My African American friend has had MULTIPLE negative experiences with the shorter man with glasses since the previous management left. He was given the benefit of doubt that maybe he was rude because he was having a bad day several times, but the last time was ignored even when asking the guy how his day was and then was totally polite and friendly to the white lady who was next in line.
