After looking on their website, i decided to see if i might buy from them locally. I spoke to Mike on the phone, he was courteous and helpful and i followed up by going in person. Mike is truly a great guy, very knowledgeable, we spoke about the choices id made online and after showing me those, he made some great recommendations, so that i ended up with a better overall deal. i left five stars, because this experience was above and beyond what id anticipated. Mattress Firm is fortunate to have Mike working for them!

When I called, John was very helpful that the Harwich store was open- I was glad he was the one to help me when I arrived at the store. Very personable, helpful, told me all the features of the mattresses I had in mind, and about the sales. I ended up buying two twin mattresses for now. In the fall when I need frames, I will definitely be back; I hope John is still there to help me!

Bought the Serra I series with adjustable base a few months ago. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Although it was a lot more money than I planned on spending it was well worth it as I have finally been able to have a good night’s sleep. The salesperson, Carol, was incredibly patient as I came back 3 separate times before making the purchase. She was knowledgeable, helpful and there was no high pressure to buy. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking to buy a new mattress

I had a good idea of what I was looking for and she was able to quickly and efficiently get me set up with exactly what I needed for a comfortable and restful sleep. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the delivery, but other than that Ken and Carol were great, got us into a great mattress and base.The bed was delivered on time, we went with twin XL Tempur pedic,one of the mattresses had some blood on it. So they took it back and were back 2 days later with a new one, so no big deal.Love the bed, thanks Ken and Carol

Ken was fantastic to deal with. We needed to replace several mattresses due to water damage after several pipes burst in our home over the winter. We brought home what we could fit in our SUV but couldn’t get the larger ones to fit. Ken went out of his way to let us borrow his truck so we could bring the others to our place. In February, 2019, I decided to purchase a new King Size mattress and visited the Mattress Firm (formerly Sleepys) showroom in East Harwich, MA. Before the visit I searched the internet for current ideas and trends in the mattress industry. I was shocked and befuddled by the internts vocabulary re: mattress-in-a-box, cute names like Casper, Nectar, Lisa, etc, as well as promotion words like memory foam, vents, hybrid and recharge. The so-called expert reviews were a waste of time to read. At the Mattress Firm showroom, I met a bright mattress expert named Luke Clougher. He was very relaxed, calm and, - most important- truly knowledgeable. An individual fosuced on learning a persons sleeping needs before recommending mattress options; one who asks questions, responds with demystifying information but does not steer or pressure. Luke shared with me the new features in todays foam-intense mattresses and their benefits to sleep. We separated after an engaging and edifying discussion of the features and the key options in a new mattress. The following weekend I met Luke again in the showroom and purchased a McFarland Firm Legend matttress (a private label by simmons beautyrest). Luke Clougher is rated A++ by this grateful customer.
