I love their prices and that they sell decorations for all the holidays. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for the meanest, rude, nasty cashier. Even when I have personal problems I would never take it out on a customer. I hope that lady doesnt work there anymore so that I could enjoy going there again.

Love this store, but I was looking for a bathtub mat and shower curtain liners and they didnt have anything in that section. I was disappointed.

What is this magical festive place? Half expecting nothing but Christmas decor and Holiday-themed attractions, I was surprisingly tickled to see it filled with strange nick-nacks and absurdities unlike anything Ive ever seen before! Whats this? Non-stick cooking plans and pots for only $9.99? Jars if an obscure jelly I remember having a child for only $3.50 a jar, but if I buy 2 or more the price drops to $2.50?! A Tiki-Bar... an entire tropical paradise... for only $199.99?! Hmm... well, I dont actually need it but... I have a coupon...I was pretty impressed actually. Id go back.

Disappointing stock. Rude, careless employees. Confusing layout and unorganized aisles.I found an unlabelled bench so I asked an employee how much it was. Without him even checking, he just said I dont know, sorry. Same employee was asked by my father how much something was, and while he was in front of the register, he didnt even bother checking. He just said I think its $14.Customer service section was apparently closed, with no label or any indication either. Waited 5 minutes until we finally flagged down an employee that told us it was closed. It gets better- 10 minutes later we saw the same exact employee checking out a customer at the customer service desk!Nobody here knows what theyre doing, nor do they care about the customers that being them money. Products are all over the place with no actual stock upkeep or anything. Good luck finding what youre looking for, because the employees certainly wont care if it inconveniences them at all.

Love going in this store, especially when Autumn is approaching. It smells wonderfully like sweet cinnamon. I always manage to find great affordable buys.

The Christmas Tree Shops are one of my favorite stores in general. This location Dalewood Shopping Center is no different. A great selection of products ranging from paper goods, party supplies, outdoor, cooking, clothing...even a whole section for furniture.While there are some name brand items you can find around the store, most of the goods are generic products that can do the same job for half the price of the name brand. (That’s the fun part in exploring the store, you never know what you’ll find!)I recommend it for things like Mugs, candles, coffee pods.

Went looking for an outdoor rug for my terrace to match new cushions I bought for seating set. Walked away disappointed by choices available. I guess I waited to late in the season to find the size and colors I needed. Oh well😟

I bought a box of cotton candy capn crunch here for $1.49 so this place is paradise to me! I feel bad for the staff using extremely outdated cash register equipment though...

I have been shopping here since it opened. It is a great place for goods that are inexpensive. Whether it is household, garden, food, some clothing, area rugs, pictures, candy, etc., this place is a haven to shop in. They often have sales. The help is fast at the registers. The store is huge and has wall to wall merchandise for everyone in the family. Youre shopping carts can fill quickly so be careful. There is ample parking and its free. Its a great family place to shop in and my mother loves this place. Obviously, at Christmas, they have a ton of merchandice for that time of the year. Do not miss this store. It is a good place to shop and find gifts too.

Employees not taking proper precautions to keep themselves and customers safe. I absolutely LOVE this store however was very disappointed that at least 4 employees that I saw just didnt seem to care that we just went through a health pandemic. The customer service rep had her (cat) mask on under her nose barely covering any part of her face that was relevant to avoid exposure or spread. The front end employee Asia was directing the line to the registers with the mask under her nose aswell. There was a gentleman on the floor putting merchandise out with his mask under his nose.. Christmas tree shop please EDUCATED your employees on the importance of keeping masks on the whole time covering BOTH THIER NOSE AND MOUTH.. Unfortunately this has now become a new norm, the masks are uncomfortable and make it difficult to breathe however they prevent them (employees) and others from either getting or spreading COVID. I work in an environment where I too have to wear a mask for an 8 hour shift. So Im not preaching something I dont do on a regular basis. If there were separate rating for safety and the store Id give the store a 5 star and safety a 1 star. But since there isnt I gave it a 2 star review.

I love this store. It always has fantastic items for any season as well as everyday decor. The prices are unbeatable, I always come home with a few more items them were on my list. The affordable price makes it fun to try or find things you might not normally purchase.

I really like Christmas Tree shop normally and find good buys there but was a bit disappointed this time around ... i personally am going to chalk it up to this crazy year and the fact that they might not be back full speed yet with inventory ... ill probably be back to visit again in another month or so to see if there is any improvement ...
