Check in was fast and easy. My service rep was friendly and kept me updated throughout the enyire process. The cashier was friendly and made me laugh and feel welcome, which is nice plus after having issues with a car.

I have been taking my 2011 Pilot to Liberty Honda Service for the past 9 years and have had absolutely phenomenal service. In particular, Jamie is my go-to service manager for everything! Communicative, honest, always trying to do the right thing, and working within budgets are the reasons why I keep bringing my car back...and why I havent traded it in! I can not recommend them/her anymore highly than I do!

Did a Timing belt with liberty honda about 6 years ago... Only 60,000 miles out on the belt... Timing belts should last about 100,000 miles or more ... It Snapped while driving home and destroyed my engine. I Asked if liberty could work out a deal for me considering I was always a loyal customer and they refused.. Not very happy ...
Is there a minus star? this was the worst experience I ever had with buying a car. The first day everyone was falling over backwards to sell us a car. After I put down a deposit, the nightmare started. Lies lies and more lies by the saleswomen Lauren and then Rocky (who I thought was the real deal), turned out to be a liar as well. I am stuck with a car for 6 years, that is a tin can!. Take my advice, if you want a Honda DO NOT GO TO LIBERTY IN HARTFORD! I only gave it 1 star because it wouldnt let me post if I didnt. as stated above..no star is good enough for them!
I dont write tons of reviews but I wanted to take a second to call attention to this experience. I bought a certified 2016 honda fit last weekend. While driving yesterday am the check engine light came on. Before you read further, this can happen to ANY car, no matter how thorough you check it! I brought the car in the next morning, and was provided a timely Lyft to work. My car was fixed within the day, at NO cost to me. Not a penny. More importantly, the service I got from the rep I worked with, Jaimie, was phenomenal. She was knowledgable, skilled, friendly, communicative, intelligent... i do not expect this level of personal attention and respect, but I was floored. Buy and service your car here.
