Good clean Walmart. Friendly staff this was pleasant. I found everything I needed. Great variety of greeting cards and good parking.

My wife just received her pick up order from this location. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues from them, but it will be the last. It’s one thing to put every single item in its own bag, but to not tie them and then toss them haphazardly into the trunk of a vehicle where things fall out of their containers and/or bags is unprofessional and unsanitary. These are but a few pictures of what we opened the trunk to today. I will not be using this Walmart for future pick ups if at all. I called to let management know of what happened and the lady was definitely a Karen about the whole issue and didn’t seem to care about hearing it. I don’t believe we are the only ones to experience these issues. I will be making a call to Bentonville, AR. about the service at this store. I urge other unhappy customers to do the same.

Found the items I needed but when the self check outs are card only and there is only 2 other registers open with at least 4 customers waiting at each one, come on Walmart you have to do better.

I absolutely love this Walmart. Every single employee that I have encountered at this location has been very kind and sweet; they have went above and beyond to help me in every way I needed and then some. I suggest this Walmart to any one Im around.

Driver did not even take my order out of her trunk. My husband with Alzheimer’s had to take it out of her car I Tried calling the store for two hours and called headquarters to replace my self rising flour get somebody that couldn’t speak English and didn’t know what I was talking about second time around they tried to put in the order but nobody from the store ever read the email. I spend hundreds of dollars a month with them this is the last straw they should be like Kroger and Publix and text people all the way through the order and they do not. I really need only needed flour today and got NONE. Very in adequate. I’m so mad I’m thinking about making them come and getting everything out order and take it back for return.

I really enjoy shopping at my local Wal Mart, but the only down part, to me, is the quality of the meats(raw meats). I have always been weary of buying cold meats(of all kinds), from Wal Mart, because of what I have personally seen myself.I do LOVE their Clearance isle and always find plenty of GREAT deals!!Also, I would love for the employees to be treated better and God help us all for them to find more workers. With this customers can have more help if needed, and not have to search down an employee for information on products there.Over all, Hartselle Wal Mart is a good place to shop for CERTAIN things(just my personal opinion)Sincerely;A Local Shopper

Found everything I came for with ease. Not too crowded and the greeter was super friendly.

Fantastic waitress....food a bit slow, appetizer received as we were receiving check. Food was hot and quite good, not as greasy as previous visit.

I love the new feature to be able to chat a quick question through Google to Walmart and get a answer right away instead of wondering what infornation online is correct or if it has been updated as well as for information not provided online. Example: customer service hours at walmart. Thanks Google and walmart for making this option available to us

Like most Walmarts, but this is the one I prefer to go to out of all of them around here. It has the best layout in my opinion and is the least crowded.

First and Foremost this complaint doesnt involve all its employees by unit.I am rating this lowest of lows because I have made an complaint about the same issue at least three times!I love the hartselle wal mart however the same old 2 women (who carry horrible attitudes written all over their faces & scolding eyes!) WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT LET YOU ENJOY TOUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!YES THEY CLOSE AT 11 PM. I WAS MAKING MY WAY TO THE CHECKOUT AND AD I WAS WALKING THROUGH THE JEWELRY SECTION (WHERE THE TWO RESIDE) I GLANCED TO THE LEFT AND COMMENTED TO MY FRIEND (WHOM ACCOMPANIED ME) HOW CUTE A NECKLACE WAS AND ALL WHILE WALKING TOWARDS THE CHECKOUT.AND THEN I HEARD THAT CRACKLING VOICE AND SHE WAS PRETTY LOUD ABOUT IT SAID UM, DID YOU NOT JUST HEAR OVER OUR INTERCOM THAT WE ARE TRYING TO CLOSE?! I TOOK A DEEP BREATH 😳😤😡. THEN SAID YEP I BELIEVE WE SURE DID! DID YOU?!?Ok.. she wasnt only rude and hateful, but it was 10:50, I didnt even stop walking when I commented on it! These old women (not all of you) need a lecture on how you treat customers otherwise youll lose people and alot of money if this dont improve asap!! Thanks.

Local Walmart, missing key item I was looking for, but provided food items I desired at a good price.

Christmas Eve parking lot picture. Inside, its not terrible but the checkout is always extremely slow, almost like they dont keep enough employees staffed during open hours. And secondly, the product selections are fairly slim and maybe even outdated.

The gentleman in the garden dept was a tremendous help..otherwise its just a walmart.

I’m a regular shopper at the Hartselle Walmart, I shop there mainly for the convenience. The only problem I run into is low stock on commonly used items. It happened before the pandemic, so even though it may contribute now, it’s an ongoing issue that management should address. Other than that the store is a good option for local shoppers. It’s a full service Walmart, it’s clean and well organized in the store layout.

