I have a tire on my RV come apart and I called them they had 4 of the new Goodyear in stock to fit. I pulled the tires and wheels, we left them at 8am and got them back at 10am. We were in a really nice park 10 mins away, we left the next morning all set for the rest of the trip. Aaron was great to work with and accommodating. I recommended them to my family living in Hastings.

The true definition of exceptional service! Everyone I encountered was professional, polite and friendly. Within hours of getting a flat, I was driving away with a new tire. Andy was fantastic on the phone and with persistence found the tire I needed. Aaron picked it up on his way to work. Unbelievable! Overall good experience and I would recommend. I set up an appointment online, I got the time I requested. They performed the services I requested and took a look at some of the other wear and tear on my car. I did have some urgent issues which they showed me and we discussed. They took care of everything the same day. They kept me informed of cost and made sure they got my approval to proceed with all the repairs I wanted them to do.

About 2 months ago I took my vehicle in for a screw that was in my tire. Turned out it was a fleck of metal that wasn’t penetrating the tire at all. They put it up on the hoist looked it over and told me it was free of charge!I walked out of there saying “I will be buying my tires from them for sure!”So fast forward and I ended up with a screw in my tire a 1/2” from the side wall. I bought my tires had them installed they even peeked at my brakes to make sure that they didn’t need to be replaced.Thank you Aaron and Mike for taking care of me!

Just moved from Rosemount to Hastings and had taken my car to the Rosemount Paramount Goodyear for the past 4 years because they are truly one of the only honest shops around. Was delighted to discover the Hastings location has the same core values of honesty and integrity. These guys take video of EVERYTHING wrong with your vehicle and will show you whats what BEFORE they do anything. Then they will ask what you want to do or not to do and how much it will cost. NEVER have they ever tried to sell me something I didnt need. AND they got my car done in less than 48 hours after dropping it off w/out an appointment. Take your car anywhere else and your a fool. Thankyou to the awesome crew there, you rock ! Will be taking my car there till it dies for good.

We were getting ready to go on a trip and after filling up with fuel, the vehicle wouldnt start. Goodyear was right next to the gas station. A tech came over and got vehicle to the repair bay and with a few glitches got us on our way. They made our vehicle the priority. That rarely ever happens in todays world. My husband and I are very grateful for all of the help the Goodyear in Hastings, MN did to to make sure our trip was kept on schedule for us. We have not been out with our trailer yet this year. Thanks again for all your crew did for us. Expensive but emergencies usually are. Cant put a price on pleasure I guess.

I went here last summer when the front brake lines on my truck went out. I have to give them credit on timing, they got my truck in as soon as possible and made extra time just to get it done so I was satisfied by that but the price was definitely high, on my other truck I had all the brake lines done and new abs module by someone else a couple years back and it was cheaper than Goodyear doing just the front. I would have been like whatever but I then realized when looking under the hood that where the brake lines start to come out up by the master cylinder they were like crimped down where they had bent them to go around something. They could have done a wider bend to avoid this but for whatever reason they were crimped down where the bend was. My thought was if it’s more expensive that’s fine but I shouldn’t see stuff like that when I go somewhere that costs more.

Quite disappointed in this place! The front counter hardly spoke to me, rang me up with the only words spoken was the total. Without a word, walked out to my car and put the tire in the back. After get charged $35 to fix a nail hole in my tire, they don’t even put it on for you. I don’t mind paying for the repair, first time I ever have had to (just moved to this part of the country) pay much less not have the tire put back on my car. Definitely going to find another place to purchase tires in a couple of months!

Was charged $165 to tell me my AC fan needed replacement despite a sign in the repair area quoting a diagnostic ac check for $59.00. Total cost would have been close to $1000.00. The ac was fine but the fan needed replacement.We checked with two other repair business who will do all the work for less then 1/2 their quote. All part quotes were hyper inflated too.Last year 2 hub caps fell off after a tire rotation. We bought 2 new hubs in return they gave us an oil change.Extremely disappointed!

I had a tire blow out on my way into Hastings to visit family . The closest auto shop didn’t have opening or tire available and recommended Goodyear . I drove there and spoke with Aaron didn’t have the tire in stock but got one from the warehouse so I was able to return home. He also put air in my spare so I could use my car while waiting for tire to arrive. He was professional and kind and didn’t pressure me to spend more but rather gave me the safest and most economical options .

I was just a walk in to see about getting an appointment to get new tires. They happened to have a set of tires in stock. They had time to do it right then and they had a loaner vehicle available. Hour and a half later I got a call that it was all done. Thats great service! Fast and professionally done! Tires look and perform great! Had pressure lose using the brakes. Goodyear said the lines are leaking. I dropped the vehicle off Saturday hopeing at least having it back by Monday night. I picked it up Friday morning. Also I found the 2 rear brake drums was replaced without my knowledge and labor charge for those alone was over $ 300.00. That is very high labor cost. I had a coupon for 50% off (500-599.99), was told it was typo and should have read $50 off.You make your own judgment how service should have been conducted.

I dont like the fact that they dont let you use ALL of the rewards (I am a rewards member) that you have available. You have to choose one. And I was waiting for them to bring me my key when my car was done. Turns out the left my car in the parking lot with the key in it and the car running! I mean what the heck! I lock my car when I gas up and Im right with my car and they just leave it running by itself. Thats how cars get stolen. I am seriously considering changing to a different maintenance place.

