I received a delivery today as a gift for my boss. Arrived timely and the arrangement was lovely. The delivery driver was very nice. 10/10 would order from them again.
I’ve been using Edible Arrangements for years and it’s always been great except this time. I called them several times today and they never answered. It was chocolate cupcakes, chocolate popcorn and chocolate covered fruit which they left outside on the ground in 88 degree weather! It was a thank you to my boss and they ruined it. What an expensive mess.
I had such a great experience! They were super sweet when I called and followed my delivery instructions! And fruits were amazing!
Late delivery. And it’s not even a holiday. Trying to deal with customer service is no help. You’d do better making your own edible arrangements.
Absolutely horrible. Customer service is horrible nobody knows when things are delivered. Nobody can give you prices without directing you to a website. Nobody is there for anything but to answer and hang up. Who run this business? I want ever ever ever give them business again

I ordered 2 gifts for my bosses for Bosss Day. They were so BEAUTIFUL!! My bosses LOVED THEM!! And they said the fruit was amazing!! Thank you so MUCH!! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Again thank you. Will definitely be ordering again!!
Never in life again…They seriously need customer service training. Don’t see how they are still in business. Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.
Ordered over 24 hours prior to requested delivery. I put in the notes and called first thing to have order delivered before 3pm. Was blown off by whoever answered. All she would tell me is that the delivery truck leaves at 12:30. Order did not arrive before 3pm. This was not a holiday, just a random Tuesday. the person is was sending it to was no longer there. Should have just ordered from Uber eats or waiter. Very disappointed . I do not recommend This place, they were not accommodating at all, spend your money somewhere else
I had placed an order with them today and plus paid delivery charges for same day delivery and they didnt get the order which was very special for me and took my money. They didnt even callto say they wasnt going to deliver it. So if its special to you dont use them. Very sad
A lot of dipping fresh fruits, it was all about da 🤑🤑 all orders made fresh everyday
My gift never arrived. Two days later and the tracker still shows out for delivery. A bunch of lies. No answer when you call the store number to inquire about the status of delivery. And, when yuo call the web site number there no answer there either. I have alerted my credit card not to pay this charge. Will never use this store again
I ordered an bday arrangement for my college daughter, whose hard work I’m most proud. She expressed to me that she wanted an Edible Arrangement! I was so excited to grant my baby’s request! I ordered it for Friday. When I realized I had my days mixed up I called the next day to reschedule for a Monday ONE WEEK LATER. They were closed Memorial Day and Sunday so we agreed to on that Saturday. When I went to pick it up, first, the girl behind the counter was RUDE! I hadn’t seen rude customer service in a long time and it shocked me! She was trying to check me on an error made by her! Whatever tho. I was willing to overlook everything just to be able to present a beautiful requested arrangement to my baby. As I’m placing the smaller than I thought arrangement into my car I noticed the cantaloupes and melons looked a bit rancid. I eat ONLY fresh fruit bcuz of food poisoning I got once. Horrible feeling! I didn’t want to deal with the attitude of an employee who couldn’t do anything about the situation so I headed home thinking the fruit will somehow fix themselves back to fresh. As I’m placing the arrangement in the fridge I kept looking at the withered fruits thinking what will this mess look like in two more days? I noticed some of the chocolates had starting cracking a little. Basically, Ive been around fresh food long enough to know when it has turned into poison (UNedible arrangement). I called the store to speak with management who was never there. The employee apologized and took down my info and assured me that the mystery manager would call me. Monday came and I had to break the news to my baby that due to the holiday I wasn’t able to order her a replacement in enough time. My gracious baby reassured her love for me still. Wednesday (just now) I got a phone call from Edible Arrangements. I explained my story. The person listen respectfully. Where that went wrong is, when I mentioned a refund she said, “Okay, I’ll have to ask the manager about that —“ I cut her off like you aren’t the manager? I asked to speak with a manager for this precise reason! I told her that in the meantime of waiting for the mystery manager to call me back I’ll be speaking to her manager and their managers and so forth until my money has been refunded. I told the girl that those days are over of paying for things I don’t use. So....we will see what happens. I can’t even give a taste review bcuz that would be a lawsuit.
Excellent business. A great healthier alternative to gifts. Everyone loves an edible arrangement. Customer service went above and beyond to make my order perfect.

