They dont even deserve star.so helpful and nice at the beginning, then once I paid and was finalized theh barley answered my calls or texts half the time didnt answer. They wouldnt come FIX A THING and a year is up they wont fix anything. Almost a year been asking them to fix stuff and havent. Now that they see all their bad reviews on Facebook sheriffs department page you would think would have them do better. Nope still greety and lazy as ever.

If no stars was an option that is what I would give. Customer service is so poor, they couldnt even answer simple questions about the homes they are out to make a sale instead of customer satisfaction. We was told one price and then it was another price on a home we was looking at that was a big difference in price primarily told to us. Then we was told we cannot have an idea of bottom line number for the purchase nor could our land be cited until the purchase. On top of that they said we had to put down a 2000 good faith payment. Needless to say we went elsewhere about 2 hours away to look at the same home we was looking at in harrisonburg they took care of us right away the same day we got exactly what we needed and all of our questions answered. We didnt have to have that 2000 good faith payment it was half that but it was for holding our place in line for our home. They gave us all the prices we was looking for and customer service was amazing. From my experience if you want good customer service fast response and every question thoroughly answered I wouldnt recommend harrisonburg office. P.S. you do not have to have the loan first before you get prices!!! Despite what the harrisonburg office has to say also you can save money going to a different office it may be more drive time but it is well worth it.

Used car lot feel from sales person. Sent them links to 5 models i was interested in size and feature wise . They say sure come on down and we make appointment. I get there, none of the models are there, and constantly shown smaller not what i was looking for size or feature wise

My wife and I took my Sister to this location last week. She was looking to move from Cali to the Valley. Land was no problem, just hunting a nice mobile home.When we inquired about looking at the models on lot, the tall grey haired man, no name given, just wanted her to sit in office and interview. She stated she was looking, when she saw what she wanted, shed buy it. Nope, have to sit n talk first.Well, I had stayed outside for this, as I have read reviews before. They came and told me, and I went inside at that point.I informed the grey haired tall guy that my Sister was only looking...and if she found a model, she would buy. CASH. ON. THE. SPOT.That failed to achieve the desired effect.So...long story short...2 days later, she found the model she wanted 1/2 mile north on 11. Paid cash.Great job, Clayton. Fleetwood appreciates the business.

If I could give this -5 stars I would. I cringe to see all of the comments about “how helpful and how friendly” everyone is....oh yes, they are that, BUT don’t be fooled. All they want to do is make a sale....by selling you a home constructed of nothing but piss poor craftsmanship.Let’s see....where do I start?-Trim is separating-Tracking to multiple kitchen drawers has broken-Faces of multiple kitchen drawers have fallen off (more than once) and has had to be to be repaired.-“Ceramic” tiles have come unglued (many MANY times)-Cracked shower stall (master)-Faulty plumbing to other bath/shower combo in other bathroom. Had to replace bath tub faucet and because it wasn’t installed right initially, repair had to become more invasive, only to find out there had been a long term leak....for God knows how long.-“Nail pops” from drywall. Putty and sanding never happened so no we can see nail pops every where.It’s apparent that these are “factory, assembly line houses”. It’s a shame. We bought a modular....not a single/double wide. You’d think quality would’ve been even better.HA!!!Never again, Clayton Homes, never again 👎🏼👎🏼
