I was checked in promptly by Hector Morales. Hector was very professional, polite and friendly. I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited in the waiting room for about an hour. My only issue with the waiting area is there is no escape from the blaring T.V.(s) As someone who would rather read quietly, this is quite hard to do with the T.V. blaring. I was able to find a chair away from the T.V. but it was so loud I still had a hard time reading. Next time I will bring ear buds. When my car was ready, Hector brought me over to the cashier so that I could check out. All in all a good experience.

The appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation, and I mentioned the recall notice I’d received a month ago and they were able to take care of that, too! I was in and out in a little over an hour. Comfortable waiting area, complementary newspaper and Matthew Bartman was a pleasure to work with!!

I thought I had an appointment and brought my car in. The appointment was not on file, however, Mr. Bartman arranged for my car to be fixed right then. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I am completely satisfied. Thank you Mr. Bartman!!

This is the best dealership I have ever been too, off rip they walked right up and asked if we needed help. They were super friendly, they were not pushy like most dealerships. They were not judgement either, I am 20 years old getting my first car and they were very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend going there to get a car!!

Had my oil service warning light on dash removed and told them my gas cap was missing. Come to find out that the car doesnt need a gas cap. Learned something new today.

I’ve always know that women often get taken advantage of at dealerships, but I never realized how true it was until I came here. To say the salesman was pushy and unprofessional is an understatement. It felt like he practically forced me in the car I was looking at and kept telling me I didn’t need parental guidance or permission to sign off on a trade in despite the vehicle being in my parents name, not mine. The trade in offer was no good — about $2,000 less than what the car is worth and the salesman tried to put me in a pre-owned car that wreaked of cigarette smoke and had scratches all over the driver door. It felt like I was a young woman being taken advantage of because I was. I was not taken seriously or treated with the respect I felt I deserved. Worst of all, I didn’t feel safe — there was not a single employee who wore a mask correctly. All masks were either worn below the nose or not at all. This was an extremely disappointing experience.