Reasonable price and quick service. The associate at the counter even took the time to look up information to see if another set of tires I have would work on my vehicle. Wonderful service!

Mike is always kind and personable when I come in. He takes the time to confirm what services I am needing that day. When my vehicle needs anything he brings it to my attention and shows me what the issue is. I take my vehicle here for everything.

By far the best service I have ever received from any auto body, auto shop, tire shop, and or any other service I have ever used! I brought my vehicle in to get serviced with no appointment and not only did they fit my service in but we agreed on a price and when I got back to pick it up they informed me the price was half off because it was easier then they thought...... I would have had zero idea how hard of a job it was and they could have easily charged me the agreed upon price but they didnt and I am still flabbergasted by the honesty and service from them! Amazing!!

Swapped tires to winter tires....$122.00 double the last 2 places I have had it done. And what do I get for the extra money...my air pressure alarm goes off and all tires are 4 pounds low. Not super excited about my experience this time. To be fair they have been great and a fair price every time in the past with great service. This is the only time I have had an issue.

Ordered 4 tires online that included mount, balance new valve stems and install . Prepaid online and set up appointment online. Included 2 different rebates that store told me about and helped me fill out. All went down perfect without a hitch. This Goodyear in Hastings.mn is Awesome, I will be a repeat customer

I had a good experience here yesterday with a tire patch. I wasn’t able to make an appointment on a rather busy Saturday (When most other shops seemed to be closed- I was relieved to see this one open) but when I came in as a walk in the staff was friendly, helpful, and assured me the issue would be taken care of. It took about an hour as there were several people before me but they let me bring my dog into the waiting room which was cool, clean, and stocked with beverages and took care of patching my tire professionally and for the right price. I would return with any future issues.

Very customer friendly. I feel I was treated with respect and was given the best deal available for financing and for new tires. They even warmed up my loaner vehicle for me. It took about 5 hours to get tires and an oil change but since I was able to borrow a vehicle to get to work it was no big deal. Id rather they took their time and werent rushed. Overall great experience. I will be going back.

I like this place and the people who work there. They have serviced my Ford Escape for a couple of years now and I’ve been happy with the service and the prices. I trust them much more than the dealership - or local auto repair shops who often don’t seem to get the fix just right.

Quick and friendly service. Downside: I SPECIFICALLY asked for metal stems and instead I got “high pressure” RUBBER valve stems. Be careful. Ensure you get it in writing and follow up. I didn’t notice till I went to put the tires on my trailer that was 12 miles away.

Today, I had an 8:30 AM appointment to put new tires on our van and re-align. At check-in, the manager asked if delivery at end of day was acceptable. I indicated that it was not as we had plans for the evening. I told him that I would like to have the van back at 2:00 PM, but had to have it not later than 3:00 PM. I was told that it would be done. Bottom line - after receiving no call at the expected completion time, I called twice to check status only to be told that it was not done and that they could not tell me when or if it would be done today. Finally, at 4:30 PM we picked up the vehicle and scheduled a second appointment to complete the work next week. The manager seemed at best indifferent to the situation. Poor service / customer care and inconsistent with my prior experience with this store - very disappointing.

I had an issue with an oil problem caused by a faulty oil change at another service shop. They got me in the garage immediately with 30 minutes left in they work day. They were concerned and made me reassured that I was in good hands. They used all hands on deck to find and diagnose the problem, fix it, and send me on my way at a very good price. They couldve lied and took me for a ride, but they were prompt, honest, and so helpful. If you live within 20 miles of Hastings, I highly recommend this place. The technicians were highly skilled and the shop manager made me feel comfortable and alleviated my worries. They kept me informed every step of the process. I cannot give them high enough praise. 6 stars out of 5.

Very helpful and customer friendly! I stopped by around 4 pm. with nail in tire. They were very busy, so I went to another tire place in town. They charged more but could fix right away. Later that night noticed tire was low again. Called Paramount 20 minutes before closing time. Ran in as fast as I could and they stayed after close and fixed. They were lifesavers! A+++

I was referred from a friend I visit often in Hastings. I have bought 4 tired from here and had issues with coming back at least 4 times.They finally fixed. They had access to my trunk and did not put back properly. My trunk is not level due to technician checked on spare tire pressure. Frustrating !! I decided not to go back again. I will fix it myself.

Good year did a good job of the oil change however not sure what is happening with my car but after my oil change appointment my check engine light has been on. It was not on when I took it in for my oil change.

I have never felt the need to review a companys poor customer service until my experience with Goodyear last week:Very disappointed in their service. Scheduled an oil change for 6:30pm. Showed up at 6:35 due to coming straight from work in a snow storm and the manager told me he sent everyone home because he assumed I wasnt coming in. I had a simple oil change that usually takes 15 minutes.After respectfully telling him I will have to go to another place, he hesitantly says he could probably have his guy do the oil change still. So I give him my keys and sit down. 10 minutes later he explains they cant do it anymore due to the computer not working. I told him I could pay in cash and they could keep the change but his next excuse was he didnt know how much oil to put in my very standard Nissan Altima. It became very obvious he did not want my money.If keeping their customers happy is their goal they did not accomplish this. Hopefully they will learn to value a paying customer. I would not recommend going to Hastings paramount/Goodyear.In conclusion, I have found another place to get my oil changed in Hastings and I am very happy with their service.
