Technical service for laptop computers not good. Took too long solving the problem and did not call back until I called them. They told it could not be fixed.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They also are bilingual and that is great because I can’t speak Spanish.

They need more speed in what they do at the copy counter. Way too slow.

I went to have some documents printed for me and the young woman who attended me instead of asking which documents were the All of them and not once but 3 times. When my husband came to pick up the papers, I paid $ 40.00 only in black and white copies, when I check the next day I realize what happened but the employee was gone. Please DO NOT put employees who do not know alone in those areas. They scammed me and Im really upset.

I was waiting for half an hour to send a fax. There were 4 employees, none asked if there was someone in line. 3 employees from other areas passed me and none asked if I need help. Zero customer service should improve the organization.

Customer service is lousy. I do not recommend it at all, I have visited other stores and it has never been like that. It is already the 3rd time that happens to me. There is no customer support at all.

The manager very respectful, but make a purchase is draining, for the complications of collection. The teacher discount card has many obstacles, it only accepts one form of payment. I ended up giving up on the purchase.

The employees are very friendly and the location is excellent but the prices are high in most consumer products, I recommend them for business purchases.

They have few employees in the print center. Literally it took me 1 1/2 hours to get a simple copy. They need to improve that.

Slow, at least in the printing section. 45 minutes for 3 copies; with no one in front of me, only the person they attended. A single person attending, and who does not even ask you anything to calm one of the anxiety of so long waiting. I asked an employee if there was someone else who was on call to make copies, and she sent me to self-service 😑😑😑. The manager takes out the copies for me, and the boy who worked at the printing house magically appears. That is, see that I speak to the manager, and he appears 🤷🏼‍♂️🙆🏼‍♂️. In PR everything fails, the public and the private. A, and I paid $ 1.13 for 3 copies. Lucky!

I went to the store on Tuesday at 8am. I went because I had to make some color copies. I stood behind a young woman that the employee apparently knew because he attended her with laughter and conversations that had nothing to do with the job she was requesting. There was an employee # 2 doing not know what with the photocopiers, leaving and entering the area. There was an employee # 3 on my right accommodating boxes. After 30 minutes in front of the counter nobody said good morning to me and they didnt even ask me how they could help me. After 35 minutes when I put my package on the counter to find my keys, the employee who was having his social conversation with the client turned in a bad way to ask me what he wanted. I told him some color copies and he answered me that? He turned and continued in his chachachareo. I left the store without the copies and very upset. That is not customer service, that is a lack of consideration and respect. I went to another place and arrived at my deposition on time. Thanks for nothing officemax. If you dont believe me, check the recording of your security cameras.
