I bought a set for my daughters apparent here a bit ago, not only did they deliver it same day but when I called today with a comfort issue my daughter is having I was able to set up an exchange no problem. Also again, same day!! They did not charge a huge fee to exchange the bed out either. I was happy with our first experience in comparison to the many other shops we had been to. Today just cemented that the service wasnt based on just getting my money but in making sure she was actually happy and sleeping well. We will be back in the next few weeks for a bed for us as well, thank you Mattress Galaxy!!

Seriously been everywhere today looking with my mom for my college apartment. The owner was great, first person all day to ask what I wanted and not just talk to my mom. She helped find a bed I loved that was a price my mom was ok with. Better yet when she heard I didnt have a bed for tonight she offered to drop it off herself after work tonight! Thanks for all your help and going out of your way, it made my weekend!

Great experience, got my order to me the next day. Was affordable, even with delivery. They showed up on time and were fast, polite, and clean. I accidently set it up wrong and they didnt make me feel dumb at all. Very friendly and the mattress is great! Also very easy to get ahold of.

Winto mattress Galaxy I was in need of a new bed very badly so I walk in I then proceed to talk to the owner explained to her the bed I was sleeping on before 2 to 3 hours later after figuring out which bed fits me the most I am now a proud owner of a Tempur-Pedic mattress best mattress I have ever owned in my life I now no longer toss and turn or wake up with aches and pains like I used to highly recommend anybody to go to the store The reason being amazing customer service had tons of questions for her and she had no problem answering them very professional very happy with my outcome on the purchase and very happy with the professionalism and she had same day delivery for me great business great customer service 👍👍👍👍👍

I should have started LOCAL!! This place is great, they know their products, zero pressure, kind, easy to work with, best prices, and the delivery was same day. I went everywhere and the other stores were weeks (or months) out for delivery, sales people were rude, clearly fake sales, and no one had even basic information on the mattresses I was interested in. You can either waste your time like I did going everywhere, or just start (and end) at Mattress Galaxy!

Horrible customer service, can’t keep inventory numbers correct and the owner don’t seem customer oriented with the reply’s to these reviews. So I doubt the experience will ever get better.Save your time and go to the other stores that offer better pricing and mattress selection.

Poor management, poor customer service, poor inventory management. good thing they have friends leaving 5 star reviews. Definitely worth it to shop elsewhere.

Owner is aggressive to any feedback as you can even see in there answers on here. They won’t hold a bed without paying in full but like others they won’t tell you this so you find out after you get there. Save yourself the time and shop at literally any other store as they will hold a mattress for you for FREE for an hour while you get to the freaking store!On top of all that horrible customer service, they offer no military discount unlike other mattress stores that support the troops.

Said they had a model in stock go to the store to get it and they say they are out. They said they would sell the floor model but refused to take anything off the FLOOR model which people pay on every day. They offer no veteran discount and the lady straight up told me she didn’t care and to leave. Unbelievable how any business especially in a small town could be so rude.

Fantastic place to buy a mattress! Store Manager Phillip was very helpful and honest, knowledgeable and friendly. My brother bought a bed here and recommended it highly. I was not disappointed!!

Service and knowledge of the product was spot on. pricing was the best out there I looked high and low. I bought a Stern and Foster pillow top Its been great it take a week to soften up nut wow its great. I sleep better and it was worth the money. Thank you for the great delivery and service. We purchased two mattresses and platform combinations from Mattress Galaxy in late June. There was no pressure to buy immediately in order to lock in this price, in contrast to one of their competitors selling products from the same manufacturers. We needed to trade one of the mattresses for a firmer mattress today, 2.5 months after the original purchase. This was not a problem. We only had to pay the difference in the price of the mattresses.Great service and products. We highly recommend them.
