All I can say is WOW! I went In For a COVID test and they made it so easy and quick! A young lady did it so easy. I was In And out quickly with results in hand. Was told I would receive a more official email with in 24 hours but was given a sheet with results to take with me. I will be changing all my pharmacy needs to Hartland hometown pharmacy. Such nice people!

Covid rapid test, person took 1/2 hour despite having reservation, and when asked she stated that she shouldn’t be the only one working. Plus $60 - ridiculous. Did not get official results till next day!

Great staff and owners Lisa and Ron! Got vaccinations here and will definitely get annual boosters here too....Pfizer!!

Rick and his team reminded me why it’s essential to your health to be on first name basis with your pharmacist and staff. They go above and beyond for their patients. This is why supporting your hometown pharmacy (literally) is important, because they have you covered in ways that are absolutely detrimental to your health. Thanks again for doing your best so I can be my best.

The staff at Hartland Hometown Pharmacy is great, they always greet me with a smile as I walk into the store.The pharmacist is always eager to answer any questions I have and always makes sure I understand the directions on all the medications I take.I will never go anywhere else for my medications!They also have a great selection of supplements to help keep you healthy and can help you avoid taking prescription drugs.

Hometown Pharmacy is my go to place for my medication needs. When I have a prescription for myself, I ask my physician to call it in there. I also use them for picking up medication that I might need for my veterinary patients at North Lake Veterinary Clinic. There are some select medications that pets and humans have in common and Rick (owner of Hometown) has always been helpful to select the best product at the best price. I love the home town feeling when I walk in and the personalized service I receive. They definitely deserve a 5 star review.

Very polite and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience with a big box pharmacy, and reached out to Hometown Hartland. Hometown went above and beyond with communication, and filling my prescription. At pick up, the staff was polite, and store was beautiful inside. Thank you Hometown.

If you arent using Hometown Pharmacy in Hartland, you SHOULD BE! I was tired of the long lines and constant mistakes at the big box pharmacies and then I stumbled upon this gem. Theyre quick, accurate and very knowledgeable. If youre too sick to pick up your meds, no worries - they deliver locally for free! And the owner and pharmacist, Rick Conner is very knowledgeable about supplements that might work too. Im a life long, severe allergy sufferer. I was ready to start round FIVE of allergy shots and he asked if Id tried a product called Natural D-Hist. I decided to try it and within ONE DAY my symptoms were already better with an all natural product! So anyway, I cant say enough great things about this pharmacy. If youre shopping local or looking for a change, check them out! And absolutely try Natural D-Hist if you need allergy relief!!

Owner will do everything he can to help his customers. Unfortunately, thats often accomplished by making unreasonable demands and threats towards other healthcare professionals in which he doesnt even employ.

I cannot say enough about the atmosphere, personnel, and service I feel Hometown Pharmacy has to offer. It’s truly an amazing experience to switch from Walgreens, where personally speaking, not only did I always feel like a “number” rather than an actual person, but had so many mishaps, long waits, and issues! I’ve never ever experienced ANYTHING other than friendly, professional staff who GENUINELY care about both myself and my 14 year old at Hartland Hometown pharmacy! Rick Conner, the owner is so incredibly knowledgeable and takes so much time to make certain you feel comfortable with any/all medications. Victoria, manages the store as far as gifts, over the counter meds etc. and recently gave me advice about a vitamin based supplement. I’ve never received better advice. I trust her, I believe she’s very knowledgeable and as it turns out, her advice (and the supplement) have changed my life!) I was able to “ditch” 3 other prescription stomach medications and feel like a new person! Thanks to Hometown Pharmacy for being such an integral part of the Hartland community!!!!

Love this pharmacy! The staff is outstanding.

Although Walgreens has the convenient drive in, I would still rather get both of my kids out of the car to go into the Aurora in downtown Hartland. The staff is so friendly, they know who you are personally, and its fast! Would never change back to Walgreens.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and great staff. And always letting you know how to save money on their products.
