Bought my Durango from these guys today and they were great. We worked with Jeremy today and Stephen (I think) did our finance. Not pushy, easy to work with, honest, and fair. They kept their word on pricing and worked hard to get us good financing. They also got us basically in and out (12-3:30) out the door WITH being out of state buyers . I would go back to them and recommend them in a heart beat. Highly recommend. They even filled the tank for the ride home. Great guys! Thank you!

This is an exceptional LR dealer. We are visiting from out of state (as in WAY out of state: Texas!), had a serious gas leak issue on our 10-year old LR4, and they took care of it immediately (both efficient and effective), and at a fair price (yes I researched it - and I didnt say cheap because it was still a significant cost for what is effectively a Land Rover defect and safety issue) and the job came in quite a bit less than the original quote as they did not have to replace one of the parts they were not sure if had been damaged, how often does that happen?!? The job was done right, we are back on the road, and I could not be happier with the overall experience and process. I just wish all LR dealers operated the same as this one. Exceptional ... A+! As someone who has been banned (yes, seriously) from a Subaru dealer for writing up a bad but completely honest review, it sure feels nice to write about a GREAT experience at Land Rover Hartford.Supplemental review from my spouse who had direct interaction with these guys:From the person that answered the phone till we got our vehicle back the very next day the process was seamless, professional and the repair was done correctly the first time! We are visiting and smelled a gas leak in our vehicle, so looked up the closest Landrover dealer and they had me bring the vehicle in right away that afternoon. They were also kind enough to drop me off somewhere to hang out and meet family since we only had the one vehicle on our cross country trip. They did a full work-up that includes a link with a video of the whole process…very nice as well as other things that needed to be addressed at a later date. They made the repair the next morning and I picked it up the very next afternoon. An added bonus…the car was cleaned inside & out!

Straight answers to tough questions, very patient with my hundreds of questions and comparisons, knowledgeable as one would expect. No issues on negotiating a price in line with rest of market. Would buy from again and highly recommended.Service - Im a long term Land Rover & Rage Rover owner going back to the 1970s. Have had many ups and downs with dealer service over the years. My recent experience with Land Rover Hartford was excellent - all issues were taken care of promptly and professionally. Two items I expected to be done, but was uncertain if it would be covered under warrantee, were covered and taken care of without me having to sell it in to them. Vehicle was delivered without issue. I recently purchased a CPO Disco 5 TD6 from LR Hartford and couldnt have been happier with the transaction. The entire transaction was done remotely (until delivery), but I never once felt anything less than honest, straightforward, personalized service. Brian, the virtual showroom manager was great with helping me every step of the way, and Misha, my salesperson was absolutely fantastic. There was full disclosure on every aspect of the sale, no hidden charges, no strong arm, high pressure tactics. The dealership is the most architecturally stunning building...very futuristic. The staff are all very polite a professional. Very unprofessional. I have emailed and called and left multiple messages since June 11 and have not heard back from either their service or sales manager. I have a vehicle that had screen problems since I purchased it. The vehicle has been serviced over 10 times for the same issue and even the screens were replaced and I still have the screens freeze and go black for hours. I have contacted them multiple times this month to try to figure the issue out and have not heard back from anyone. Very disappointed especially since i purchased a brand new vehicle and should not have to deal with this type of issues.

I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. I had set up an appointment with them for 415 but was running late and arrived at 445. Once I got there it was nothing but a phenomenal experience. The fact that I was running didnt effect my experience with the staff either. Everything was beyond easy. I will say this if you do plan on going here ask for Michael (Misha). I cant emphasize this enough but he was incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Everything was great up until I got the keys. When the keys were being handed to me the consultant was dangling them up in the air so my husband reached up to grab them and the consultant immediately pulled them back to hand them to me instead. She proceeded by saying you didnt buy the car, she did meaning I made the purchase not my husband. I thought it was rude, uncalled for and disrespectful towards my husband. We share vehicles so it didnt matter who got the keys but when they were given to me, I inturn gave them to my husband anyways.

When I brought up a concern about an issue with the car on the first test drive, he said they were going to fix the issue and let me know when it was completed. After picking up your vehicle from service I would verify that the repairs were done by a third party. Just picked up a Range Rover that was in for service, a wheel bearing and a few other things needed to be done. The bearing never got changed(even though i paid for it) and they finally found out that I know. They apologized for the “miscommunication” and asked me to bring it in to get serviced again. Not only did they waste my time having me bring the car two times, now I have to do it again. Avoid getting your car serviced here, this is not how customer service for a high end company should be.

