Always have what I need.

Store is often very clean and I tend to not go when it is busy, usually after 6. Their stock could use a little work however, I have tried to purchase a specific product, a hobby spray paint, that is not buyable online and other patrons have absolutely ruined that section. Staff are also not easy to find during the times I go and I often leave empty handed.However I am excited that they finally added a fabric section, while it does not hold a candle to JoAnn, it is a good start.

The staff is always helpful and kind. They have a lot of different types of crafts to offer. The store is pretty clean and organized. Clearance is near the front and some in the back. Bathrooms could be cleaner.They just updated the sticker section to this crazy overlapping system. It was difficult to find what I was looking for quickly.

All the Michaels stores in metro New Orleans, this is the best one. Clean, neat, and friendly staff.

They advertised that they do UPS. We had Amazon returns. After waiting in line for quite a while, the girls at the registers said, they didnt know anything about UPS, and Well, the manager really doesnt want them to do it. This is after we were going to repack, print our own labels, and offered to pay shipping. They even told us Nah, we dont sell tape I mean really!! Is Michaels going out of business or do they just want to?

Found way more than I truly expected. Young lady stocking clearance endcaps was all over the store helping everyone. When she was helping me, I heard the very young lady, all of maybe 4yrs old, ask her if she had made another friend(me). Salesperson replied, heartily she hoped so. The sweet little girl turned towards me and said, You should be her friend. She was nice to me and helped my mommy find something. Youll like her. I was so tickled that even a little angel recognized that kindness was a good trait to have in a friend.

I had the best experience! The cashiers were nice and they had everything I need. They even have a slime headquarters which I love because its all the way in the front. The workers are nice and even included a coupon in my purchase of $10 off. Its a bit far away from my house but its definitely worth it.

I needed a box for some pralines I was making. Had a choice.....Michaels or Party City. Went with my first decision and headed to Michaels. Good choice. Found the box I needed and one aisle over was more baking supplies. Found a few things I didnt know I needed. Will head back when I need to do something a bit more extravagant in the kitchen. Since I recently moved looked at picture frames as well. Will be headed back soon.

Very cool place. I found myself searching online for store near me that had Xmas present I wanted for my son. This store popped up. I found it! Got the gift for $20 when I expected it to be $60. Awesome sales. I highly recommend this place. I for sure am going back.

Worst Michaels Ive been to! No help but theyll sure follow you around creeping you out. Mostly seasonal items. Cost is twice the online retail, just like Barnes and Noble next door. Went in to check out model kits and they barely have anything so instead I decided to get some prismacolor pencils 😠 half the price online. Nevermind on this useless establishment

I extremely love this place and I enjoy coming here to get the things that I need for my jewelry business. Everyone greets you with a smile and tries to get you in and out so you dont have to wait in a long line. Everything there is so exceptional. I will be back to get more stuff.

A little overpriced, but, once in a while, the sales you catch are amazing. Gorgeous picture frames, pictures albums, jewelry makings, craft kits, all can be caught on sale, at one time or another. Dont hesitate to go through the whole store, or youll miss something good.

Always enjoy all the lovely, creative ideas at Michaels. They did not have have as many baskets as in the past, but I found two, nice 10x14 painted wood frames with mats included, for 8x10 pictures, on sale for 7.50 (50% off). Also, they have multiple registers serving one line, so the line moves fast even if one register is delayed with a problem. ALL stores should have this.

I love this store but its big and Im handicapped so my only complaint is that they only have 1 motorized shopping cart/wheelchair. When the store is really busy like now during the holiday season, its hard to get it because its already in use. I really wish they would get more then just 1 to offer for more disabled shoppers.

This would have been a 5 star but I ordered online qith pick up in store unfortunately part of my items was available but due to some form of error (per what I was told) my other items I needed for an event that day ended up in Florida.I had to re purchase my items and was told by the associate on the phone I had to wait 5 day to allow my order to cancel out as a no show (even after my local Associate called the other store to cancel the order that day).To says the least I dont think I will be doing the order online and pick up instore (however my local associates were very helpful).

Fairly pricey with minimal staff. When I went on a weekend there were maybe two cashiers and two picture framers. So getting help was a bit difficult. The staff I did speak with was polite abd professional. It just seemed like a pretty small Michaels with limited inventory.

I wish my Michaels would have more stuff like the others. but I still enjoy this store awesome workers

Super friendly staff, knowledgeable of the store layout,all items and an understanding of crafts. Clean, well organized and stocked.

The personal are friendly and helpful and will try to help without excuses. They have a large assort of the items I need. I love their sales and discounts. They supply electric scooters for those customers who are in need of them. I like the fact that they give discounts to senior citizens and military. The only drawback is I wish they would include our law enforcement in their discounts.

Michaels is a good place to go if youre looking for items for your hobby. Although they are limited on some of the things they carry for each Hobby. Unfortunately I find the Isles to be cluttered making it difficult to move around. Often the same item will be located in several different places in the store. So you really have to walk around looking for them. The staff is very friendly and helpful which goes a long way towards offsetting some of the difficulties.

Rearranged store. I was leaving, having concluded theyd stopped carrying my item. Its there, just all but impossible to find. Awfully poor lighting for a crafts store. Friendly service. Neat. Clean.

Usually I find what Im looking for, since covid and less shipments it makes it hard to get all the supplies I need.

Needed painting supplies for my Granddaughter. We found everything she needed. The staff was very helpful in locating items. We also found stuff for her to make Valentines candy and the packaging to give to her friends.

This place feels run down when you walk into it, its definitely In need of renovations. Their stock is good with a wide variety of merchandise. On any given day, the staff can go from rude and uncaring to polite and helpful. Its a hit or miss place depending on when you go in.

The coupons are wonderful. Prices and sales on certain products are great. These are the only reasons I am giving this store as many as 3 stars.The employees dont seem to be very knowledgeable, that is if you can find one. I was lucky enough to catch an employee and ask for some help once, but they had to find another person and that person still didnt know how to explain their product. I have always had to do my own research, even while in the store while random employees just zoom by me while I am looking lost and confused at some products and Googling stuff on my phone to answer my own questions.Would be nice to have a real person that is even somewhat knowledgeable and can answer at least some questions face to face with customers.

Usually I like this store very much, and I still mostly do, but a recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I was sent a birthday coupon (love getting all my coupons and freebies from the various stores I have membership with!) for 50% off one item. I went and looked and they now have a nice little rolling cart with three tiers in the craft storage department that comes in several colors. I actually wanted this to help.with feeding my birds since I have a bunch of rescued parrots and the cart was perfect for changing their food and water.When I got to the counter I was told the coupon was not good for what they now call every day bargain items or something to that effect. When I looked at the coupon it did say that in the small print. I know that here, like in other stores like Bed Bath and Beyond, certain brand name items cant be combined with a coupon, but this was Micheals own house brand so I was very disappointed because this kind of coupon (obviously since its a birthday coupon) is only given once a year. Guess I will always have to read the fine print carefully.
