Exaggerated attitude toward covid 19 measures makes you feel uncomfortable at the restaurant. If you go in group only 1 person can reach the cashier and buy for everyone in the group. Half of chairs are blocked from use to comply with social distance and it caused a large drive thru customers line blocking traffic in the neighborhood and dining in takes 45 minutes plus

Really bad and poor service, is my third time going to this Meson and all of the times is the same poor service that they have, the food was cold, and it was a breakfast, eggs and potatoes to be exactly, they didn’t even ask me for the eggs term, at the end when I was looking for some napkins to clean myself, Guess what? They didn’t gave me any. Including that they didn’t allow to take the tray to the table, apparently I had to carry the food in my hands in various trips to the table, really great adventure in this poor restaurant.

Had a Boricua Sándwich. The beefsteak was overcooked as it had a rubber feel like. Only ate the bread and left the meat.

The food was good, however the employees were not organized.

I visit several days for breakfast and you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Staff is friendly and service was prompt.

It was strictly a spanish menu, luckily my Spanish came in handy. We ordered an veggie omelette with bacon and fried eggs with sausage. My wife is not a fan of onions and green peppers in her omelette but she ate the entire plate and the toast was buttered Italian bread which was delicious. The Orange and Apple juices were delicious as well. The coffee was delicious. I should have ordered a large one!

Like the cranberries salad and the cuban sandwich but the pastrami not so good.

What can I say... I love El Meson. Their sandwiches are hot and yummy. Their breakfast is also yummy. Great place to eat before going to the beach, or grab one of their to take catering to go Sandwiches (30 sandwiches in a box) or their Mesotron which is also a large sub cut into 8-10 smaller sandwiches (also great to take to the beach or anywhere one plans to do that day.) Coffee is great...they have meals for the kids as well, like chicken nuggets, fries. All fresh food and they cook to serve.

My wife and I went for a quick bite, and thats exactly what we got. We bought a Phillys and Surfer sandwich to go and ate at the outdoor tables, which in our experience arent common for this fast food chain but are a welcomed addition when you have a kid.

I usually order the Bravo breakfast w sausages. However, lately Ive noticed that the sausages have been served cold. A couple of times Ive talk to the managers and they acknowledge the problem. My point is that its happening in almost all Meson rest. IVE VISITED. I believe this is problem which management needs to address with the cooks. Please pass the word around and get it fix. Thank you.

Wow what can i say about this place Love the service and cleanliness. The employees are very attentive and smiling, even I wasnt smiling that day. The food, can not argue, very tasty, sweet and satisfied well done and rich. They have vegeterian meals for those not meat-eating fellows. Took my parents my abuela for a visit, and they were delighted with their orders. The prices are moderate-to-high, but wont exchange that for a delicious meal, neatly cleaned facilities and excellent services. Overall, El Meson Sandwishes of San Germán, didnt let me down. This sandwich shop has a great success story, started by two Puerto Rico college graduates, now with locations across the island and in Florida. Its become a Puerto Rican staple and in that it has some charm. However, the sandwiches are bland and interchangeable and lack seasoning of any kind. The incredible coffee makes up for it.
