This place is a hidden Gem in my opinion. They have been in business for two generations and are super professional.I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee last month and could not be happier with their work. My three month old Volvo XC90 was damaged when a parking lot gate closed on my car. The damage which can be seen in the picture below, was actually caused by a screw that protruded from the gate arm. The damage was in the area between the windshield and the drivers side window, a narrow area that didnt appear easy to repair. I didnt think it could be fixed without a major reconstruction, so when a friend told me that the guys at Ace Auto Body did fantastic work, I gave them a call. The phone was answered by Gary Clavette, one of the owners. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant, and told me to stop by for an estimate. I drove to the shop the next day. Gary assessed the damage and handed me a very reasonable estimate. Two weeks later Ace Auto Body repaired my car and I could not be happier! You will see from the second photo below, a close-up, that my car looks as good as new. The dent is gone, and the paint was matched perfectly! Gary, his son Kevin and the guys at Ace are easy to do business with and do fantastic work. If I could give them 10 stars on this Google review, I would! Thank you Ace Auto Body!

I typically am not the one to do a review, but this place deserves it. I was in an accident back in November, and the insurance company placed my vehicle with an auto shop that wasnt sitting right in my stomach. I contacted Ace, and they were polite and responsible for picking my vehicle up from another auto shop (out of state). The reason they deserve a review is that they made me feel comfortable and took care of literally every step throughout the process without a hassle, and on top of that left my car looking brand new. Im writing this review seven months later because I needed my headlight aligned and adjusted today and contacted them last minute about it. Without hesitation, they took the time out of their busy schedule to improve them and also fix the bulb itself and didnt even bother charging me for the few minutes of there time. Kevin estimated my repairs due to a possibility of unseen damage may take as long as 3 days, however they finished the repair in 1 day after ensuring there was no hidden damage. Quick and helpful response!

I took my car to a windshield replacement. I was completely unfamiliar with the problem, so I contact my insurance. They send the information to ACE Auto Body and literally they took care of everything. I dropped my car to them and fix it really great. The replacement was fast, and well done, the price was very reasonable and affordable, so the service was very effective. I am not great at solving car issues so I was very concern on how to go through the process but ACE made it so smooth and made me feel comfortable and safe with the results in my car. I will totally recommend their services!

Brought my car in to Gary and Kevin with minor front end damage, and a few miscellaneous scratches throughout the body. Right off the bat, the entire staff was super professional, knowledgeable, personable, and competent. Five days later my seven year old car looked almost brand new, with no sign of the front end damage. A FIRST CLASS OPERATION! My service van had a tree fall on it resulting in an excess of $17k in damages; Ace picked up the van, secured my possessions 100%, interacted with my insurance company and restored my van to showroom condition. Friendly staff and great job at a fair price

I got into a parking lot fender bender over the holidays which was a major bummer, but thankfully Ace made the process as painless as possible. Another shop estimated 4 days, Kevin/Gary estimated a little over a day and actually delivered even earlier! They had my bumper done in less than 24 hours. Additionally, they arranged the rental car and dealt with the insurance company. I hope I never have to go back for obvious reasons but recommend them whole heartedly and will return if the circumstances ever call for it.

I had recently been in a car accident and needed repair. I had never been in an accident before so I had no idea what to expect or any clue on what the process was. I had called around to several places where no one seemed willing to help me, or I had to play 20 questions. One call to Ace and Kevin had my car picked up in an hour and I knew exactly what to expect. They explained the whole process and took care of everything for me including dealing with the insurance company. Best of all I did not have to call for updates on the progress of my car, they called me and let me know exactly what was going on. I brought my car to Ace Auto Body in Hartford after having a run in with a mailbox (red 2012 Toyota Camry SE). It had scratches and dents all the way down one side.Kevin and Gary are the best. They even cleaned my car inside and out and delivered it to me saving me a taxi/Uber ride.
