Passed by Harrisonburg Triumph during a recent road trip, decided to turn back since its rare to find a dedicated Triumph dealer. I was immediatly greeted when I entered and explained I was a Triumph owner from another state and was just curious to look around the shop, the owner Tyler came out and was very welcoming and showed me around, they have a nice large selection on bikes and merchandise and Tyler even hooked me up with a Tshirt and a few decals. I would definitely recommend any Triumph owner or anyone in the market for a motorcycle to check them out.

I stopped while on a road trip to get a battery for my 2010 Speedmaster. I’ve had bad luck with aftermarket & wanted to get OEM. Apparently they didn’t have the correct replacement but sold me a battery that doesn’t fit. 500 miles back home I realized the issue. When I called, they said they couldn’t do anything unless I brought the battery in. Integrity...? Be wary of anything you’re purchasing...

The team at Triumph of Harrisonburg is amazing! The whole trade-in/buying process was a breeze and they definitely went above and beyond to help me. My sales man Daniel Barnett did an amazing job. He made sure the entire process went smoothly and I was happy with the deal. Jean the finance manager had all the paperwork ready for me to sign on arrival. She also worked closely with my bank to get everything from their end squared away. Damon Keck from the parts/service department made sure my parts order was taken care of and even offered to ship them directly to my house.I cant explain how great these people are! I ended up getting stuck in traffic on 81 North and made these folks wait 1hr after they closed on a Friday. Not once did they try to rush me or pressure me during the entire process. I highly recommend them!!!

World-class Triumph Dealership!We (mostly I) were in the market for a new motorcycle. After doing some initial browsing and research online, I was rather impressed with the Triumphs line of motorcycles. I was specifically eyeing the Bonneville Bobber Black. To our luck, I stumbled across the Triumph of Harrisonburg in Virginia.My family and I decided to visit the dealership at whim. In hindsight, we should have called in advance to see if the dealership was even open during our environment that we find ourselves living. When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed by Damon. He welcomed us with open arms, and despite the COVID environment and limitations placed on businesses, introduced us to a showroom that was modified to allow their valued customers to browse and look over their many motorcycles.The showroom was extremely neat and organized, showcasing the features of each motorcycle and even spotlighting a few of of the custom motorcycles available. Needless to say, the dealership had the Bobber Black in stock, and I was immediately drawn to it. However, the other inventory that the dealership had was also very appealing and allowed us to gauge whether the motorcycle was right for us. In addition, the inventory was extremely diverse, having different modifications and color schemes for the same motorcycle model.Ive been to several different motorcycle showrooms and dealerships in my lifetime, and there are a lot of motorcycle dealerships (especially those that are aligned with a maker) that puts out an air of arrogance and superiority. For a first time motorcyclist, this may come off super intimidating and off putting. The Triumph of Harrisonburg is not one of these, and makes their customers and guests feel welcomed from the start. There is no rushing or pushing to sell you a product, but rather educate the guest and customer on the features and enthusiasm of riding a particular motorcycle. The dealership is definitely an excellent ambassador to the Triumph brand and make.The interaction throughout provided by the Triumph of Harrisonburg was nothing short of professional and personalized. From Damon, who worked with us one on one, using his vast knowledge to explain the various details of the motorcycle we were interested in, to Tyler who escorted and led the way through a scenic test ride as well as provide his expert experience with the motorcycles, and Jean who made the final processing of the purchase streamline and effortless for us, makes this dealership by far on of the best motorcycle dealerships in the area. I would definitely recommend for anyone in the state of Virginia and surrounding region to visit this dealership if they are ever in the market for a Triumph motorcycle! Ive been working with these guys since they first opened. Back when I bought my first Triumph, and even now while riding a different brand. Theyve extended excellent service and support regardless of what I ride! You can buy a bike anywhere, but you cant buy genuine community and love for the sport that you get here. When Im back in the market for another trumpet (which may be sooner than expected with the new lineup) these guys will have my business. Theyve more than earned it.

Just a shout out to @Triumph of Harrisonburg, Virginia. During our annual bike trip (even after I had them checked by my local dealer) I soon heard some squeaking from the front brakes. Were in Staunton, Virginia as part of our tour and down the road is a Triumph dealer. I call today to see if they can fit me in tomorrow and they took me this afternoon. I arrived to soon realize that my valve gasket seal has been ruptured and I was leaking oil from the engine. The mechanics Steve and Chris stayed late, after normal hours to repair my brakes, change the gasket, swap out old plugs for new (Im at 40,000 km) and they had it opened up already and suggested it.Two hours or so later I am back on the road with a Rocket III Roadster in tip-top shape.If it had happened at any other point in my trip, it would have been a completely different story. I did buy them a case of beer for their efforts (I had time to walk to the store and back) but their kindness to a out of town biker was beyond amazing.Thanks to all at Triumph of Harrisonburg Virginia. Hands down the best dealer in the area. Ive gotten two bikes from here and have test ridden a handful of others. I gladly travel from North Virginia to do business with them and will do so many more times in the future.

I got my 2018 Triumph speed master a few weeks ago from Triumph of Harrisonburg, and Im finally sitting down to write about the entire experience. It really couldnt have been more pleasant or professional. It is a close knit family atmosphere and they make you feel welcome. Daniel was my salesmans, and he was a pleasure to work with. Ive been riding for over 30 years so this is certainly not the first time Ive bought a new motorcycle, Daniel will definitely hold the place as a top salesman. He was prompt in answering all of my questions, and worked out a fabulous deal on a trade in that I had.Damon in the parts department was great, answering all my question, providing a fair price and putting up with me adding to the list at the last minute with a smile.Jean in Operations kept the financial end of it quite painless, it was smooth sailing through all the paperwork and I really couldnt ask for a better deal.Tyler ( the freakin General Manager ) took time out of his busy schedule to complete my break-in service, keeping me on the road enjoying my new Triumph!!!!As I mentioned earlier Ive been riding for over 30 years, this is not my first Triumph and with my sales experience at Triumph of Harrisburg it certainly wont be my last

I take both my bike bikes there...just got them out of spring cleaning. Triumph of Harrisonburg does an awesome job ...I love those guys

I recently bought an Explorer from them. Before showing up to see the bike, they let me know that gauge cluster had a defect and that they were working with triumph to fix it. Long story short, it took a couple weeks to even get the part from the company, but they had it on immediately after it arrived. The staff was very communicative through the process, and they ended up adding in panniers and a top box for my trouble. They also offered to do the first service for free.All in all, they were incredibly friendly and helpful. The group that works there obviously care about the customer and the experience. If you have the chance, I highly recommend doing business with these guys.

I was planning on purchasing a 2014 Triumph Daytona Danny Eslick Edition motorcycle from them and called to get a final price. I was quoted somewhere north of $15,000 and when I went to finalize the deal I was told I was quoted the wrong price and it was going to be $2,000 more. Needless to say I went to Moto Richmond and bought a standard 2015 Daytona 675R for $12,100. (This happened in February 2016)
