I bought a car from them sight unseen recently. SUPER low miles. I normally don’t buy cars sight unseen but mine was super rare and had a manual transmission which is what I wanted. I was nervous at first but at this point I’ve been driving the car a few weeks and had no problem. It’s still under factory warranty. Tommy was my salesguy and he was really easy to work with. These guys aren’t pushy and will handle your purchase with dignity and respect. Give em a call!

This was our first car buying experience in the US. Because we were buying a car for the first time, we decided to go with only certified big dealers in NJ assuming a level of trust. However, the only relatively smaller dealer we considered in the process were C&K, solely based on the reviews we saw here. After test drives at a bunch of locations, we decided to buy from C&K for multiple reasons -- Fairly priced. (Price they quoted was very reasonable)- Condition of the cars (Since they run a car repair shop themselves, the car turned out to be in a very good condition and they are very confident about it.)- Great Customer Service - I interacted with Hernon and Tom both but primarily, Tom worked with us through the process. Great guy! Patiently answered a lot of our questions, facilitated an inspection by third party on the car and agreed to take care of a few small things the inspector found on the car. The paperwork took less than 10 min as he was very efficient and we were in and out with our car < 20 min.If youre buying a used car in the NJ area, highly recommend you DO NOT go to big dealer shops and pay a visit to C&K. These guys know what theyre doing and care for their customers!

Having now bought a car from them after thorough research, I’ll be sure to send my friends and family here.They are plugged into regional inventories and I found their prices were better than other dealerships within 75 miles. I was keen on a Porsche or Audi and worked with them on 2016 Q5 3.0T S-line and a 2018 Q5 2.0T premium plus.I worked with Tom who was much more knowledgeable and dedicated than any show room dealers, who typically are focused on converting a transaction rather than customer service. I just bought a Ford e250 yesterday from here that I saw on cargurus. It was way below market price. I travel for work and am home one weekend a month during the summer, Hernan made it super easy for me to buy the van from far away, I thought it was going to be much more stressful. The van is extremely clean and runs great I’m overjoyed with my experience and what I got from here. Hernan came in on his day off to give me the van and sign papers because it was the only day I could go. Finding it on cargurus and being far away I was skeptical but C&K Autos is legit if you need a cargo van I suggest going here.

Tom was my salesman, and I cannot say enough about how professional he was. He sent me videos and tons of information about my 2015 Mustang days before I decided to go check it out. Incredibly nice and funny guy and also did not put any pressure on purchasing the vehicle. He worked with me for about a week. When I picked up the car it looked ten times better than when i test drove it. Highly recommend, staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. The ONLY dealership i would give 5/5.

Sal is the best! Flew in from Michigan To NJ to pick up a car, missed my flight in the morning and had to catch another one later in the evening. Sal was more then happy to let us know any food / activities around, let us know the best hotels, even offered to take us out to dinner. To wrap things up he picked us up in the morning and drove us to the lot, then everything went just as smooth as Sal is...great service, great guy, and I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

3.8nice people to deal with. Jim B. the sales man that helped was amazing, he followed up promptly went above and beyond to provide excellence service. There was a small issue with my car and they did try and fix it, the issue wasnt resolve, they offer to try and solve it again but I needed the car so we agreed at a lower purchase price, however I think they should of have gotten original parts and not after market (the issue is not the dealers fault- things happens)I am giving this dealer a 3.8 star because I asked for my car to be detailed before pick up and it wasnt properly done, the trunk wasnt even vacuum, also I asked for all the oils to be checked, they did not do a oil change in the car (gave me the car with 50% left). other than that they were good.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at C & K Auto in both purchasing and receiving delivery of our new SUV. My husband and I searched for months for a very specific year/make of our automobile of choice. We found it and C & K - but with our busy schedules, were having a hard time making arrangements to pick it up at a time convenient for both our family and C & K Auto. Consequently, C & K sent a sales representative to drive the auto to our home in southern New Jersey (two hours away) so that we could have delivery before leaving for our summer excursion. A very BIG thanks to C & K Auto. We will certainly look here first when purchasing our next automobile!
