The employees were very helpful in selecting flooring for our new home. All 3 types of flooring look very good. We are excited to finally move in very soon. The only problem I experienced was mathematical with correct amounts, correct sales tax percentages and having to verify that all credits were received. I am an accountant so I was probably more diligent in analyzing that aspect of the sale. I would definitely return if the need arises and would be glad to recommend your business.

We worked with Jason for all of the flooring in our new house and he was great! He was very knowledgeable about each of the products, easy to get in touch with, and has checked in with us multiple times even after installation to make sure we are satisfied with our choices.Jacobi’s had numerous options in all different price ranges which made it easy to select options for each of our rooms that fit our budget. Measured wrong and didnt order enough carpet....therefore making us wait for more. Had a stain on new carpet. Mistakes happen, Melissa Z. Has been such a great help fixing everything and is working hard to get us what we need. The process took a little longer than hoped, hopefully it will look nice and well put together when done.

Jason was an awesome salesman and did an amazing job. We had a couple issues with the installation of our carpet on our stairs. Jason and the installer were out the same day I called and went above and beyond to fix the problems! Super happy I chose these guys!

Good selection of carpet and installers to pick from. No parking lot, just street parking that can be hard to find a place to park at times. Not open in the evenings.

We live over 100 miles from Jacobis but they went the extra mile literally and figuratively to get all our materials to us. Our tile backsplash is just beautiful and we cant wait to start showing off our new kitchen!

Was not impressed salesman was awesome was there by my side but the install was not good at all gave me the wrong padding glad I caught it before they lay the carpet over the top I paid for the most expensive padding and they were trying to give me the cheap one the installer took forever to install it messed up the carpet they had to come back three different times to fix it last time fixed right but still can see seam not impressed at all
