Ive never left empty handed.White House has an excellent selection of traditional and trending sheet music for all instruments. They stock music for various competitions, including state, too.They also have a wide variety of musical instruments, including pianos, for sale and for rent.Hartland Music, which has studios and music teachers, is also housed in the same building. There is an active Lake Country Music Teachers membership association that sponsors competitions and performing events for students of Hartland Music teachers and private lesson member teachers.While your student is taking a lesson, grab a fresh brewed coffee at the coffee bar. (Somewhat SCALED🎹🎶🎶 back during COVID.)

The folks here know me by name and offer useful advice and services. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly with a huge selection, organized and attractive store front. The rentals that they offer are quality and are great deals.

Great Store. This is the top place for music education in the area. Place to go to educate your children and yourself. Super piano staff and Larry is crazy knowledgeable on guitar performance. My 3 kids developed a love for music here and Im still going with advanced guitar training.

Very nice music store! Ive driven by the place for years and never even knew they sold instruments and gear. The people are very knowledgeable and helpful and its conveniently located off Hwy 83. My only complaint is that theyre more expensive than than some other stores closer to Milwaukee, but its not a deal breaker.

A very nice music store with friendly staff and a pretty good selection. Stopped-in to get a pair of drum sticks and they only had one brand. If they would have had a little bit of a selection I would have given this business five stars. Otherwise, a great place in a great location!

Kids have taken a variety of lessons from a variety of teachers and weve always had a wonderful experience. A delightful cafe makes waiting through lessons easier, as provides a quick snack for the students coming straight from school. Excellent staff!

Great place for music lessons. Pretty good for buying instruments too. Slightly overpriced on certain things. They have a nice coffee corner that occasionally hosts live music. Better piano selection than anything else. Decent guitar selection. Some other types of instruments such as horns and violins. They do rental on more expensive things. Huge amounts of songbooks and other music literature. Overall a great place for if you or your kid thinks that you or they might want to learn to be musical.

Good recommendations, competitive prices. Guitar purchase. Worth being able get hands, compare instruments, ask questions. They set everything up, offered to service for an extended period after the sale (neck adjustment, saddle, strings, etc). Overall worth it. Thanks!

The go-to place in the area for music lessons and instruments! They have a fairly large number of rooms for lessons and instructors teach everything from piano to percussion to all of the various band and orchestra instruments. We purchased our piano there and have rented and purchased band instruments. Nice little cafe where you can grab a drink or a snack while you wait for your children to finish their lessons.

Pianos in the showroom, guitars on the wall, music lessons in the back.Not a guitar center, more built around classical - contemporary music rather than Folk - Heavy Metal like Guitar Center is.My sisters took violin here for years. Great staff!

Went there looking at drum equipment, didnt find what I was looking for but picked up a pair of hearos ear plugs that were marked $5.99. When I got to the register they rang up as being $14. After going back over to the rack the earplugs were on and confirming that they were in fact in the right place and that the $5.99 marking was for them, which it was, the store offered no resolution after I was charged $14.99 and instead just insisted they were $14.99. This is in violation of Wisconsin law as even if a price is marked erroneously the customer is entitled legally to the price as marked. Staff couldnt have been less friendly or helpful.

Just a very nice place to sit and wait for your children to finish piano lessons. Cafe inside. Occasional performances from students working on performance skills.

Hartland Music is a gem of a place. The selection of musical instruments for rent and purchase, sheet music and everything else you may need is wonderful. The staff there is knowledgable, friendly and go-out-of-their-way helpful. The music teachers they use are incredibly professional and are high-quality teachers. I love the back area in which the private lessons are held. They are warmly decorated and inviting; a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy your childs lesson. I also love the coffee shop located within the building. I can get a snack, light sandwich and a drink while I wait for the lessons to start.

My wife and two kids study various instruments here. Before long, I will sign up with one of the guitar teachers. I have also studied voice here with an AMAZING teacher, Ellen Winters.The level of instruction here is not to be surpassed anywhere that I have experienced. Not only are teachers well-credentialled musically, but from what I have experienced, they are warm, supportive and effective. There are great players out there who lack the right personality to teach. And there are good teachers who are not masters of their instrument. At Hartland, I have only seen people who have both skill sets.Just recently, I purchased a higher end guitar from Hartland. Since they really bill themselves as an educational institution through the Waukesha Conservatory of Music, they carry a lot of student-level guitars, and have a remarkable selection of amazing pianos and band and orchestra instruments. They had carried Larrivees, and I hope to see more Larrivees on the wall. Right now, they are focusing on Breedlove as their domestic, professional level line. And they have some remarkable examples of the Breedlove domestic and import line hanging on the wall. They are also displaying boutique Landric brand electric guitars. Their approach to guitar sales is refreshing. They currently have a skilled player and teacher managing the guitar department, and the laid-back consultative approach works extremely well. And with new guitar sales, you get a year of bench time so their techs can get your instrument dialed in the way you like it.Bottom line ... fantastic instructional resource for children and adults of all playing levels. Reputable dealer of instruments, including, increasingly, guitars. And a cafe that I hope becomes even more of a hub for the Lake Country music community. Five stars!
