The woman who answered the phone for me wen I called while standing at there front door cause it was after open door hours was sooooo nice and helpful to me. It took me weeks to finally get there for and important bolt and wen I got there it was unfortunately after hours but hearing my story she still opened the door for me knowing how important and difficult getting this bolt was for me!! I couldn’t thank her enough!!! Never will I go anywhere else for parts just because of her help!! Thank you again,wish I asked for your name.

Call 5 min before closing just to see if they had something i needed no one pick up till 2 min after the store closed and just hung up didnt even greet me. I wasnt even planning on coming in today. If they had what i needed i was gonna come in tomorrow to pick it up. absolutely unprofessional

Been in here over 10 times since taking over maintenance department in hartselle. Actually had what I needed once. Maybe it’s just this store bc the Russellville store had everything always. Any hand tools or power tools I ever needed. I can’t even get an Allen wrench here.
