Just like every other Kwik Trip this one is worth stopping at and avoiding other plain old gas stations. staff is always friendly whenever I stop in here and even in the middle of winter the floors are still clean. They also have the brand new Frankie which is way better than the old version.

Much improved over 8 months ago. Cleaner and more efficient. I had complained to a district manager that was visiting the store at the time about cleanliness of the floors and the self-serve areas (even behind the machines). Obviously there have been positive changes! Efficient counter service and great employee attitudes! Thank you Kwik Trip!

Fantastic 24 hour gas station.Clean and well maintained. Ideal location with very friendly driveway access.Pies, fried chicken, hot sandwiches, produce, fresh packaged meat and more. Drinks? Yes, they have a wall full of coolers full of drinks to choose from. Its all here.They even have a taller for those who have to fuel up larger vehicles at the gas or diesel pumps.The employees are always nice.

The staff at the Hartford store need some serious training on orders placed thru the kwik rewards mobile app. Every single time i place an order on the app, when i go to pick it up the staff is entirely clueless on what Im there for, and never have what i ordered ready. The fried chicken is great, and i use the app to try and order it to make sure i have enough for the family, but it is a constant headache

Bathrooms were disgusting. I walk in and it smells like a barn. There was literal feces on the toilet seat.

Clean & friendly. Good, fast travel snacks and drinks. Theyre happy to make anything you might want fresh from the hot menu if you call ahead and order. Though, if they say 10 minutes, give them 20. Cheese Mountain pizza is worth the wait, after a day on the lake. Great coffee, too! Thanks, manager Tim!

Great convenience store/gas station. Good food for a gas station. Soups, sandwiches, hot dogs, and a health food section. A few grocery options as well. Bananas, ice cream, milk, o.j., various meats, potatoes, etc. Clean facility and friendly service.

Its OK for gas but for food only 1-2 stars. New Pothole Pizza good, a bit on expensive side for frozen, small pizza. But got fried chicken 1st time yesterday and will be LAST... crispy but taste was horrible... coating was like flour and salt rolled in more salt, so had to pick coating off so defeated fried chicken purchase!

I love Kwik Trip. Whenever possible Ill get my gas there, even if its out of the way. Theyve got reasonably priced snacks, fresh donuts, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. The inside is always clean (especially the bathrooms), its a fresh take on a business thats usually the armpit of any town.

Great service, awesome people, and nice place. The Kwik Trip hot food is better than most fast food joints. You get to put whatever you want on your sandwich. And the pizza is 5 star quality. They also have a huge variety of hot food to satisfy any type of hunger.u And if what food you want isnt out, then they will make it for you very kwikly..

Was the first of three customers with just as many clerks standing there talking to one another, when we began to outnumber only then did they remember theyre working. The first and only guy working told me to let the gentleman behind me go first as he was standing there longer, uhmm, no he was not and he was equally befuddled as was I by how long we stood there waiting. 6 minutes. And he didnt notice I was really first.Every single time I stop by this store, its always something. Rude loud staff. Clerks ganged up behind the counter gossiping.I know KT is usually highly in demand but after this incident Ill run out of gas before I frequent any KT anywhere. I fill up my truck 4x wk om average yet I manage to spend more on tobacco lottery and misc.Thanks to Hartford Kwik Trip youve lost my companys business permanently as I will make this ban for my business and our fleet of work trucks.

One of the WORST Kwik Trips to stop at. I travel all over Wisconsin for work and never once has another Kwik Trip had a problem accepting my checks. But apparently this one doesnt accept checks from Chase Bank and because I dont live local. So not only did I travel 180 miles and 3 hours to Hartford to get my car fixed, but now I had to use the money meant for the repair to pay for gas. All because this location will NOT accept checks from Chase bank unless you live in Hartford. Used to love coming here and they always accepted them before, but this time they wont. I advise anyone that wants to stop at a Kwik Trip to either go to slinger or Columbus. You will get screwed over here.

Love this place. Its always clean, staff members are friendly and I like the new rewards card just wish it came with a key chain one. Who carries a huge card around lol.

This Kwik Trip is very busy it has lots of gas pumps diesel E85 you name it. It has a free tire fill air pump stand. Limited parking what has handicap access and they are doing full command go recycling out front good for them. Bathrooms are one stallers very small. Great coffee bar and pastries. Lots of basic grocery goodies including fresh meat potatoes Funyuns bananas bread and dairy products. Always friendly staff and clean facility.

Worst place ever! If I could give negitive stars I would. The staff is completely rude and not helpful. I will lNEVER EVER go there again. I ask all of my family and friends not to go there as well. They ripped me off by $10 and would not correct the issue. I plan on going to the store mgr and corporate offices about the issue.WARNING....DONT GO TO QUICK TRIP ON SUMNER IN HARTFORD. there are already many friends that will not return there.

With Kwik in its name they definitely are quick. The facility was clean and that becomes a big deal when it comes to gas stations.

Typical kwik trip, clean, descent options, better chain operation than most of the big named gas stations. Gas prices are always a few pennies higher than most bit i guess they make up for it in other ways

Always something to snack on in their food options. I love the iced coffee and for 1.99, who can go wrong. I always get friendly smiles and see ya next time!

Purchased one doughnut at this Kwik Trip. As I was leaving the store I realized I was charged for 3 of them. Awful customer service.. if I wanted a refund I would have had to wait in line again for another 15 minutes.
