Dr. Kwon and her staff are incredible! Theyre the most welcoming, kind, compassionate, helpful, down-to-Earth, thorough team I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

As a fellow eye care provider I have only the highest praise for Dr Michelle Kwon. Her attention to detail is remarkable. She provides excellent primary eye exams and she is accomplished in the diagnosis and management of medical eye conditions. She is a 5 star eye doctor.

It was ok until I asked to get contacts with my glasses. The doctor agreed but said that she would have to charge for fitting. I agreed with this but said that I felt that this was ridiculous because I just got my eyes tested for my glasses. I told her that I have had contacts before. She said that didnt matter. So I paid for the ridiculous fitting fee which was a joke. I put in the contacts in and I thought one fell out so she gave me another one and i said i think the contact is still in my eye. So she looks in my eye and says no it just probably feels like that. So i put a new contact in the same eye. So I leave with the contacts in my eyes and go home. When I got home I took the contacts out and took a nap. I woke up and my eye was still bugging me so i started rubbing it. I finally found the contact in my eye. So i called the eye doctor and she was out of the office . So i told him to tell the doctor how displeased I was with her negligence. But obviously she didnt much care because I never got a call with a apology. So i waited for my glasses to be done a couple weeks go by. They call and tell me my glasses were ready to pickup. So i go and pickup the glasses and what do you know she wasnt in the office again. What a joke. I just wanted apology. Nothing more. Anyway just wanted to share my story and i would find a different eye doctor. I know i will.

My son and I had our first eye experience with Optimal Vision and they were so great. The eye doctor was super nice, along with the whole staff. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful experience. Great service from all the staff and the doctor. Very good prices. They saved me a lot of money compared to competitors in the area. Highly recommended!

Michelle is very attentive and knowlegible. she really wants her patients to get the best for their eyes.