This place is the worst in terms of customer service. I spent over $100 for an order and my mother never received it. There was someone home all day waiting on the delivery. They said they attempted the delivery and no one answered. Absolute lies. There was no notification left, no phone call, nothing. I live in the D.C., Maryland area and wanted to surprise my mom for Mothers Day, since I couldnt come back home. They totally ruined it. The individual we spoke to seemed highly incompetent. Dont waste your time or money. Choose another location in the area. Trust me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible location. I order from Edible Arrangements all over the USA and this is the ONLY location that delivered as late as they could have!! It wasnt even a holiday! The arrangement wasnt delivered until after she went to work for the night shift so she didnt see it until the next day. So it was just like I didnt get her anything!! Will never order from this location AGAIN!!

I ordered an arrangement for my mother in law and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly, the product was perfect and guess what yall Im a white female! I was treated just like anyone else.Now I would give this location 4 stars only because I had to call them to find out that they were not going to be open the day I wanted to pick up my arrangement to drop it off to my inlaws. But the lady on the phone was very friendly, put me on a short hold to find out the information, and then offered to change the pick up day to a day earlier. So it worked out!Overall great expierence if we would be living here longer I would definitely use them again.
They are a total disaster. I ordered something for my sick husband as I am out of town. He missed the delivery and the driver called him and said to call back to reschedule. My husband has been calling the driver and the store and nobody is picking up during their business hours. I spend 20 minutes on the phone with the customer service. They said the store refuses to refund the delivery charge. They are HORRIBLE. I put in a written complaint. DO NOT ORDER from them. They dont even deserve one star!
What a joke. Spend over a hundred dollars and they show up late, note is not even printed where you can read, and people are rude. Had to tell the person who was to receive it not to leave since no one could tell me where is was. oh and tracker is a joke too since it tells you its out on delivery for hours.I would never use them again and will make it a point to go out of my way to insure people never use them again.
I had strawberries delivered to my boyfriend today, and they arrived perfectly on time. no complaints whatsoever!
The lady on the phone was curtious & knowledgeable. She helped me redeem my coupon over the phone, and offered same day pickup.
Absolute worst experience ever. My family nor I will ever return to the descriminitation served at this edible arrangements. Saturday May 12th, 2pm, I call to place an order for chocolates to be sent to my mother the following day for Mothers Day. After hanging up, my card has been charged and confirmation email sent. This is all by 3pm. An hour after the location closes at 8pm, I missed a call and receive a voicemail stating my billing info was incorrect, that the order had been canceled and I must call at 8am the following day. I call my bank before calling them at 8am to confirm that my billing address was correct, which it was. Then after speaking to the store, they instruct me that they can run the order but it will not be delivered for Mothers Day. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for an hour and 7 minutes. During that time I called the 1-800 number on another line, where they transferred me back to the Harvey location. Every time I would start speaking, the extremely rude, racist, childish guy on the phone would jokingly talk over me and lied, saying he was not able to find my order after I gave him every way possible to find it. I asked why he had my other line on hold for an hour and 7 minutes. He then said please hold. At that time the line I was speaking on disconnected and the call on hold for an hour was disconnected. This is all after multiple racist comments made by that gentleman. I try calling multiple times after that to no prevail and my calls being ignored. I have never been so offended and felt such reverse discrimination in my life. I am now out of the money and fruit and am being forced to pursue the issue through litigations. If you are white, do not go here. They dont like white people. Order flowers, cheaper and you might actually get them!

Not a good one, I was not pleased, I wanted the delivery for the morning, it was delivered at 3p.m, and they forgot the ballons, I will not use them again
