Fun course, first time that I have played it. It got the better of me me.... carts are fast which is a plus! Need new flags in every hole, they lean...

I tried to reserve a rental set and they would not. I was told first come but it would not be a problem. When I arrived, they were down to last rental set. The website states that the rental sets are Cleveland or Sri on from 2020. The set I was offered did not appear to even be from the 1990s and no clubs matched, as if it was from lost an found.

Exceptional prices for year round play at Lakeview that includes 27 holes of golf right at the foothills of the mountains. Condition is always pretty good and is never overly slow in regards to place of play due to an extra 9 holes.

I work at woodstone golf course at Massanutten, and after playing there for awhile, I have been looking for other courses to enjoy. Let me start off with price, I played 9 holes with a cart and the total was $21. Incredibly reasonable in my opinion. The rough was a little deep in places, but the fairways and greens were very well maintained. I can tell the matinence staff works hard to keep it looking as nice as it does. I found the course somewhat challenging at times but very fun. Will definitely be coming back and I would recommend to any golfer regardless of skill level. Aside from the course they have a good looking driving range, and indoor simulators.

The GM Ryan Hite is awesome - he is friendly and welcoming. The staff is friendly and fun loving. Always good food, good beer and a good time in the clubhouse. John is amazing for golf lessons!

Staff was very friendly. Fairways and greens are in great shape. Long holes with rolling hills, wide fairways, and challenging greens. Great views. Really enjoyed plying here and look forward to our next visit.

Very well kept golf course. The tee boxes, fairways and greens are in great shape. The rough isnt bad either. I highly recommend playing this course.

This course is well maintained and the staff were super friendly. Professional atmosphere and other golfers were polite as well. We played a full 18 holes and each felt unique. Food and beverages available on site. You pass by the lodge after your first 9 holes so it makes for a great pit stop. Would recommend to all. I will be returning regularly.

A very poor experience there today. According to the desk clerk the board has decided to go from 27 holes to 18, 3 days per week. Tried to play today. Behind 3 women walking. Took 2.5 hours for 9 and bailed out. No sand in bunkers. Attendant spraying green stuff on greens in front of us. Hard to believe such a good course has went down this quick.

Found the Lakeview club on their website before we headed south back to Florida today(7/11/17). Wasnt sure if we would get there depending on traffic but the timing worked out great. Wife and I played the Lake and Mountain 9s and couldnt have been more pleased. The pro in the clubhouse was welcoming and took great care of us especially being walkins. Course was in great shape, the greens were terrific and the views were outstanding. I wish our pro and especially the greens crew were anywhere near as good as these folks. Dont miss this place if you have the chance to play it. Thanks once again for a great day.

If there was an an option for a half a star i would have chosen that... my biggest complaint is that you go to the website and the hd golf says it closes at 10 on Friday and Saturday nights but you call and nobody answers the phone after 5. And there is no answering machine to even say that they closed. You would think a golf course would have a simple answering machine but they dont.

Played this course over the weekend - Mountain 9 into Lake 9, definitely worth the drive up from Charlottesville. Very hospitable pro shop. The course is in top condition, and the Mountain 9 presents a challenge, especially from the tips. Would definitely recommend

Lakeview golf course is a nice track, well keep. Mike and Sam were very profesional and friendly. I would recommend this golf course to any one. I would definitely play here again.

With 36 holes, a rarity in these times, theres never any waiting. Great greens, fairways and great rough. Great for all handicaps. Prices for weekdays/weekends are unbeatable

Lakeview is a great place to play in the Shenandoah Valley. Weve played there for a football team fundraiser for 4 years now and the course is always in great shape with fair rates.

You wont find any better golf for the money in the Valley
