. Typing is extremely difficult. They had to take my phone back 3 times (took 2 hours total) for them to replace my screen protector that they removed when they broke the first screen. Extremely disappointed :(

Waste of time & money I went there because everything due to covid is closed. Wasted $140 to have a screen replaced majority of things don’t work, they did say I could bring it back but I’m not driving an hour with 3 kids not knowing weather or not it can actually be fixed. It was a waste of time & money.Just be Leary of things when you go to places like this that aren’t “certified” to do this kinda of work.

We have a business account with Batteries Plus, but a different department usually orders, so I just placed an order online and paid with a credit card. I needed someone else to pick up the batteries, so I called and spoke with a gentlemen who was very polite and helpful. He was able to cancel my online order and charge them to my business account, which ended up saving us money.

I scheduled online to have my iPhone 6 battery replaced. I got an email right away saying what to expect. I walked in and in less than 15 minutes I was walking out. I don’t live in Harrisonburg but I can get warranty service anywhere in the USA where there is a Batteries + Bulbs store which there is one 30 minutes from where I live. Because I scheduled online I got $10 off the repair which was very reasonable to begin with. Can’t say enough good. Great service, great price, and great deal.

Was hoping to get my phone camera lens fixed. Kept getting the run around about the part not being in stock, forgotten to order, Air Rushed and still not arrived with multiple weeks. I get a call that it has arrived and yet it wasnt in the shop when I arrived. Supposedly its still in transit.Hopefully it arrives...

I took a broken Galaxy S7 to them this evening, to see how much it would cost and how long it would take to repair. I was expecting to have to wait several days. To my surprise, Melissa said she could have it done in about an hour! They are also currently running a sale on cell phone batteries, so not only did she replace the screen and digitizer, but I have a brand new battery that is guaranteed for a full year.Melissa was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Ill be taking my daughters malfunctioning iPhone to her ASAP.

Staff at the store were very helpful, but they were constantly stymied by the account creation process. The IT staff did eventually figure out how to activate the account and force a password reset. IT really needs to fix this so they can better support their store staff.

I went in to have the battery replaced, and then my phone lost network service, so after haggling with AT&T, I was told I would need the phone replaced, so the money was refunded for the cost of the battery. I call that great customer service!

Made an appointment (to have phone battery replaced) online for the next day. Arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment. They were quite busy. Despite my having an appointment, evidently walk-in traffic bumps appointments. Total time was over an hour.However, they did give me a $20.00 credit for the inconvenience.Just be aware that you may have to wait...even if you have an appointment.As far as the repair; my phone appears to be working fine. Time will tell if the replacement battery is as good as an original battery.

I was in the Harrisonburg Virginia’s store #556 on 9-9-18 with a problem with my iPhone. A young man named Zach helped me. Very helpful and knowledgeable!! He had such great customer service that I decided to have my daughters iPad fixed there. I will continue to do business here and highly recommend this store for all your battery needs.

I get excited when I get great service. Like most, Im used to people just doing what they have to do and moving on, which is fine. But I called the store first to see if they had my watch battery since they popped up on Google when I searched for this battery. I thought they were solely an auto parts store. Not the case! The man on the phone was very polite and said they did have it. I went in a few hours later, looked around at the signs to find watch batteries and someone immediately came up and asked how I could be helped. I gave him my baggie of two watches with the backs off and said I needed their batteries. He knew exactly where they were and said since the backs were already off, that the installation of the batteries was free! As he was taking care of my watches he let me know about the store and some nice-to-have items that they sell. He wasnt pushy, merely informative. He had my watches done within a couple of minutes, rang me up, and I was on my way. Super friendly! Best of all, the battery was $3.99 and they took care of switching them out and disposing of the old one. Just FYI kids swallowing these types of small batteries is a major issue, so you dont want them around the house!Ive already told my husband they have camera batteries since hes looking for a spare. Will definitely go back and will tell my friends about them!
