I had to go back a 2nd time for my appraisal. The evaluator didnt want to complete the job until they had taken the car apart even though all of the damage was clearly visible.

Didnt think i would thank anyone after my car was totaled but these ladies in the office were sooooo nice helpful and professional. Made me feel good even though my nerves were shot. Thank you ladies!!!! There was a gentleman there too who was very nice... Took the edge off.

TOTALLY SATISFIED with California Customs Collision as Ive never had a problem with them as they have excellent customer service and kept me updated on my repairs in a timely manner, in addition to if parts are on order and will take longer to complete. Have been using them as needed since 2014 and my family will continue if they continue giving us their quality service!

Absolutely fantastic repair experience. I left my daughters BMW for repair. It was ready when promised. The repair was flawless. Couldnt tell where the old paint started and the new paint began. It was an out of pocket repair and the price was very reasonable. I have and will continue to highly recommend this shop to all of my friends and family.

Not only did they not repair my truck correctly I got it back more messed up than I sent it in! I tried to tell my husband not to use this place because of bad experience 8years ago! Looks like nothing there has changed! I Will make sure to never let my friends or family be screwed by this place lile i have been TWICE now!

Run away from this place fast!!!The building looks fancy but they do shoddy work. I brought my vehicle in there after it was hit. I was hit in the back. The trunk started leaking. Honestly, I cant say that I remember exactly when the trunk started leaking but it wasnt until after they repaired it. They give a lifetime warranty but trust and believe that they are going to find every way possible to back out of it. First they tried to tell me that the car was declared a total loss so thats why the trunk was leaking. Really???? Now I took another car there that was declared a total loss maybe a year earlier but the car thats there now IS NOT. And if the car youre looking at now was declared a total loss you know darn well you wouldve done more to repair it than the $1600 receipt says because you are expensive!!! Nice try though. So after they werent able to wiggle out of the lifetime warranty that way they told me that the car was hit before I owned it. Hold on, now that I remember, they first suggested that it was damaged after they made their repairs. To which I say well thats impossible because that was the last wreck I was in. Then they proceeded to say that it was maybe hit before I owned it. Funny thing that if it was hit before I owned it, I had never experienced the trunk leaking before you touched it. I guess I should have contacted the previous owner to find out who fixed it then. Bottom Line is this, THE TRUNK WASNT LEAKING BEFORE YOU REPAIRED IT. NOW YOURE TRYING TO BACK OUT OF THE LIFETIME WARRANTY. They had no intention of honoring the Lifetime Warranty. I believe their plan was to bounce around until they found an excuse they were happy with. The only restitution they offered was to have my husband come by and look at the damage. At this point Im like ok wow yea let me come pick up my vehicle ...

Did a good job on my truck

Would not recommend this place. They will not update you if theres a delay. I called to see if my car would be ready in the next day or two as they had previously told me, thats when I found out a part was on backorder. After that, they pushed when my car would be ready back twice. My car came out fine in the end, but this was just such a frustrating experience with them.

I brought them my brand new 2013 F-150 after that damned hail storm we had here on the Westbank all dinged up. You would never know anything ever happened after they got done with it. PDR techs they employ are top notch!Very friendly staff and highly recommend them to anyone.

Stay away! These guys claim to be better than they actually are. Between me and my insurance company they got paid OVER $10,000 to fix my car and they couldnt even take the time to clean up after themselves much less detail my car (which they told me they did). The paint job was crappy (had dirt in the clear coat). They never updated me about my car not being ready, I showed up once and called the second time just to have them tell me it wont be ready for thee more weeks. The worst part was when I pointed out the flaws in their workmanship they werent even remotely apologetic about it, didnt offer to address it much less do anything about it. when I walked in the first thing they told me was you have a balance you need to pay I had to ask to see my car first and it was like the end of the world. Money is all they care about so I ended up just leaving. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR INSURANCE WORK MUCH LESS HIGH END WORK. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT BRING IN A HIGH END CAR UNLESS YOU NO LONGER WANT IT TO BE A HIGH END CAR.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Minor bumper repair was returned 3 times before I gave up in utter frustration. The prep was shoddy which resulted in a substandard paint job. The reassembly of the bumper, usually an incredibly straight-forward process was apparently above the capacity of this facility, as the components did not fit properly. To sum up my experience-overspray, mis-alignment of parts, debris in paint, paint mismatch, slow call returns, reluctant acceptance of responsibility, and ultimately a Maaco result after 4 chances to return a satisfactory product. To make it worse, I told the company to take their time, so no undue pressure from me to turn out an inferior result because of a time restriction. NEVER, EVER again. Caveat emptor.

The body work was beautiful and matched perfectly. I have had trouble with the electronics (bad front end collision) they(cal customs) looked at car again and replaced fuse. worked for about a week and then out again. Dealer says there are shorting wires somewhere which must mean a wiring harness that was damaged in the accident was not actually replaced even though Im pretty sure i was charged for it. Still having electronic problems and EVERYTHING is electric. This is where the Dealer sent me for repairs. UPDATE : everywhere California customs painted my car the clear coat and paint is pealing. Looks horrible and now is rusting. Also during another routine repair I was told that the part of my frame that holds my bumper on is very bent up and should have definitely been fixed as part of repairs for front end collision. Cal customs was paid to fix this and clearly they pocketed the money and only fixed the bumper on the outside didnt replace the broken and bent structures underneath. The car is 04 Honda crv it only has 120,000 miles on it. When I call they insist on me having my original receiptWhich the accident was prekatrina so I no longer have it..... They claim the repairs are guaranteed for as long as you own the car.LIFETIME WARRANTEE. keep your receipt clearly they do substandard work and bank on customers not keeping their cars long enough to notice all the sub standard work. They also fleace their clients by only fixing the outside of the car and not replacing underlying structures, wiring etc. Despite being the body shop the dealership will send you to, find someone else.
