Mark specifcaly, and the others in the service department, have always been most helpful and accommodating. As far as I know, the work in the service department has been performed very well and timely. However, to be sure, these scores and positive comments do not extend to the sales management team.

This was the first time that I had been approached with a bill. I had to correct the guy that I had paid for the maintenance on vehicle for 5 years when I bought the car. Then I was told that I had a deductible for the maintenance on vehicle. I then had to correct him on that situation. I never have associated with this guy before. He must be new. But, he needs to get his act together as well.

Great service appointment with Mark Ford. Very personable and knowledgeable. Came in for oil change service and to get brakes replaced and without charge or prompting he added in tire rotation and alignment for me as I had bought tires there earlier in the year. Mr Ivan always makes sure my Highlander SUV is taken good care of and he ordered my request of windshield washer part. I didn’t realize my tires air needed to be adjusted but he fix that so my suv drives so much better. Last time he was there and I had a mess. I would go there if Mr Ivan wasn’t there. When I called Toyota of Hattiesburg, on a Monday, to see if they had a particular car, in a particular color, I honestly didn’t believe that we would be driving that car home only a couple of days later! From the very first phone call till the end of the sale, we were so pleased with the friendliness of all of the staff and them executing their jobs in a way that we were so impressed with. If you are in the market for a Toyota, my family recommends starting here.

Vincent Hall took care of me in a very friendly and professional manner. I was able to get a brand new car in a matter of hours. He was very patient and very positive throughout the whole process. Highly recommend going to see him if your looking to buy from Toyota of Hattiesburg!

There is no communication from the service advisor to the customer to let them know the length of time required for the customer to wait for whatever service they are there to have performed. I was there for a simple tire rotation which took over an hour and 45 minutes. When I questioned the amount of time that it was taking, I was told by Ivan, “ I have no control over that it just takes that long sometimes it takes one hour sometimes it takes two hours.” Had I been advised that I would wait at least one hour before my vehicle was even taken back into the service department, I would’ve chosen to go to a different facility for my service. To add insult to injury I am sitting inside the dealership and can look out the window and see my service advisor, yet he calls me on my cell phone to let me know that my vehicle is ready and where it is parked. It is not important enough for him to walk inside and get me, walk me out to my vehicle and talk with me about the repair. When I was taken to his desk to pay for my service, he was very rude, and actually just pointed across to where my vehicle was parked. I was in the automotive industry for 30+ years and have never received such poor customer service. Ivan actually told me that things were different than they used to be when I was in the business. And I advised him that they should be much better, not much worse.I also spoke with the Service Manager and was advised that it can take 1-2 hours after your appointment time for your vehicle to actually go into the Service Department. Had that been communicated to me when I called to make my appointment I could have made the decision as to whether I wanted to wait that long, or go somewhere else. There is a severe lack of communication from the Service Adviser to the Customer.

Ken was a wonderful salesman. He sat down with me and really found out what I wanted and did his best to get me what I wanted. He got me a PERFECT deal and I drove away happy with a new to me car! Highly recommend Ken and Brandon at Toyota for all your needs!

After a freak accident (head on collision) & 3 chaotic weeks of being without a set of wheels, Reed went above and beyond with nailing the ideal vehicle for “The Herd” (my 3 dogs - Ruby, Barney, & Lincoln) & me. I bought a 2021 Camry from Jake. I was on the lot on a Sunday afternoon and he was there. He was willing to help even when they were closed. From start to finish he handled everything perfectly. Overall svc was good…unfortunately when we picked the vehicle up the battery was completely dead. Toyota jumped it off but it hasn’t held a charge since…I’ve now got to go and purchase another battery to replace it. Time and money spent on something I didn’t do…

I had my oil changed and tires rotated like I always do when it is time. I also had my transmission serviced as it was due. On my way home from the dealership I started hearing a funny sound from my tires. I pulled over and checked them and found that the lug nuts on my rear driver side wheel were so loose I could turn them with my hand. I immediately jacked the car up and tightened the lug nuts on this tire and checked all the others. The others were snug and tight. This is the first time something like this has happened but it could have been worse if my wife or mother in law were driving the van. Just wanted you guys to know. I reported to Marc in the service department first thing this morning. He apologized and was very nice.

I made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday. My appointment was in the system, as I received a link to confirm, which I did. Thursday morning I received a reminder. I arrived there about 15 minutes early, waited in line for someone to come to my car. Mike was very courteous and asked which service contact I was to see. I didn’t know, so he checked and said I was to see Ivan. He directed me to his desk, where I waited about 10 minutes for him to return. Ivan asked if I had an appointment, I said yes, 9:30. He looked and said he didn’t see my appointment. I told him I had spoken to Joy, and repeated all of the other information. This went on for a few minute. He certainly did not make me feel very welcome. I won’t return.

Kelly was a wonderful salesman to work with. We traveled from Vicksburg to do business with this dealership for the purchase of a used vehicle and every step of the process was seamless. Will definitely return for our car needs in the future!

Bought a used fj from a individual, key needed help they repaired old key and fixed a new one for a lot less than i thought it would cost! All in a timely manner!

It was all good but the wait time seemed a little extreme.. an hour and 45 minutes. If it’s backed up, a call a little ahead of time would be nice. Then u could at least plan around that.

Was told in Slidell, La over a 4 hour wait. Went to this dealership the same day and they took me without an appointment right away. Had it done quick. Lobby is beyond amazing! Better than any I’ve ever been too. Comfy recliners, rocking chairs, nice tv, plenty of games to play: volleyball, racketball, foosball, Jinga, basketball. My kids are already begging to go back! Service Department employees (the men who work in the maintenance bay) should only deal with customers when they are requested to explain details of a vehicle. Their time with customers should be limited because they lack any soft skills. Customers should be directed to the service desk (because they have the skills required to communicate with customers) that is located inside the facility and the employees their should be the liaison between the customer and the employees that work in the bay.

As usual, Toyota of Hattiesburg does outstanding work. I trust them & have never been disappointed. Ivan is my “go to” guy.

I knew I was going to buy a RAV4 but I thought it would be a 2019. I didnt like the color I was shown so I was backing my car out when Marcus came running up and asked me where I was going? I told him to Kims Toyota in Laurel and showed him the price on a 2020 RAV4 they had. He stated he could offer a 2021 for $1000.00 less. Absolutely never use the service department I paid $53000 for a vehicle that everytime it goes in for service they screw something up and REFUSE to stand behind their work or the warranties you pay good money for if I could give negative stars I would. The last time I was there they got grease all over my roof and because they took pictures 7 days after they had my car in there possession they claim it was already there and now when I go down the road there is so much wind noise that comes from the sunroof you can barely hear yourself think. Them sending me a link for this review was not wise on their part at all!
