Clean facility with lots of storage unit size options and fair prices. Easy in/out, park inside to load/unload and carts/dollies available to move your stuff from your vehicle to your unit. The local manager, Justin was very helpful. Would recommend.

This place is AMAZING! I cant say enough about your staff member Annie who is helpful, energetic, upbeat and so incredibly NICE to work with! She followed up with me on the phone, showed me around your facilities, set up my contract and provided everything I needed to successfully store our belongings there. She took time to meet my brother when I brought him by for a tour! The facility is also new, clean (I saw Annie sweeping on a Sat AM), climate-controlled and provides all the dollies, large elevator, etc. that we needed to move in. We feel that our valuables are VERY secure in the interior units we rented because of your environmental controls, door locks, entry/departure keypad systems, security cameras and GIANT garage doors that lead in and out of the garage bay area, which is so nice to have when the weather is bad. Thank you for providing this wonderful service in such a convenient location!

Other than the guy who works in the lobby parking his car inside and blocking the door, its nice place to store my stuff.

Large, clean facility that made our move easier. Most amazing part was Annie, whose help in securing the right unit at the right time and her energetic, friendly help made our work more pleasant. Appreciated the cool drinks available in the office. Improvement would be to make the elevator faster and larger but not sure these are options.

So far I have had nothing but problems. It was quick and easy to rent a storage space, however when I went in to get everything situated and dropped off there was no lock in the unit as was stated in my contract. I went to the office at 3:30pm and there was no one there and the doors were locked. I called three times and waited over an hour to finally be told a properly manager would contact me ASAP. That didn’t happen. I will update with any changes, however so far I have had nothing but unprofessionalism.

Clean, safe, secure indoor and outdoor storage. The staff is very responsive and provides excellent customer service. Ive stored other places before and worried about weather, damage, maintenance issues. At BenchMark, I dont worry at all. Ive been a happy customer for over a year.

The staff there is phenomenal. We have rented there several times and the facility is spotless and secure. I highly recommend them for all your storage needs.

AVOID!!!! This place is infested with roaches. The manager knows and offers no help other than a discount for another unit. There are carcasses of earwigs throughout. So disgusting and management does nothing to help.

My wife and I are very happy with what we saw in our moving in yesterday,first of all on Wednesday when I came in to inquire about storage I was greeted by a very nice individual who started asking questions about my storage needs I told her I was inquiring about a 10 x 15 size unit she showed me the unit and I was very impressed that it was climate control and the rent was within our price range, on Saturday the the day we moved in they stopped and asked us if we needed anything and showed us where the carts were and also mentioned if we needed anything cold to drink that there was cold water and soda available in the office which was eventually needed,also,while moving in I observed one of the owners with a tire pump inflating tires on the moving carts and thats what really impressed me. I recently rented a storage unit from Benchmark. I worked with both Annie and Al. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. What a pleasure! The unit I rented was extremely clean and it was easy to access. I have used and worked with other storage companies. Benchmark is at the top of my list!

Doug went above and beyond to get me set up with a storage unit the same day I called - and on a Saturday. The facility is brand new and very secure. Being able to drive up and load/unload in the interior bay area is very convenient especially if the weather is bad. They have carts that you can use to move your items as well. The 2nd month free and the free Yeti mug sweetened the deal even more. Overall a great experience.

The customer service at this new facility is top notch. Super impressed with the friendly staff and whole atmosphere and loving the indoor drive in loading space - what a huge benefit that will be as we load and unload this winter! The owners seem to have thought out every detail to make storage easy and convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone needing storage!

Moving from AZ and having to put EVERYTHING in storage while we shopped for a home was stressful (did I mentions we have a 3 yr old and 3 month old as well, relocating in the winter) . Looking at storage options added additional stress, many outdoor places I worried about weather, other options i was concerned about mice ... then I found Benchmark. Benchmark is a new indoor storage facility with indoor unloading/loading doc and its immaculate - we had a complicated move with 2 28 foot trailers full! They accommodated us in every way - would text to assure all was going okay and EVERY person I encountered went above and beyond. Doug, Sophia, Annie and Aaron all worked with me at some point and all were AMAZING. Im not one for writing reviews but this exceeded my expectation and helped take the stress out of this piece of the move.My sincere thanks!
