Rex and Russ are awesome to work with. Russ picked up my tractor before I even knew he was coming and dropped it off the very next day without me knowing the work was finished. Russ fixed the tractor, a fairly easy one I might add, but they also cleaned all of the hydraulic fluid that had covered the underside of the tractor after a simple o-ring failure. Service like this is what the standard used to be over 40 years ago when I was a teenager learning the value of customer service and that the customer is always right. The type of service they provide is basically unheard of these days. Thank you both for a job well done, and making my repair experience an enjoyable one. Keep up the great work!

Terrible customer service. These people will rip you off for any repair, I went there for a lawnmower repair. Would not recommend to any body.

Terrible customer service. Went here to get a part replaced on my mower and immediately got greeted with an attitude by two employees. I have a warranty on my lawnmower and they wanted to put the blame on me that the part broke after telling them how it happened. They were rude and unprofessional never going here again

Worst possible experience of my life.. In one solid month they had the zero turn mower in the shop not one phone call. Not one. I stopped in in person to check in it week 2.. Rudest.. Worse interaction with a service business that I have ever dealt with. I talked to Rusty the manager of both Harrisonburg and Staunton New Holland stores and was told that my bill was over $1000.00... What.. It was there for yearly service .. Pickup. Delivery. Check why it stopped running... CHECK.. AS IN DIAGNOSE IT... They did massive price gouging.. Then the service manager for the department calls me.. Is confrontational.. Actively telling me to get service elsewhere.. What?? Sure Im going elsewhere after this experience in incompetence, CRIMINAL price gouging likely intentional and ongoing to every customer that comes here.. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL EVER.. ZERO STARS. LITTERALLY... think on it. NO CONTACT.. suprise $1000.00 bill. That is CRIMINAL. By Virginia code a criminal act. Then once called out on the fact that if I went to court it would be one question from the judge did you contact the customer before doing work not on the ticket.. Answer NO end of case. Please never take any mower of any kind to this or Staunton location ever

Would give no stars if possible. Went in looking to buy a mower today, several thousand dollars is the norm for here. Walked around for a while before finally getting helped. The salesman asked what I was looking for and then got a phone from his pocket abd just started talking. There was no just a minute, sorry let me get this nothing. After waiting and listening to the call about trucking something in and needing finance papers signed I started to look around some more then decided to leave. Once I was to the door I was called after asking if I wanted some information while he was still on the phone. I know customer service is dead but a little respect for the customer should be important.
