I took a motor in to get one bearing for it and I told them I only needed the one bearing and gave them the outside race of the bearing that I needed and told them that I needed them to get the inside of the old bearing off as well. When I went to pick it up, I was told the total was $87 and I asked why? They said it was for labor n the new bearings n for freight for getting the bearings into them. I said that it didn’t need but the one bearing n they said that it was not clarified that it only needed one bearing! That was so not true n i won’t be taking anymore motors there.

They had electric motor capacitor NOT FOUND in Augusta county IN STOCK!!! Pleasant and helpful on the phone.

Terrible experience! I was renting a storage unit while my garage was being built, when the garage was finished and I moved out I was paid up for another 6 weeks, when I went in to get a refund the owner says that he doesnt pro rate when somebody moves out only when they move in, so im standing there in shock and he says have a nice day then goes on working on something else and leaves me standing there.Thats what I get for paying on time. Over $100 gone for nothing

The guys at electric motor sales & service really know their stuff. Theyre more than willing to help you in any way they can. Theyve helped me on multiple occasions over the phone when I was in the field. And they will give you the best deal around. Its a no brainer for me, theyre the only place Ill go.

Very nice and knowledgable people. The customer service here was great. They had a furnace motor I needed in stock and they even helped me figure out how to wire it after testing my old motor and determining it was bad.

Always have what I want and able to repair asap if needed. I would shop here for any electric motor I needed.

Honest advice today about two motors, identifying right away that one was beyond repair.
