Scott is a great guy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and willing to bend over backwards to meet my needs. I have had my battery packs for my Panasonic drills rebuilt there. The turnaround time was excellent. They have a much better price than Batteries Plus. I have put those batteries into service and they are holding up nicely.
