Paint is good but the most inconsistent staff of any place in town. I order paint weekly online for pick up right now and sometimes I get notified it’s ready but often I have to call to check to see if it’s available and most of the time it’s sat there for days. Sometimes I go in and give my name and they can check me out right away but often they can’t find the order or say it’s not ready (when I’ve called or occasionally gotten a email). Sometimeswhen I ask them to check again because I called they keep checking and say oh the paints here but not mixed but then they find it mixed in the back later. All I want to do on my day off is walk in and pick up my paint- it shouldn’t be this hard to keep all the staff in the loop. Today I finally decided to leave a review because it’s my 5-6? Order and once again waiting for my confirmation email or call and finally just called and it’s ready for me. No apology or anything more of it’s ‘my fault for not coming by’ attitude. I feel old and cranky writing this but it’s frustrating to me to just never have consistency on when I need to get supplies timed just right for a job.

Phillip at Sherwin-Williams did a fantastic job helping my husband and I picked our paint colors for our home. He talk to us about shading and the difference between having a vibrant color with a mix of normal colors. I am so pleased with the way my painting turned out and I’m so happy that I chose to use super paint from Sherwin-Williams!

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Some items I can get a little cheaper at other stores, but I get them at Sherwin-Williams because I appreciate the way I am treated when I go there.

I was in the store for 20 minutes looking at colors. Not a single associate even spoke to me at all. I got to hear their entire personal conversation about their commutes to work and was totally ignored. At least 3 guys working and not a single one was doing anything. Horrible customer service and very unprofessional.

I have been in the store a number of times in the last few days. The paint personnel have been attentive and efficient.

My inside house was painted last year. When I needed some paint to correct a Problem, I did not have any left over, I had no idea what to do, so I called the Paint Store and told the Salesman what was going on. He figured out what to do to find my Painters order History, Looked up my records, and found my paint. Now I have plenty of paint for any future problems. I would Recommend this store for all Paint needs.

Outstanding product and service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The sales associate was working short staffed and yet gave each of the four of us waiting the same courteous service. Was impressed with her ability to manage so much, so thoroughly, thoughtfully and with a smile.

Stopped in at 6:40 and had a shutter from my house to get paint matched and the gentleman behind the counter had his backpack on ready to leave apparently because he said it would take to long to color match so 3 employees couldnt mix paint in 20 minutes. So off to lowes I go . As a business owner this is totally unprofessional to turn a customer away after purchasing 5 gallons two days prior.

I would appreciate it if things were better labeled. I went in for paint supplies: Roller covers and roller handles and the shelves and price labels were very sloppy. There was one guy doing check out and two guys doing nothing.
