They definitely pick up your car for free. You get paid w.e amount they quoted. Only thing is they might not come right away or be prompt. For me I called 10 a.m Saturday and they came 10 a.m Sunday. But supposedly the tow truck was stuck in traffic down south which is why it was r/s for the following day. Overall good experience.

Saved me a 160 dollar ticket.
