I am a first time mobility van owner. Its been an adjustment. The staff was friendly, professional and knew me and remembered my name which made me feel valuable. They took the time to reassure me that everything would be okay in explaining in details the mechanics of the ramp and its operation.I have enjoyed working with Jermey and Mitch.

Several months ago Superior Van installed a Speedy-Lift for my wheelchair.It has been broken for three weeks. I was told today that manufacturer is trying to decide what could be done to repair the lift. I really dont believe this.The lift is still under warranty and I dont understand what is going on.I can not leave my home and it is like I am once again in prison.I have been notified by Superior Van that the manufacturer is sending a brand new Speedy-lift. They will notify me when it arrives. If this happens I will give Superior Van a five star rating.This has renewed my faith in Superior Van!

Being a mobility van user, I don’t have a lot of options when it comes to getting my vehicle fixed. And whenever I have difficulty, Superior Van and Mobility goes above and beyond trying to fit me in as quickly as possible so that I can get my wheelchair van and my independence back! Jeremy and Kirstie are always pleasant and understanding and try to help me however they can. Mitch also has gone out of his way to make sure that I am taken care of. They have my utmost recommendations!

We have bought two wheelchair accessible vans from the New Orleans location and have been extremely happy with both transactions. Of special note is the Office Administrator Kirstie Bieker (now in their Baton Rouge location) who went above and beyond when we failed to receive our title from the State. For months she was persistent in calling and emailing to make certain we had what we needed. Extremely grateful for her diligence.

Jeremy took care of me and he did a fabulous job. He called me a couple of times while my van was in the shop to keep me updated on progress being made. He volunteered to bring my van back to me this morning, Saturday, on a day that Superior Van is closed.He told me he did this so that I could have my van for the weekend but primarily just to have a van back. He went out of his way to take care of me and I’m so grateful to him for that. Way to go Jeremy!

Jerry Rhody is an excellent salesman. This was my first wheelchair van purchase. He did a great job of educating me on options. He was very attentive to our needs. I’m very happy with Superior Van & Mobility and the staff who assisted us: Kirstie, Mitch, and Jerry. I love the van.

Before buying our van, we had to rent one a couple of times. Laura was very easy to work with and our experience was quite positive. Mitch and the crew there are the best. Knowing our situation they hunted down a vehicle for us for another location in another state. When it got in and there were issues with it they took care of everything to make it all right. Next vehicle we will be ready to buy brand new and will only deal with these cats.
