I had no idea how to do the minor repair I needed on my car battery. The guys were very nice and super helpful. Alexis from the front counter came to my car to check my battery and noticed the connector was broken. I bought the connector but had no idea what I was doing on changing it. Alexis took his time and even helped me get that done. WOW amazing and far above what I expected. This fix saved me money and time!

They dont ask why youre there. They just tell you to get in line. That doesnt make sense. Some people are looking for parts and asking questions while some people might just want something off the shelf.

It is a terrible place to do any nonsense in the car or bus in my case I only had to make an alignment and change the brake pads and some other things in total what came is that they put many false services of 100 dollars each And since you dont know about mechanics, you have to pay a toston when in the neighborhood workshop they do the same to me for 200 and then the services you dont need are money for the employees to keep!

Terrible customer service ... we know there is a pandemic and we follow the rules imposed by the store !! I arrive and stand in line because I know you CANNOT walk to the store to look for the products !!
