They were once recommendable. Their prices are more affordable than Amerigas and their customer service is nicer, if you can reach someone. However, they do not have 24/7 emergency delivery as advertised. I have been without propane for 4 days now and it is unclear when they will be able to deliver. The account was suppose to be set up on auto fill.

Horrible service. They canceled and changed our delivery three times without letting us know and never delivered our oil. We ran out of oil and didn’t have heat for our home in below freezing weather for 5 days. We let them know this and they didn’t do anything to speed up the delivery. Each time we called they had a different answer and promised delivery that day. They never delivered our oil each of those times. I never received a call back from a manager, even after I left multiple messages. Absolute disregard for their customers. I do not recommend using this company.

Have used them for seven years now for my propane delivery. Never have I had any issues with them. Always stay on top of deliveries and my budget plan is on point.

I am perplexed. After Years of being on a budget plan,and being on automatic payment Every month, I get a call from them and am told I have a Past Due balance, and cannot order oil unless the balance is paid in full first! Why is this? For months out of every year I have a Plus balance! I prefer not to have auto fill as I felt as though they gouged me with this, bringing oil when I def did not need it, however I continued the same payment 12 months of the year. I have also paid the settle-up amount every year. I am not sure what their problem with me is, I am a widow on a fixed income. They want the whole amount due Now, or no more oil, how would you rate this customer service?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I contacted Quarles and paid for our oil on Tuesday 10/16. When speaking with the woman I was told that they would be willing to work with my schedule and hoped to be able to deliver the oil Friday 10/18 but if not to give them 3 to 4 business days. Tuesday 10/22 came with no contact from the company. I called and spoke with the company only to be told that our oil was suppose to be delivered 10/18 but that they had forgotten us on the list. I was told the next delivery would be made 10/26. The day before the delivery I got a phone call from the company stating that they had an address that would not come up in Mapquest. Low and behold the company had entered a wrong address for our residence. Why this took them 9 days to figure out I am unsure of. When speaking with the lady of 10/25 I asked for a verification of time and was told the delivery would be made prior to 12 pm, well low and behold once again there I sat at home at 430pm with no delivery in sight. I called and canceled the order at that time only to be told it would take 4 days to get my money back. This is certainly not a company that cares in anyway about there customers. I spoke with many people on the phone through this process much of which were nothing but nasty and no help whatsoever. There promise of prompt delievery is far from true. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Planning to refer a friends to this company? I did, they screwed up me and my friend, been with them for over five years, have to find different company now. Will not recommend.
