I found the people at Liberty Arms to be very polite and that you purchase the right weapon. My wife has a problem with her hands and wrists and they took the time to go through their selection of 380 hand guns until they found one she could pull the slide back. I am disabled and didnt have my wheel chair so I was unable to go into the store. I was wanting a shot gun and they made several trips with weapons for me too look at. When the purchase was made they carried the paper work out and the shotgun, I am very pleased with their service and courtesy. We will be returning to buy again.Thank you Mark G.

Definitely don’t wear a mask in this place. Nobody who works there wears a mask. I come in wearing a mask and got treated like total garbage. Sorry I care about my health. I own guns and know how to operate them. I was treated with such disrespect it was unreal for simply wearing a mask.

Went in to purchase a hand gun, unsure of what caliber I wanted. They look the time to show me several different options and explain the differences. I never felt pressured to make a purchase, it felt good to get great customer service for once. Definitely my go to spot!