Would be 5 stars but I had to self checkout so its lucky to get 3 stars.

Tire dept was very honest, but did a great on my tire. I actually made it home

Friday the 13th at5:15 I got there checked in waiting to get groceries but because it was thundering and raining an at 6pm young man came out and said it was going to be 20 minutes at least but each time it thundered it would be another 20 mintues. I got a refund and left

Dater 8/24/2021Been waiting 4 hours on my pick up order along with 10 other cars. I would pull away but they already got my money and there is no way to cancel our order.Not sure whats going on. Get you act together walmart.

Due to coved-19 I dont go into the store to shop very much however I always order online from the Hartselle Walmart the reason why is they are successful at fulfilling 98% of my grocery items. The Spring Avenue store had a really bad problem with on hands. It was about 30% complete of the many items I needed brought to me. I made a deliberate decision to avoid them. I have had very good experiences with Hartselle time after time and they have some really sharp people handling Black Friday online sales items as well as my groceries. I really enjoy the Walmart app because I get unlimited deliveries at no charge charge for a monthly fee of $12.95 wonderful service. And yes I bought that pencil tree from Walmart and it came to my door it will be decorated Alabama style. Thank you Walmart in Hartselle Alabama. You are excelling during this time of total confusion. For sure you Hartselle have your stuff together and I thank you sincerely.

Walmart as a whole was great. The buggy boy did not want to get the power carts from the parking lot.

I was looking for the 5 dollar bend of DVDs they had a 3 dollar one even better made my movie night exquisite and great selections

Walmart is Walmart pretty much no matter where you go, that being said, this one in particular was sub par. Clean on the outside for the most part but unkempt and very disorganized inside. I went tonight shopping for a game, did not find said game but i can only surmise that would be because ALL of the locked game cabinets were unlocked and open. Do you want thieves, because thats how you get thieves...

Everyone knows walmart usually long lines crowded... I normally do walmart pick up but even they were two hours late on pick up time and good luck going inside with one check out line open and only one self checkout section open.

Hit or miss.... Sometimes they have what ya need sometimes they dont. Sometimes the employees are helpful. Sometimes they are straight idiots. And if youre using the app. Dont go by what it says half the time the answer in store is gonna be thats an online price we cant match that. Even tho it says in the app thats it a in store purchase only.

Like everywhere else, they just need more employees

I went to pick up an item at the pick up tower. I scanned my phone then pushed the button for help. After 10 minutes I went to the service desk and asked for help. When I finally did get help the associate stated the tower was broken and that is why they were going to curbside pickup only. There was no sign stating this and confusing when my phone told me to go scan my phone at the tower. UGH!!!

I liked Walmart just fine. But wondering why the public has to wear masks but not the employees. Especially in the deli and bakery they werent even wearing gloves. And while shopping came across at least 4 others not wearing a mask. I feel if the public has to wear them the employees should too. Most especially when theyre handling food

Weve picked up our groceries at 2 other stores over the last 4 years and Hartselle grocery pickup has been so kind and helpful. They were so prompt that I had only put my car in park and I looked in my rearview mirror to see them already coming out with our order! Thank you for training fast and efficient as well as kind customer service. Were so grateful for your bringing our groceries to the car when weve not the time to go in and shop, for ourselves, and so that we dont have to bring our toddler into the store during the pandemic.

The main thing about Walmart is it they do have most everything it is just finding it!1 minute there are three or four parts in the next minute you need somebody and theres no one around!but in general the store was clean people were polite and I got in and out pretty quick considering the time of day I went. 👌

You cant ever find help, NO more then 1 register open & 15 people in line. You cant even get my pick up order right it took 2 days after I was notified . 3 separate trips VERY SAD

Horrible pickup. I was placed on hold for over an hour before I was able to speak with management. They overcharged my card by 15$. They stated it would be refunded and taken care of; it was not taken care of. I will no longer use pickup in Hartselle.

This Walmart is a little bit better than the other Walmarts in the area. Although the parking is horrendous, the store is pretty clean and has most of the items I look for. Much wider selection of Televisions on display than the Decatur Walmart.

Enforcing wearing mask and had a person wiping down your cart which was nice. A bit busy so they opened another lane. Still hard to beat Walmart for one stop shopping.

Service is slow. Drive thru orders are almost always wrong. Staffing is short, but at least get the order correct, if I am going to be in the Drive thru line 30+ minutes.

Good atmosphere and everyone had on masks and was socially distancing. Walmart makes you feel comfortable during thia worldwide pandemic. Or as Trump would say the invisible enemy.

I gave an ok rating because they are mandating masks and only have 1 entry and exit instead of letting people make there own choices. It is very stressful to shop now. The staff though is wonderful. They are just doing what they have to to keep their job.
