I ordered a couple of uniform shirts for my granddaughter on 9/11 via on line. After a couple of weeks I called to follow up. The person I spoke with could not help me because i did not have an order # available. Sent an email no response. Called three weeks later and could not get information because the on line service person was not in at that time. The woman was rude and could not tell me when he would be in. The only vendor that is reliable and the products on site is JB uniforms in East Hartford, an excellent vendor for most Hartford schools. I walked in on a Saturday and walked out with logo shirts.

I placed an order online for uniforms and paid for them. I called the East Hartford location. The woman who answered says she has no access to view my order. That I can contact the Hartford location. Well, the Hartford location goes to a voicemail. Still have received no call back. This place is a SCAM. They have taken $100 from me. Disputing it with PayPal. Please save yourself the hassle and do not order from here!!

Poor timing. Failure to deliver goods on date committed. No communication about delay. Never came back about order status even after multiple visits and call. Waste of time.

Worst place to order your childs uniform. Ive been waiting since August for my order, Ive gone 4 times and they just gave me half of my order. 3 months later and they still dont have my order ready. They are so irresponsible .

Herman is such a wonderful person. I received excellent customer service, even though my order was short notice, Herman came through with what I needed. I would recommend anyone who needs anything designed and printed such as shirts, flyers, cups, school uniforms and much more!!!

I just left their East Hartford shop on Silver Lane across from Aldis..I had a great experience. My sons uniforms were ready on time as promised.. The gentleman and his wife are good honest people. I had absolutely no problem and will be sure to use this family run business again..Have a safe and healthy school year everyone!!!

Don’t waste your time coming here. they are super expansive and take forever to put logos on a shirt. I wouldn’t recommend them at all. If i could give them a negative star I would.

If they had a negative star this is what I would have gave, so one star would have to do. This was my second time dealing with this company Im very disappointment. I order 4 shirt paid in full a month later no shirts, had to cancel order. Then I brought 4 shirts on my own, they return 3 and mess up on the 1, so that had to be replace. Im glad this is the last year, you try to support black own business for some reason they always fail to produce the product in a timely fashion.

Ordered online 2 weeks ago. Went to pick up the uniforms today. We dont put it online but its a 3 week wait period. That should be something thats on the website. I would have went with another vendor.

I think this is the right place to get the uniform for your kids, rates are reasonable and cheaper in comparison of various online sites. My recommendations are if they can have more staff to deal with the people. I have experienced long queues.

Never using them again. Long lines and they never call you unless you call them for your items. I ordered ONE shirt in August and had to call them three times got no answer. Called again and finally fot a hold of someone. Went in for my pick up LAST WEEK and not only was it two months late but it had the wrong logo and name on it and had to wait for them to correct that looking like they didnt want to do nothing about it. Are you kidding me? NEVER referring and never using them again!

I made an order online, which gets put in even if you havent paid, which I hadnt yet. I called the next day and asked if my ex husband could call and pay over the phone with a credit card because he is buying them. The lady said no problem. Well, my ex called and a man told him no he cant and he has to wait for an invoice to be emailed by him. Well he waited for hours, so I called back and he stated he was very busy and wouldnt impact my order going through. So I said ok. Then when my ex husband paid, I checked the invoice since he also emailed it to me and I noticed the order was wrong and he paid 3 more bucks than he should have as well. This is my first time buying from them and this is not going well. I have to call them again tomorrow and Im about to go down there personally and figure out why people working for the company answer questions incorrectly from customers and cant make an invoice match an order and why they are too busy to even send an invoice....very concerning.

I ordered my shirts from this place because they attended an event at the magnet school my child is going to. I was advised the shirts would be ready Mon Aug 27th at close of business day since school starts Aug 28th. I went to this establishment yesterday at 3pm, 5:30pm and 8:30pm. At 3pm the line was long and I saw several parents exiting without receiving the items they preordered. I decided to come back at 5:30 in case my shirts werent ready. I came back at 5:30 and was told to wait and that they were going to take the people who were in line behind me. I explained I was there first and handed the owner my slip. He went to check for my items and came out and persisted once again to help the gentleman behind me. Once again I advised I was here first and asked for a status on my childs clothes. He (Herman) advised they werent ready and assured me they would be ready 8:30 pm and that he would call me if they were ready earlier. He never called. I called and texted several times, no response. I went back at 8:30pm with my child in tow in his pajamas (it was past his bedtime)! I get there and the woman who was helping me disappeared for 15 minutes. I asked someone to find her and was advised she cant be found and that she cant find any of the employees and maybe they left the building. I then asked for Herman the owner and he never came out. A staff member came and advised she had to get my shirts from storage and can I wait because they arent ready. I advised I couldnt wait and that I have been there 3 times already today and my son is tired. She advised theyd deliver the shirts that night. The shirts were never delivered. I called the owner from a different number he didnt recognize this morning and advised that I was disappointed with how he does business. I explained that there was a lack of professionalism and no respect for the customers time as they stalled every time I went to pick up my shirts once they realized they didnt have them and continued to offer me deadlines that they could not meet. The owner never apologized after I expressed dissatisfaction about how my time was disrespected. He insisted he didnt ignore my calls or text because he didnt get them. And the reason he didnt get them is because he was too busy all day and didnt even look at his phone. (Then why offer an addtl phone number to keep me updated??) He dropped off 2 out of the 3 shirts I ordered this morning AFTER my son was already at school wearing a generic colored polo shirt WITHOUT the schools logo. The third shirt they just dont seem to have at this time...it was a frustrating experience. Herman needs addtl staff and to become better organized. He wasted a lot of my time and several other customers time as well.

They are horrible this is the second year I have dealt with them and each year it has been the same issues they lost my order both times this year I make my order the girl tell me it will be real the 20th then they say sorry she was wrong wont be ready the 28th and I call over and over I have called over 100 time and the will not answer the phone my dad paid 80 toward my bill and the guy there put it toward someone else’s order
