On line price was 95.99 for my order at the counter I paid 126.99 and they put a smile face on my part and I got charged twice online and at the store. Just a very bad experience stay away

Usually has what I need. However, for the guy that looks and smells like he hasn’t showered in years. Someone needs to teach him how to talk to customers professionally. No wonder I don’t ever see people in there.

Needed to pick up a part for my wifes car. With the covid hours they have they are supose to be open till 5. I show up at 4:50 and the doors are locked and the lights out. All I needed was to pick up a part I already payed for. Now my wife needs to arrange transportation to a doctors appointment because her car wont be fixed in time. Thanks NAPA

They need to be open until at least 8pm weekdays and on Sundays. Its not like you can get mower or snowblower parts in Hartford anywhere else.

Husband rebuilding a car they had the parts he needed. When they didnt they got them and called us when in!!

Sign says open until 4 today. It is 2:47pm and the doors are locked and lights out. Wasted another trip to this dump.