This car dealer has a big showroom, lovely lounge, great staff, and a good selection.Their vehicle inventory is wide and plentiful. The options are limitless.The showroom itself is airy and fits over 10 vehicles, enough to fit all their models.The lounge is large and comfortable with a bar and drinks.The service center fits tons of customer vehicles, so wait times should be short.Overall the new Land Rover dealer is nice and modern.

A couple of days ago I placed an order online. Lo and behold, a few days later I get an email that the order was cancelled due to a fraudulent activity. Never mind, that they charged the account so I am at a loss as to what fraud occurred. I would have at least liked to have received a phone call with an explanation. Although, I am a scenic at heart, I can not shake the thought they do not have the parts they advertise or are not willing to sell them that the price shown. They did send me a monetary refund but what I about my time. I do not recommend this place whatsoever, I think they are the fraud.

I went in on a Friday afternoon and it took a while for someone to greet my mom and I. They were busy so not the worst possible thing. They knew I was coming to check out a Jeep. They pulled it out for me and said here’s the keys go check it out until our salesman is available. Ok cool. Nobody came out to show us the Jeep, just checked it out myself. Salesman finally asks for my ID so I could test drive. Came back and he still didn’t talk to me about the Jeep, nothing about features etc. Literally just talked about numbers and finally had a deal. I came to pick it up a few days later, and signed paperwork and he just handed me the keys and opened the dealership door and kinda just said “ok bye!” I didn’t even know my Jeep had an automatic starter until a week after I bought the thing. Luckily I’m younger so I can figure out technology. But pretty bummed I just spent thousands of $ at their dealership and they couldn’t have the decency to show me the basics on a vehicle I’ve never had. I didn’t feel welcome at all at the dealer and I’m not sure if it’s because I wasn’t buying a fancy car for $70k or they just straight up didn’t care about customer service. I’m glad it’s not a Jeep dealership because I probably won’t be returning.

The showroom is set so you can really work the ins and outs of the car before you go on the road! Bill was first class all the way with my wife and myself. 5 star experience. Would highly recommend!!!

Only reason I gave a one star is because that’s the only way to leave a review. I brought my rover there with issues. Well they repaired them and I’m worried. The reason is because my car was tapped at work and the front bumper had to be replaced. Well when the auto body took the bumper off the radiator and inter coolant was not bolted back together it was resting on the bumper and held on by the hose. This is very dangerous and careless. I don’t know if it’s been I like that since they replaced the radiator or when they replaced some hose. I left the auto body with a bill for them fixing Hartford’s I’ll be nice mess up. Called and left a message for Hartford ranger rover service and Dave called me back and I told him what went down. He told me over two weeks ago he was going to look into it well it’s been over 2 weeks and nothing. Not only from him or from the email I sent to the main office. Little to say I would say watch out!

Bought a great Discovery Sport. Had a great experience! What made up my mind to go with this brand besides the performance is the people that work there. They are so nice & great to deal with. I know in the future when I have to go in for service etc they will help me with all my needs. I worked with Veejay and John and both are awesome!

Worst dealership i have ever been to. been buying Range Rover for close to 20’s left a great dealership in mass to come to this one because it was closer to my home. Worst decision of my life. I recommend 6 people to this dealership which know I regret. I brought a sport of the showroom floor 200 hundred miles later transmission failure. It took close to a month for me to get the vehicle which I already labeled as a lemon with an extra 1200 miles on the speedometer when I got the vehicle. After that the truck just keep giving me problems recall on the door which wasn’t a problem until they tried to charge me for it. Engine light came on several times they never check to see what the problem was it was a quick reset and they send you off ( lemon) my previous dealership would give you a loaner vehicle a keep the car to do a full inspection. Water pump goes brings it to a local place they said something was blocking the airflow to the engine. Had the truck towed to this dealership. Noting my vehicle still turned on fine before it sent it to them 3 days later they call me saying you have a blown engine turn would not turn on and would not give me a loaner car. This is a place that won’t take responsibility for there wrong doing. Trying to charge me 31,000 grand for something they did. I would never recommend this dealership ship to anyone especially after one of the people I sent to them has engine issues with them to a couple years ago. They sold me a lemon and don’t want to take responsibility for it the get zero stars

My wife and I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover of Hartford and were very satisfied with every aspect of the transaction. Our salesperson, Misha, was quick, thorough, responsive and an excellent communicator. There was no pressure and we were given a fair value on the vehicle which we traded-in. The new vehicle was beautifully detailed and waiting in their clean room for our scheduled pickup time. We also opted for a custom matte black finish to be applied to the wheels which came out incredible and we were charged a reasonable price. We looked at a few other makes of vehicles at a similar price point, but after my wife saw the Evoque she was sold.
