Awesome staff! Always helpful!

The staff are helpful and courteous. Unfortunately their corporate managers do not back them up with the best quality products. I purchased 12 chromed lug nuts to dress up my cars wheels. These started to rust, chip and peel after only 10,000 miles. A little research showed that the best quality chromed lug nuts are made by McGuard and were available for about the same price or less than Parts Hut had charged me for their inferior product. I took the rusted nuts back to Parts Hut. The staff were apologetic but did not offer me even a dime of store credit for the over forty dollars that I had spent there. To be fair, the other parts stores did not carry the best lug nuts either.

Just went to this store and 1 of 4 employees was wearing a mask. Shame on them. Please remember your duty to the over-worked doctors and nurses.

Everyone wears a mask, social distancing at the counter, and they were helpful with everything I needed for my motorcycle. Really Happy.

If they dont have what you need they will order and it will be there later in day or next morning.
