I paid full price for a used vehicle with 55,000 miles on it. Slightly under $40,000 I bought the car online. I willingly paid the full price but was disappointed in the fact that there was only one key. I asked the dealer to provide me with two keys and they would not do that unless I paid extra for it. The inside of the car was dirty and needed to be re-cleaned. Even upon re-cleaning it was probably the poorest detail job I have seen. When I went to drive the car home, the gas tank was almost on empty. Not even enough gas to drive home 40 miles away. The sales person was a nice enough guy, but the management was seriously lacking in customer satisfaction efforts.

Everyone was so friendly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and that’s why I chose to continue working with the people there. Eventually I found the right car at an amazing price and they helped me with every step and answered any questions I had. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service and VERY excited about my car!

On 9/24/21 I met with Mike Ashmore, Sales rep with Hastings Chrysler. I also met his manager Eric. I have owned many Jeeps and worked with a number of Jeep dealerships in the TC metro. Hands down the experience with Hastings Chrysler has been THE BEST! None of the constant back and forth with the let me talk to my manager!

Sales guy sold my friend a used SUV then proceeded to sign up for her onlyfans and tried to friend her on Facebook. Then the SUV, that were going to be making payments on for the next 6 years, and which was ineligible for an extended warranty, needed an oil change and tune-up, a new water pump, new headlights (melted casings), and now the brakes are literally on fire. So Im out thousands of dollars with a years long monthly payment on a dead vehicle.

I had to get an oil change this week. I called Monday and was able to get an appointment for today! Samantha took my appointment via phone on Monday. She also checked me in today. Left my keys in my car, hung out in the lobby and before I knew it, car was done, paperwork was done and she threw in a complimentary car wash. It was honestly one of the EASIEST oil change appointments I’ve ever had. Thank you Samantha! See you next time!

Purchased my first Jeep. The Jeep market is insane, so I expected to see high prices. After clearly stating my down payment and monthly payment requirements, they were able to get it done by taking 8k off of their initial asking price. I didnt even have to be tough about it, they were happy to do whatever it took to make me happy. That meant a lot.In the end, I walked out with a lot more Jeep than I expected to find, at a price Im comfortable with considering what Jeeps are going for nowadays.Thanks Alex and the rest of the team for making it easy and anxiety-free.

I went up to look at one vehicle and it wasn’t what I was looking for so they showed me others and I found one I’m extremely happy with. It got late and a lot of banks weren’t open so I wasn’t getting good offers and I still of trying to push me to make those offers work they had me come back after they got me better offers. Looking for a car is a process and I’ve tried many other dealerships with no luck or just received bad service. This dealership however was amazing right off the bat, especially Steve K who was a HUGE help when it came to the overall process of finding and financing a vehicle. Bought a truck in July and its the middle of October now, and I still dont have a license plate. I paid for tags and title, and they have not done what I paid them to do.

I went to Hastings Chrysler looking for either a used or new Ram pickup, saw a really great-looking new one and decided to lease new. They had to find it for me - it’s a sought after model, Ram 1500 Laramie crew cab Sport, hydro-blue petal coat - and they worked very hard to find me EXACTLY what I wanted! The process was easy and enjoyable, the salesman and others were very helpful and accommodating, and I got it when they said! They have already arranged to complete the liner/tonneau cover and the special coating to help maintain the paint, underneath and inside the vehicle.All in all, the folks at Hastings Chrysler could not have been nicer or more helpful, and the salesman, Alex Beard, was great.I would highly recommend this dealership!

We went for that $99.00 dollar deal. Found one and got it. We almost died driving it home.Breaks went to the floor belt snapped and then overheated. Online they said everyone of them $99.00 cars was drivable later to find out that was a lie then they took down the post sayikg they extended the promotion after I called them out on it. Pretty much put our lives in danger for advertising. I wouldnt go here if I were you at all.
