Even though I did not purchase a motorcycle from this dealership, I can say that dealing with Ben was the most pleasant experience Ive had from a motorcycle shop. I was able to test ride the F900XR and a F850GS from this shop, whereas other places wouldnt entertain the idea. Ben was very professional and accommodating with all requests, letting me come in a day after I requested a demo ride. I will definitely come back here again when I consider another bike.

It was very easy to work with Alex Kish at the Hasbrouck Heights location. I had a million questions and he patiently answered every single one of them. He really took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, making sure I understood everything along the way. I made my decision in the afternoon, but he still made sure that I could ride the bike home that same evening!

I just got my motorcycle serviced, and although it was a bit of a schlep for me and required me to ride on Rt.17 during rush hour, the service was EXCELLENT. This was a small price to pay for an excellent outcome.Both Colin and Carlos did a great job getting my 2 cylinder boxer engine humming again. In addition to the friendly reception and top-notch service, the final bill was the same as the estimate confirming the integrity of the dealership. As I hope to continue riding my 35 year old BMW for many more years, I plan on using this shop for all my service.

I recently stopped by Cross Country BMW in Hasbrouck Heights to purchase a bike. The new store is tucked away inside a strip mall on Route 17 but has a large inventory of bikes and styles in stock. I was instantly greeted by the salesman Alex who was extremely knowledgeable and quick to help me find a bike that suits my needs. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at Cross Country and would definitely recommend the store if you are interested in purchasing a BMW!

When the bagster first came out I came into the store to check it out and possibly schedule a test ride. The sales guy wrote down my number and said they would let me know. It’s now been 3 years and I bought a bike at a different place. Miss good old days when they paid attention to a potential customers.

Bob and the service techs at CC BMW helped me get back on the road after a driveshaft failure on my R1200RT mid-trip. As soon as the parts came in they were able to get to work immediately and had me out the door within 24 hours. Great people, service, and quality work. Thanks!

Thank you for not returning my messages. I’m trading my 2018 zx10r 1400 miles on it for either the s1000rr or the cbr1000rrr. I’ve already seen the cbr1000rrr but I haven’t seen the s1000rr so I guess I’ll be looking for another dealer who can show me the s1000rr.

Nice guys, helpful & repair was completed on time, but .. got dropped off to pick up only to be told its company policy they dont accept personal checks (I saw no sign stating that) ... they offered to wash the bike, it wasnt .. saddle bags were left off, main tech had to show a newbie how to attach them .. bike runs great, but not accepting a check left me ticked off ...

Ben was beyond helpful in delivering my F900r. He was just as interested in getting me a bike as I was. Ben went out of his way and I appreciate the help. If you’re in the market, I highly recommend.

I have been riding bikes for 26 years and had my share of unpleasant shop experiences. Hasbrouck Heights couldnt have been more different. Alex helped me find the exact bike I was looking for, and, when I decided I needed to make modifications on the handlebars, he continued to help me, with super fast, considered responses to all my emails, even tho the money was already made. I got quotes from the other shops in and around the city for work, Hasbrouck heights was by far the most affordable. Colin worked on my bike in the shop and he finished the work less than 2 hours, he also continued to help me make the little adjustments I needed to fine tune the risers so they were right for my seating position.And, finally, everyone was simply pleasant, professional, with no attitude. I have been forced to sift through a lot of BS in my riding life, especially as a woman. Im happy I found my new shop. Im not going to think twice about making the ride over from Brooklyn.Thanks guys, yall are great.

I first went to Cross Country when I heard they were opening this new location. I met with Alex, a young enthusiastic salesman. I explained that I was in the market for a new bike and was looking for a crossover type bike. Alex went over my available options in great detail, ultimately making it easy for me to make a decision. I ended up with 1200 RS which I rode for year and loved. The next summer, I decided I wanted to go for a bagger and came back in to see Alex. The transition from the 1200 RS to the grand America could not have been easier. I will continue to use cross country for all my service needs.

The folks at Cross Country go the extra mile. Even when dealing with an older bike (mine’s a ‘94 K75) they found a way to work through a really challenging problem and fix it. Five stars. Absolutely.

I first went in with a rider friend of mine for some support to look at a BMW R nine T. We met with salesman Alex Kish, let me mention we arrived close to them closing for the night. Alex had no problem answering my friends questions and time to help him with his new purchase. The transaction was smooth and effortless. He got exactly what he wanted and Alex took care of everything from there and we then returned that weekend to pick up the bike. That Saturday I went in with Moses and during the pick up I myself traded my Ducati monster for a R nine T. Alex made my personal purchase/trade easy and with no complications. Friendly and prompt service this is a great alternative for those living in Manhattan or near Manhattan (ten minutes from the Tunnel). The drop off for the bike was in the rear of the building and there is ample space to unload a trailer if need be. Colin in service was exceptional he promptly ordered my parts and advocated for me and my warranty repair. Thirty plus years of riding and over 30 motos, so I have learned the hard way to filter a competent shop from a distance. Recommended!

These guys are AWESOME!Came in to buy a S1000XR. Alex had me tried the king of BMWs the R1200GS for comparison.These guys were really patient and NEVER pushed me into buying anything.I came back 2 weeks later and tried the R1200RS. Alex, convinced me to AGAIN try the R1200GS as a comparison.I walked out of the place thinking to myself that the GS was the right bike for me.Alex worked out the paperwork and guided me to the acquisition of my new GS.The team there walked me thru the bikes engineering, and answered all my questions.Theyve truly gave me a one on one treatment and NEVER pushed me to buy/commit to anything.The mechanics even took some time to answer some of my questions about the boxer engine and a ton more mechanical tidbits.Cross Country BMW at Hasbrouck Heights as a team are excellent!Highly recommended!FYI, the R1200GS is the REAL DEAL!
