Aire Serv of Oconomowoc has the most hard-working, honest, well trained personnel we have had the pleasure to hire for the work we need on our furnace. The company we had been using for more than 30-years just lost their good will and we were blessed enough to find AireServ. We have not had to call them to come back and correct any work they have done for us. Many other companies we tried for other services we needed had to be called back.

Doug was very knowledgeable about our A/C unit. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to fix the problem the same day. He was straight forward and told me that it would be fixable and that the unit. He even recommended the maintenance of my furnace which I was thinking about as well. I highly recommend this company.

Doug was phenomenal. We initially had our furnace replaced this winter as a warranty item. I was a little hesitant given the recommendation came from the warranty company, but we could not have asked for a better referral. Doug was responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Several months later we needed a zoned cooling system added. I got two quotes and both were comparable, although Doug was still a little cheaper. When he returned the second time,he remembered details of our situation that tells me we are more than just another job. Being new to the area its always a shot in the dark finding reliable contractors, but there is no question AirServ and Doug will be our go to for all future HVAC needs. Aire Serve of Oconomowoc provided exceptional service. The tech arrived on schedule and was very considerate - asked about mask wearing and wore booties to protect our carpets. He performed the maintenance efficiently and was able to give me a heads up on what to expect next time - he wrote up and kept a list of watch items. he left the area around the furnace just as it was - i.e. he put back everything he had moved out of the way.He answered all of my questions in a friendly and easy going manner. No pressure to do more than was necessary.Bill was written up and emailed before he even left the house.Highly recommend!

Great service and professional. Our technician, Doug, has over 20 years experience and explained our options and prices clearly. We liked the choices presented and the options for a new furnace included one made in USA which appealed to us. We knew the installation would be performed correctly and we were educated on the best practices for using the accompanying humidifier. Very timely service and Aire Serv of Oconomowoc is now our preferred provider. We saved 15% by bundling our annual check up etc and will use them exclusively for our furnace, a/c. We had our a/c replaced by Aire Serve this summer amd knew we wanted to go back to them for the furnace. Very pleased.

I will NEVER use anyone else for HVAC services while Im in their service area. Doug (the owner) is the best. The service is great, the prices are reasonable and he is always on time. We had a lot of work done to our last home in Okauchee and our new home in Genesee. He installed gas lines for me to run my generator, replaced some duct work to allow me to knock out a wall and installed a new heating system converting it from oil to gas. His work is impeccable and I always feel confident about the work that is done. He is right there if you feel something is wrong and he is Johnny on the spot if you have questions. This was our 2nd experience with Aire Serv of Oconomowoc and we couldnt ask for anything more!!! Our furnace started acting up on December 23rd and Doug came out the same day to check our system out. Unfortunately, it was past the point of repair and we needed a new furnace. Even being a holiday weekend Doug came out Saturday morning and installed our new unit. Service was fast, friendly, and pricing was upfront. If you need furnace or ac system repair Aire Serv is the best choice in lake country!!!

This company was called through our home warranty company. They came and were prompt and courteous. Very professional and did a great job, even in the heat of Summer. I thought their prices reasonable but not sure what the service call price covered (paid to the home warranty service). Thats because it was $125 and in the past, other companies didnt charge that for service calls. So, for the most part we are happy and would call them again, but not through the warranty company which seems to just take your money and make you wonder if the service company gets any part of that at all...

Impressed with this company! I called for the 59.00 tune up flyer I got in the mail. As I was speaking with the lady that answered the phone, I got a text confirming our appointment. The day before my appointment, I got a text reminder of our appointment and the day of I got another one with a picture of the guy coming to my house telling me hes on his way. My unit is old and I was fully expecting the sales pitch. Instead I was a bit surprised that he told me yes it could stand to be replaced but that he can keep it running as long as I want it to so long as he can get the parts. He took the time to explain why I should explore the idea of replacement and also why I dont need to. He did show me where my unit is really worn down and will inevitably fail, just can not be sure of the day and he did make recommendations. I did not feel pressured and he dumbed it down for me so that I could make an informed decision not a snap decision. I truly appreciate the old fashioned feel of customer service. Very pleased and I will be using them again in the fall for my furnace.

Doug and Noah did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. We brought in several companies for a quote since our old furnace was 30 years old and Doug was by far the most thorough. He did not try to oversell us but asked questions to make sure he understood the problems we were having with our current furnace and made sure he knew the results we were looking for. We always had major issues with the lower level being so much colder in winter than the main floor and zoning the the HVAC system for each level was not really possible without ripping out drywall and spending many thousands of dollars. Doug at Air Serve was the only one to ask us about this issue that has troubled us for years and he had an instant solution that has helped tremendously that has cost us basically nothing with such a simple solution. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything in detail. They charged us the exact amount of the quote and there were no surprises after installation. They have gained a life-long customer. We couldnt be more pleased.

We needed to replace our furnace last fall and I shopped around to get several quotes. Most of the quotes were fairly close to each other, but Hotpoint / Air-Serv completely set themselves apart from the rest with their client presentation, attention to detail, and commitment to top-notch service. Doug spent at least 1.5 hours with me on his initial visit (others were in/out within 15-20 minutes) and took the time to thoroughly explain the process / benefits / differences between products. He wasnt trying to just sell me a certain product...he took the time to understand our home and family to recommend a product that made the most sense for us. It was evident he wanted me to feel comfortable in making the most informed decision as possible. On installation day...they were punctual, professional, and kept a very clean work-site. The new furnace has done a great job thus far and we have been very happy! My father contacted Aire Serv to do a tune up on our furnace. The technician assigned, suggested to replace the flame sensor and flame blower and was quoted $340.00 for both parts. The technician took the used parts, took it to his service truck and cleaned the used parts and was going to put them back on. When my father confronted him and asked him to show him the two used the parts, the technician stated “he threw them somewhere back in the truck and couldn’t find them” My father asked the technician to leave after the technician refused to show him the used parts and show him the new ones. My father was willing to pay for the new parts and agreed to have the parts replaced with new ones he was going to pay for & not have the used ones cleaned out and be reused like the technician did. You could still see the smoked stain on the flame sensor after the technician tried to clean it and put them back on. We will not be doing business with this company ever again. My father was not going to be taken a fool!! He also attempted to reach the office to let them know what shady business their technician was doing, and they never answered or reached out for a follow up with my father. **Edit to respond back to the owners reply** my father and I don’t share the same last name anymore (I am now married). As a new home owner I had concerns that my furnace was causing carbon monoxide to enter my home. After calling Doug he showed up on the same day and tested my furnace. As a bonus he also checked other rooms to make sure me and my paranoid roommate were safe. Huge thanks Doug. After 3 years of owning our home my husband and I decided to bite the bullet and install a/c (currently have a boiler) and the owner, Doug, went above and beyond in finding the most cost efficient and effective unit for our budget. I was out of town in New York and our furnace went out. The day before it was below 50 and this day was in the low 40s. Night time Temps were around 25. The house had dropped to 62 and I have 4 tiny girls who were cold. I called Doug AFTER hours around 7 pm. He told me to tell my wife he was on his way. After a little maintenance our furnace was up and running. Excellent pricing and service. Doug goes the distance to make it right. He worked right through an existing 3 zone system with a new goodman furnace, april-air and a goodman air unit. When Ifirst met Doug I had draining issues with my 25+ year old worn out furnance. Everyone wanted to come by and band-aid that unit with trip charges. Doug told me a few things to look at over the phone. He said try it, that could be the problem. He was helpful before asking for money! Who does this? In todays age service really is important. Hotpoint gives this service for a fair price.
