Theres a sign at the front that says...Hartfords King of Craft and boy they couldnt be farther from the truth, lol...after they ran out of the craft beer they USED TO HAVE...its been Budweiser galore...if Budweiser has a different brand,they have it....its a joke to go there now. New Management with no idea about beer. They are there just to make money, not memories, lol

I always have had a pleasant experience at this store. All the staff Ive encountered are friendly. The owner is great with giving recommendations (all of which have been spot) and actually walking you through options within your price point in the store (Im not sure if that personal touch is still an option given the health crisis were in at the moment).As far as safety for the current environment, I did notice the staff behind the counter werent wearing masks, however, they were behind a barrier that reached almost to the ceiling, so I more at ease once I noticed the precautions the store took.

This afternoon, I went to this package store for the first time. It will be the last time. A woman walked in right before me, and she had no facemask. The clerk said wear a mask to her, but judging by her attitude, it was clear that she had no intention of complying. And guess what? - the clerk didnt have one, either! I got out of there fast. I know of several of other package stores in the area that are well managed, and where they care about the safety of their patrons. So who needs this place?

I would have given 0 if I could this is the WORST package store I have ever been to their customer service is horrible and I even gave chances thinking hey everyone has a bad day but after how I was treated today Im tired of it. I was a regular customer for over a year and this morning I was short 25cents yes 25 cents and he would not let me go until later when I came back I can understand its a business but with all the change I have left for others you would think it wouldnt be a problem. Well they just lost my business and my friends and family Im sorry but customer service should be important for everyone not just a select few. If you dont like alcoholics than you are in the wrong business and you should not be on a personal call when dealing with customers. They say they open at 9am however they NEVER open at that time. There are many other package stores that are cheaper and treat their customers great. Answer me this if you have regular customers that get the same thing everyday why would you not order enough??? And 2 weeks to get Budweiser in lol wow. You need to take a course on customer service after all it is people like me who pay your salary!!!!!!!!!!
